  • The Lord gives, the Lord takes away; blessed be the name of the Lord. The peace that Jesus gives us is not the peace of the world, but a peace beyond all understanding. Grasp onto that peace and rejoice in the Lord's grace, and be thankful and grateful for everything the Lord has blessed you with and stripped you of. Blessed be His perfect will. He has plans of prosperity for us. The trials are the way there, to purify our faith, to sanctify us, to prove us as gold is proven through fire. Jesus is the vine, and the Lord is the dresser of the vine, and we are the branches. If we bear fruit, we are pruned more often to bear more fruit. Thus, accept the challenges and the trials God gives you; rejoice in them, as they are efforts to bring out more fruit from you.

  • Disciple Making EDEM // KISORO COMMUNITY CHURCH

    The Movement Began Small

Jesus did not begin with a massive crowd or a worldwide organization. He began with a small group of people.

He invested deeply in three disciples, and then intentionally trained and discipled twelve apostles. When He left the earth, He entrusted them with the mission of continuing the work He had begun.

Think about this: Jesus started with twelve disciples, but today, more than 2,000 years later, millions of people around the world follow Him.

What began as a small movement became a global movement.

The dream was simple. Jesus said:
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” — Luke 19:10

Jesus was clear about His mission. He came to seek those who were lost, restore them to God, and bring salvation.

And He did not keep that mission to Himself. He entrusted it to His disciples.

After His resurrection, Jesus told them: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19

The disciples were not simply called to gather followers. They were called to make disciples who would continue the mission.

  • Episode 31 - “The Evils of Racism – Part 1: What the Bible says about Mankind”
The world tries to heal the wound of racism with temporary Band-Aids. We believe the only true cure is found in the Word of God and a transformed heart. This episode is a call to the Body of Christ to stand for the truth, reject every form of "ugly" prejudice, and see mankind through the eyes of the Father.

    Jeremiah 30:17

«“But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,” declares the Lord.»

Tonight, remember that God is still our healer and restorer. Whatever pain, sickness, weakness, or burden you may be carrying, place it in His hands.

Trust His promise. Believe in His healing. Rest in His presence.

May the Lord restore your health, renew your strength, heal your wounds, and give you peaceful rest tonight.

Good night, and God bless you.

  • Jesus is the ultimate and final high priest. His sacrifice is the one and only needed once and for all. No need for more sacrifices. The stone temple is now empty as the Holy Spirit now inhabits our bodies, which are the new temples of God. We are the church and the temple. No more priests, no more rituals, no more sacrifices. God is the living God.

  • JOY IN THE MORNING
    By Pastor Jonathan O. Ubah.

This story will bless your life. Ensure you read till the end.

Daniel was the kind of young man people admired from a distance but rarely helped when he needed them most.

He was intelligent, hardworking, and full of ideas. At school, he had always been among the best. His teachers spoke highly of him and often said, "Daniel will go far in life."

    Daniel believed them.

But after graduation, life began to tell him a different story.

He wrote applications. He attended interviews. He shared business ideas with people who had influence and resources. Again and again, he heard the same words:

    "We'll get back to you."

    They never did.

Some people praised his intelligence but refused to support him. Others took his ideas, promised partnership, and disappeared. Even friends who once came to him for advice suddenly became too busy when Daniel was the one asking for help.

    Months became years.

One evening, Daniel sat alone in his small room, staring at his laptop. The battery was almost dead. His rent was overdue. His phone had stopped ringing.

    He felt abandoned.

"What is the use of being intelligent," he whispered, "if nobody is willing to give me a chance?"

For the first time in his life, Daniel began to doubt himself.

That night, he lay awake with tears in his eyes. He was tired—not because he lacked dreams, but because he was exhausted from carrying them alone.

Before dawn, unable to sleep, Daniel stepped outside. The night was still dark. The streets were quiet.

He sat on a wooden bench and watched the sky.

For a long time, nothing happened.

Then, slowly, the darkness began to change.

A faint light appeared at the edge of the sky.

Daniel watched as morning pushed back the night—not with noise, not with force, but gradually and faithfully.

    And something stirred inside him.

He realized that the darkness had not lasted forever.

The morning had been on its way even when he could not see it.

Daniel returned to his room with a different decision. If nobody would help him open a door, he would begin with whatever was in his hands.

He used his intelligence to solve small problems for people around him. He started offering services online. He read more, learned new skills, and refused to let rejection become his identity.

    It was not easy.

Some days, he earned nothing. Some days, he wanted to give up again.

    But he remembered that morning.

One opportunity led to another. A small client introduced him to someone else. The skills he had developed during his lonely years became the foundation of a growing career.

Years later, Daniel stood before a group of young people and told them something he had learned the hard way:

"Sometimes, the people you expect to help you will not come. Sometimes, doors will remain closed longer than you hoped. But never conclude that your story has ended because you are in a dark season. Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep believing. There is always another way, another door, another opportunity, and another morning."

Daniel smiled as he looked at the rising sun through the window.

    He finally understood.

The night had not destroyed him.

It had prepared him to recognize the morning.

    Reflection

No matter what you are going through today, do not surrender to the darkness. Your present situation is not the final chapter of your life. You may feel alone, rejected, forgotten, or unsupported, but there is always a way forward.

Sometimes the help you are waiting for will come. Sometimes you will discover strength you never knew you had.

But one thing is certain: the darkest night cannot stop the morning from coming.

    Keep going.

Joy may not be visible tonight, but joy is still possible in the morning.

1 Corinthians 4:7 (KJV) “...what hast thou that thou didst not receive?”

Whatever you have achieved, remember that God gave you the ability and opportunity.

    4. DON'T LIVE FOR APPLAUSE

People may praise you today and criticize you tomorrow.

Don't let people's opinions control your identity.

    Live for purpose, not applause.

    5. LET YOUR WORK SPEAK

Proverbs 27:2 (KJV) “Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth...”

    Keep working.
    Keep learning.
    Keep serving.

    KEY LESSON

    1. Praise tests character.
    2. Stay humble.
    3. Give God the glory.
    4. Don't depend on approval.
    5. Let your work speak.

    FINAL CHARGE

When people praise you, don't let the applause change you.

    Be humble when celebrated.
    Be faithful when unnoticed.
    Give God the glory.

    SHORT PRAYER

Father, give me a humble heart when I am praised. Keep me from pride and human approval. Help me to use every success to glorify You and serve others faithfully. In Jesus' name, Amen.
