We live in a world obsessed with leaving a legacy—businesses, books, organizations, and achievements. Yet the greatest legacy is not what bears our name, but truth faithfully passed to another generation. The question is not whether we know the truth—but whether we are entrusting it to others who will carry it forward. True legacy is investing in others’ faith, not just our own accomplishments.

Paul is giving a charge to Timothy to entrust the truth to faithful men, and they would teach others. Biblical ministry is not a dead end—it is a chain of faithful hands passing the truth onward, multiplying the Gospel through generations.

A torch is not lit to be hidden in a drawer. Its purpose is to be carried forward, lighting the way for others. So it is with the truth of God's Word. We are not spiritual warehouses, storing truth on our shelves while others remain in darkness. What God has entrusted to us was never meant to stop with us.

Disciples are not made by addition alone, but by multiplication—passing the Word through faithful hands to reach the ends of the world.

But investing in others requires patience. People do not mature overnight. A gardener does not plant a seed and expect fruit by sunset. Do not abandon the seed because the harvest is not visible yet. Teaching, correcting, encouraging, praying, and walking alongside believers may seem slow, but faithful investment shapes lives for eternity. We are called not just to gather listeners but to develop faithful followers of Christ.

Before calling us to entrust truth, Christ entrusted it to us. Now, as stewards, we do not keep truth to ourselves but pass it on. This truth is the Gospel of Jesus Christ (๐Ÿ ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐š๐ง๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“:๐Ÿ‘–๐Ÿ’). Paul entrusted it to Timothy, and Timothy to others—the Gospel came to us through faithful witnesses, and it must not stop with us.

The call to invest in others is a divine mission impacting generations. Are you ready to pass on faith’s legacy? Do not be a spiritual warehouse storing truth that never leaves your shelves. You need Christ not just for knowledge, but to acknowledge that you are called to be a faithful steward of what He entrusts. Receive the truth. Live it. Entrust it. Multiply the faith. One faithful life can influence many more.

๐๐ซ๐š๐ฒ๐ž๐ซ: Heavenly Father, thank You for entrusting us with the truth of Your Word. Forgive us for hoarding what You have called us to share. Teach us to invest faithfully in others, to multiply faithful believers, and to carry the Gospel forward until Christ returns. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Remember, a dose of God’s Word a day will keep you going all day!

  • THE MONEY’S MIND
The Economic Way of the Lord

    By Omodolapo Ogunye

What if the way out of an economic wilderness is not first a financial instrument, but a Person?

We often approach economic difficulty through the language of money: capital, debt, investment, employment, markets, policy and opportunity.

But the revelation of the Body of the Word gives us another starting point.

The Body of the Word is the way of the Lord.

Revelation 1 describes the feet of the Son of God as being “like bronze glowing in a furnace.” The imagery speaks of something firm, refined and established—a way.

    Isaiah 40:4 declares:

“The rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain.”

The Word is therefore not merely something to believe.

The Word is a way to walk.

And this way has an economic and financial dimension.

    THE MONEY IS THE WORD

Song of Solomon 5:11 gives us another dimension of the Body of the Word:

    “His head is purest gold.”

Gold is a language of value, wealth and monetary significance. Yet Scripture uses gold to describe the Person of the Beloved—the Word.

This is the foundation of The Money’s Mind:

    The Money is a Person.
    The Money is the Word.
    The Money has a Mind.

The economic question therefore becomes larger than how to acquire money.

What is the economic way of the Word?

How does the Word navigate an economy?

How does the Word respond to economic difficulty?

How does the Word create a way where there appears to be no way?

    THE WAY THROUGH THE WILDERNESS

    Isaiah 43:19 records the declaration:

“I am making a way in the desert.”

A desert represents an environment in which productivity appears constrained—a place where resources seem scarce, opportunities seem limited and progress becomes difficult.

    There can be financial deserts.

    There can be economic deserts.

There can be national economic wildernesses.

But the revelation is that a desert does not have to be the final destination.

God says, “I am making a way in the desert.”

A way in the desert becomes a way out of the desert.

This is where the economic way of the Lord becomes significant.

The Body of the Word, as the aggressive hunger of the Father, is presented as the pathway through economic environments—even environments marked by difficulty, uncertainty and apparent impossibility.

The answer is not simply to escape the economy.

It is to discover the way of God within it.

THE WAY IS ALSO A VOICE

    Isaiah 30:21 provides another dimension:

“Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’”

The economic way of the Lord is therefore not merely a path.

    It is a voice.

This is crucial because economic environments require judgment.

    There are multiple opportunities.

    Multiple markets.

    Multiple investments.

    Multiple business models.

    Multiple directions.

The challenge is not always finding an opportunity.

Sometimes the challenge is knowing which way to walk.

    The Word becomes a lamp.

    Psalm 119:105 says:

“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”

    The economic implication is profound:

You need economic sight before you need economic movement.

And the quality of your movement depends upon what you are capable of hearing.

WHAT YOU CRAVE, YOU LEARN TO HEAR

There is a principle embedded in this revelation: craving affects hearing.

