• *TODAY'S PROPHETIC DECLARATION - FRIDAY, 21ST AUGUST, 2026.*

    *PEACE, BE STILL!*

    Scripture:
“And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” — Mark 4:39 (KJV).

*Reflection – Jesus Is Lord Over Every Storm*

The disciples were in a boat when a great storm arose. Although Jesus was with them, they became afraid and wondered if they would survive. Jesus arose, rebuked the wind, and commanded the sea: “Peace, be still.”

    The storm obeyed Him.

This reminds us that the presence of a storm does not mean the absence of God. Sometimes we may find ourselves in situations that seem beyond our control, but Jesus remains with us in the boat.

There may be storms in our family, ministry, work, business, studies, finances, relationships, or future. Yet the same Christ who calmed the sea is still Lord over every circumstance.

The greatest miracle is not only that Jesus can change the storm around us; He can also give us peace within us while we wait for the storm to pass.

Today, refuse to allow fear to have the final word. Speak faith over your situation and trust the One who has authority over every storm.

    *Prophetic Declaration:*
Today, I declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over every storm in my life. No situation is greater than His authority, and no problem is beyond His ability to handle.

I declare “Peace, be still!” over every storm troubling my heart, family, ministry, work, business, studies, relationships, and destiny.

Every storm of fear, anxiety, confusion, disappointment, delay, opposition, and uncertainty shall come under the authority of Jesus Christ.

I declare that every troubling wind blowing against my peace shall cease according to God's perfect will. Every raging situation shall receive divine intervention, and every troubled circumstance shall give way to God's peace.

Today, I receive supernatural peace in my heart. I will not be controlled by fear because Jesus is with me. I will not be overwhelmed by what I see because I know that God is greater than my circumstances.

I declare that the Lord shall calm every situation that is beyond my human ability to control. Where I cannot change circumstances, He shall give me grace to trust Him and wisdom to respond correctly.

I proclaim peace over my family and household. May every conflict, misunderstanding, tension, and anxiety give way to reconciliation, understanding, love, and divine peace.

I proclaim peace over my ministry, work, business, and studies. May confusion become clarity, difficulty become opportunity, and pressure become a testimony of God's faithfulness.

I declare that I shall not abandon my faith because of temporary storms. I will continue to pray, believe, work, and trust God until the calm comes.

Today, I receive courage to remain in the boat with Jesus. I will not jump into dangerous waters because of fear. I will remain steadfast and trust the One who is with me.

I declare that after every storm, there shall be a testimony. What was designed to frighten me shall become an opportunity for me to experience God's power more deeply.

    Jesus is in my boat.
Jesus is greater than my storm.
Jesus has authority over my circumstances.
    Jesus is my peace.
    Therefore, I will not fear.

Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen!

    *Action Steps for today:*
Begin with worship: Thank Jesus because He is Lord over every situation you may face today.

Read Mark 4:35–41: Meditate on how Jesus responded to the storm and the fear of His disciples.

Declare: “Jesus is with me in the boat. Therefore, I will not fear. Peace, be still!”

Identify your storm: Write down one situation that is troubling you and surrender it completely to Jesus in prayer.

Choose faith over fear: Whenever anxiety rises today, deliberately replace fearful thoughts with God's promises.

Speak peace: Be careful not to add fuel to conflict through angry or negative words. Let your words promote peace.

End the day with thanksgiving: Thank God for His presence with you, whether the storm has already ceased or you are still waiting for the calm.

    *Prayer:*
    Lord Jesus,
Thank You because You are with me in every storm of life. Thank You because no situation is greater than Your authority.

Today, I bring every storm in my life before You. Speak Your word of peace over my heart, my family, ministry, work, business, studies, relationships, and future.

Where there is confusion, speak peace.
Where there is fear, speak peace.
Where there is conflict, speak peace.
Where there is uncertainty, speak peace.
Where there is discouragement, speak peace.

Lord, calm every storm that is according to Your will to be calmed, and give me strength to remain faithful through every storm You permit me to face.

Deliver me from anxiety and fear. Teach me to trust You even when I cannot understand what is happening around me.

Help me remember that Your silence does not mean Your absence. You are with me, and You remain Lord over the storm.

Give me faith like the disciples needed and help me grow into deeper confidence in Your power.

Jesus, speak into every storm of my life today: “Peace, be still!”

Let Your peace fill my heart and let my life become a testimony of Your faithfulness.

    In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

    *Blessing for today:*
May the Lord Jesus arise on your behalf and speak peace into every storm surrounding your life.

May every troubling situation receive divine intervention. May peace reign in your heart, your family, your ministry, your work, your business, your studies, and your relationships.

May God give you grace to remain calm when circumstances are difficult, wisdom to know what to do, and faith to trust Him when you cannot see the way forward.

May every storm become a testimony, every battle produce greater faith, and every difficult season reveal the mighty power of God.

Jesus is greater than your storm.
His peace shall guard your heart.
    His authority shall prevail.
    Your testimony shall emerge.

“PEACE, BE STILL.” — MARK 4:39

May the peace of Christ rule in your heart and household today.

Good morning beloved and do have a blessed, peaceful, and victorious day
    Shalom!

  • TODAY'S KINGDOM INSIGHTS:

    SERMON TOPIC:

YOUNG PEOPLE, DON'T WASTE YOUR YOUTH.

    Theme:
Your Youth Is a Gift, Not a Season to Throw Away.