What you continually desire begins to shape what you recognise.

If your deepest hunger is merely for money, you may become increasingly sensitive to opportunities for money while remaining insensitive to the wisdom required to carry it.

But if your hunger is for the Body of the Word, your capacity to recognise the voice of the Word begins to develop.

This changes the meaning of financial intelligence.

Financial intelligence is not merely knowing how money works.

It is knowing which way to walk with money.

It is knowing what to build.

    What to avoid.

    What to pursue.

    What to preserve.

    What to multiply.

    What to abandon.

And, ultimately, what voice to follow.

THE ECONOMIC WAY OF THE LORD

The Body of the Word is described as burnished bronze.

The Body of the Word is described through blazing fire.

The Body of the Word is described in economic language through gold, riches, honor and enduring wealth.

When these revelations are brought together, a larger proposition emerges:

The Body of the Word, as the aggressive hunger of the Father, is the economic and financial way of the Lord.

This way is relevant to the individual, the enterprise and the nation.

    It speaks to economic environments.

    It speaks to financial decisions.

    It speaks to productivity.

    It speaks to wealth creation.

It speaks to the movement of the Father within the economies of nations.

And it speaks particularly to those seasons when the economy looks like a desert.

    The desert may be real.

    The difficulty may be real.

The financial pressure may be real.

But the absence of an obvious path does not mean there is no path.

    The Word is the Way.

    THE MONEY’S MIND

This is why The Money’s Mind is not simply about making money.

It is about discovering the Mind behind the Money.

    The Money is the Word.

    The Word has a Mind.

And the Mind of the Word reveals a way of seeing, thinking, creating, stewarding and navigating economic life.

So when you encounter an economic wilderness, the first question should not simply be:

    “How do I get out?”

    Ask:

“What is the way of the Lord here?”

    And then:

“What is the voice saying: This is the way; walk in it?”

Because a way is being made.

    Even in the desert.

The Body of the Word is the economic and financial way of the Lord.

    The Money is the Word.

    The Money has a Mind.

And the Mind of the Word knows the way.

    Seek Christ first.

โ€œLay up for yourselves treasures in heaven.โ€ โ€” Matthew 6:20

The safest investment is not the one promising the fastest return.

It is the one you can place before Jesus with a clear conscience, manage without covetousness, use to bless others, and explain faithfully in the judgment.

    Beloved, before asking,

    โ€œHow much can I earn?โ€

    Ask:

โ€œWill this strengthen my faith and serve Christโ€”or quietly make money my master?โ€

A fortune gained while faith is lost is not profit. It is eternal bankruptcy.
A Nugget of Truth. GODโ€™S WARNING AGAINST QUICK-PROFIT INVESTMENTS, WHAT CAN MONEY STEAL BEFORE IT IS EVER LOST? โ€œHe that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.โ€ โ€” Proverbs 28:20 God does not condemn honest business, careful saving, or wise investment. He warns against speculationโ€”reckless ventures driven by haste, greed, excitement, and the dream of wealth without patient labor. The greatest danger is not an empty account. It is a heart emptied of Christ. Inspiration warns that the feverish desire to become rich quickly is contrary to the faith Godโ€™s people profess. --- โ‘  IT AWAKENS A HUNGER MONEY CANNOT SATISFY Speculation whispers: โ€œOne more gainโ€”then I will have enough.โ€ But covetousness never says, โ€œEnough.โ€ โ€œThey that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare.โ€ โ€” 1 Timothy 6:9 When money becomes necessary for peace, identity, or securityโ€” Christ is no longer treated as sufficient. --- โ‘ก IT REPLACES FAITH WITH FINANCIAL EXCITEMENT Faith asks: โ€œLord, what is Your will?โ€ Greed asks: โ€œHow quickly can this multiply?โ€ Soon charts are watched more carefully than Scripture. Prayer becomes hurried. Family worship weakens. Mission is postponed. โ€œTrustโ€ฆ not in uncertain riches, but in the living God.โ€ โ€” 1 Timothy 6:17 Satan need not make us openly deny Christโ€” only too absorbed in gain to walk closely with Him. --- โ‘ข IT RISKS THE MASTERโ€™S PROPERTY Everything belongs to Christ. We are stewardsโ€”not owners. โ€œIt is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.โ€ โ€” 1 Corinthians 4:2 Speculation treats Godโ€™s entrusted means as though no account must be given. Stewardship asks, โ€œHow can this serve Christ?โ€ Greed asks, โ€œHow much can this serve me?โ€ Every peso carries a responsibility. --- โ‘ฃ IT PROMISES FREEDOMโ€”BUT OFTEN CREATES BONDAGE Quick-profit ventures may begin with hopeโ€” then produce anxiety, secrecy, debt, sleeplessness, damaged homes, and desperate attempts to recover losses. Inspiration warns that speculative enterprises become a snare and may bring financial and spiritual ruin. Failure can empty the pocket. Success can enthrone greed. The worst bankruptcy is not financial. It is spiritual. --- โ‘ค IT TRAINS THE CONSCIENCE TO COMPROMISE When profit rules the heart, conviction becomes negotiable. Truth may be softened. Dishonesty may be excused. Giving may feel like loss. The Sabbath may become inconvenient. โ€œYe cannot serve God and mammon.โ€ โ€” Matthew 6:24 Money is a useful servantโ€” but a merciless master. A venture may earn greatly and still destroy the soul. โ€œWhat shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?โ€ โ€” Mark 8:36 --- โ‘ฅ GODโ€™S WAY BUILDS BOTH PROVISION AND CHARACTER Godโ€™s path is not reckless haste, but: honest labor, patient diligence, careful planning, contentment, generosity, integrity, and trust in His providence. โ€œWealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase.โ€ โ€” Proverbs 13:11 Speculation wants the harvest without cultivationโ€” the reward without discipline, the crown without the cross. But God is preparing more than our finances. He is preparing our characters for eternity. --- CHRIST IS THE TREASURE THAT CANNOT COLLAPSE Jesus did not grasp for gain. He surrendered everything to save us. โ€œThough He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that ye through His poverty might be rich.โ€ โ€” 2 Corinthians 8:9 He exchanged heavenโ€™s glory for Bethlehemโ€™s povertyโ€” and Calvaryโ€™s cross for our eternal life. No earthly return can equal the riches found in Christ. Therefore: Work honestly. Plan wisely. Reject greed-driven risk. Live within your means. Give generously. Seek Christ first. โ€œLay up for yourselves treasures in heaven.โ€ โ€” Matthew 6:20 The safest investment is not the one promising the fastest return. It is the one you can place before Jesus with a clear conscience, manage without covetousness, use to bless others, and explain faithfully in the judgment. Beloved, before asking, โ€œHow much can I earn?โ€ Ask: โ€œWill this strengthen my faith and serve Christโ€”or quietly make money my master?โ€ A fortune gained while faith is lost is not profit. • My name is Philippe Francois, and I am a Haitian entrepreneur. By God's grace and guidance, I have officially incorporated my business, SMIRNE VENTURE LLC, in the State of Delaware, USA. My company operates in the import, export, and manufacturing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), serving communities in Haiti and beyond. You can learn more about our mission at www.smve.net

Running a business registered in the United States while living in Haiti has been a profound challenge. Like many of you, I believe that God opens doors that no man can shut. He has given me the vision, the legal structure, and the determination. However, I am now at a critical crossroads where I need financial resources to take the next step.

My dream is not just to survive, but to thrive and create employment opportunities that will uplift families here in Haiti. To do this, I need to purchase inventory and protect my brand by registering trademarks. The minimum funding required to move forward is $50,000 USD.

I am writing to you today because I believe in the power of prayer and the body of Christ. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. I trust that the God who gave me this vision will also provide the resources, whether through a loan, investment, or gift.

    How You Can Help:

    1. Pray for me and my business. Pray for wisdom, the right connections, and open doors. I need the covering of the Lord over every step I take.
    2. If God has blessed you with capacity, I humbly invite you to support this endeavor. As it is written in Proverbs 19:17, Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed. I am not asking for a handout, but for a partnership in a business that seeks to honor God and serve others.
    3. I have a fundraising page where I have been expecting donations but God have not activated money flow button you can do it now https://gogetfunding.com/the-last-stand-of-a-haitian-son/

If the Lord leads you to help, whether through a loan, an investment, or a gift, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. I am fully transparent and willing to share my business plan and all necessary documentation.

Thank you for taking the time to read my request. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you have blessed me with your attention.

    In His service,
    Philippe Francois

  • The man writing history for Rome confirmed the walls fell exactly as Joshua said.
Flavius Josephus occupies a unique position in the historical study of the biblical period. A Jewish general who surrendered to Rome during the revolt of 66-70 AD, defected and spent the rest of his life writing Jewish history under Roman patronage, Josephus had every professional reason to present a rational, credible, Rome-friendly account of his people's history. He was not a Christian. He had no theological investment in the miracles of the Hebrew Bible being historically accurate. His audience was Roman and Greek.
In his Jewish Antiquities, written around 93 AD, Josephus covers the story of Jericho from the Book of Joshua.
He records that when the priests blew the trumpets on the seventh day, the walls of Jericho fell down of themselves. He does not rationalise. He does not explain. He records the tradition that the walls fell spontaneously — of themselves — which is the language of miraculous causation.
He also records that Rahab's house was preserved and that she and her family were saved, consistent with the Joshua account of the scarlet cord and the protection of Rahab's household.
Josephus had access to historical sources and oral traditions that no longer exist. He was writing within living historical memory of the Jewish community's accumulated record of its own past. He was not copying Joshua — he was consulting sources and recording what they told him.
What they told him matched what Joshua recorded.
And the walls that fell of themselves, as both Joshua and Josephus describe, fell outward — as the archaeology at Jericho confirmed in the twentieth century.
Two ancient sources. One modern excavation. All three describing the same direction of collapse.
Share this with someone who treats Josephus and Joshua as incompatible.