«“Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth…” — Ecclesiastes 12:1 (KJV)»

DON'T WASTE WHAT YOU CANNOT REPLACE

Young person, you can recover lost money. You can replace a broken phone. You can rebuild a failed business. But you cannot recover yesterday.
Youth is one of the greatest gifts God gives a person—and one of the easiest gifts to waste.
You have energy today. You have time today. You have opportunities today. You have the ability to learn, build, serve, dream, pray, create and make a difference.
But the enemy wants you to believe:
«“You are still young. There is plenty of time. Enjoy yourself now. You will become serious with God later.”»
    That is a dangerous lie.
The devil does not always destroy young people through terrible sins. Sometimes he destroys them through distraction.
He keeps them busy but unproductive.
Connected to everyone but disconnected from God.
    Entertained but empty.
    Informed but not transformed.
    Chasing popularity while losing purpose.
Young people, don't waste your youth!
Your youth is not merely for having fun. It is preparation for purpose.
    1. REMEMBER YOUR CREATOR BEFORE YOU WASTE YOURYEARS
    Ecclesiastes 12:1
«“Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth…”»
Solomon did not say, “Remember your Creator when you become old.”
    He said “now.”
God deserves your youthful years—not merely the leftovers of your life.
    Many people say:
    «“When I get older, I will serve God.”»
But what if God wants to use you now?
David was young when he confronted Goliath.
Samuel was young when God called him.
Josiah was young when he became king and began reforming Israel.
Timothy was young when Paul recognized his spiritual potential.
Your age does not disqualify you from God's purpose.

    Deep Insight

Youth is not an excuse for spiritual laziness.
The earlier you surrender your life to God, the more years you can spend fulfilling His purpose.
    Don't give God your retirement.
    Give Him your strength.
    Don't give God your leftovers.
    Give Him your first fruits.
    2. DON'T ALLOW PLEASURE TO STEAL YOUR PURPOSE
    1 John 2:15–17
«“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world…”»
There is nothing wrong with enjoying life.
But there is a difference between enjoying God's blessings and becoming enslaved to worldly pleasures.
Social media can become a distraction.
    Entertainment can become an addiction.
    Relationships can become an idol.
    Money can become a master.
    Sexual temptation can destroy destiny.
And the desire to be accepted can cause a young person to compromise convictions.
    Ask yourself:
What is consuming most of my time?
Because what controls your time will eventually influence your life.
You cannot spend five hours every day feeding your flesh and expect your spirit to remain strong.
You cannot constantly consume content that weakens your values and expect your character to remain strong.
Be careful what you repeatedly watch, listen to, follow, admire and imitate.
    3. USE YOUR YOUTH TO BUILD, NOT JUST TO CONSUME
    1 Timothy 4:12
«“Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers…”»
    Paul did not tell Timothy:
«“Because you are young, wait until you become older.”»
    He said:
    «“Be an example.”»
Young people should not only be consumers.
    Build something.
    Learn a skill.
    Study the Word.
    Develop your character.
    Serve in church.
    Help people.
    Create something useful.
    Learn technology.
    Develop your gifts.
    Start preparing for your future.
Don't spend your entire youth watching other people build their dreams.
    Remember this:
Entertainment gives you moments. Development gives you capacity.
Your future will demand skills you must begin developing today.
Your character must grow alongside your career.
Your spiritual life must grow alongside your education.
Your wisdom must grow alongside your influence.
    4. CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS CAREFULLY
    Proverbs 13:20
«“He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.”»
Not everybody who laughs with you is helping you.
Not everybody who calls you “brother” or “sister” is taking you toward your destiny.
Some relationships are assignments from God.
Others are distractions from your purpose.
Look at the people closest to you.
Do they encourage you to become better—or pressure you to become worse?
    Do they respect your faith?
Do they challenge you to grow?
Can you say “no” around them without losing the friendship?
Can you discuss your dreams with them?
    Can they correct you?
    Your environment matters.
If you constantly surround yourself with people who celebrate foolishness, eventually foolishness will become normal to you.
Choose friends who can pray with you, grow with you, correct you and walk with you toward God's purpose.
    5. DON'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW TO OBEY GOD
    Ephesians 5:15–16
«“See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”»
    Notice the phrase:
    “Redeeming the time.”
Time is a currency you cannot save forever.
Every day you receive 24 hours.
    You can waste them.
    You can invest them.
    But you cannot reverse them.
There are young people who are praying for opportunities while wasting the opportunities already in their hands.
Some are waiting for a miracle while refusing to develop discipline.
Some are asking God for greatness while neglecting the small responsibilities He has already given them.
    Faith does not cancel responsibility.
    Pray—but prepare.
    Believe—but build.
    Trust God—but discipline yourself.
Ask for opportunities—but develop the capacity to handle them.

    BIBLICAL CASE STUDY:

JOSEPH — A YOUNG MAN WHO DID NOT WASTE HIS SEASON

Joseph was young when his life suddenly changed.
He was betrayed by his brothers.
    He was sold into slavery.
    He was falsely accused.
    He was imprisoned.
Yet Joseph did not allow his circumstances to determine his character.
    Genesis 39:9
When tempted by Potiphar's wife, Joseph said:
«“How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?”»
    Joseph understood something powerful:
His future was more valuable than his temporary pleasure.
    He could have said:
    «“Nobody will know.”»
But Joseph knew that God was watching.
    He could have compromised.
    He could have become bitter.
He could have wasted his youth in anger.
    Instead, he remained faithful.
And eventually, God lifted him from the prison to the palace.

    The lesson:

Don't destroy tomorrow because of today's temptation.
    That relationship may be temporary.
    That pleasure may be temporary.
    That opportunity may be temporary.
But the consequences of some decisions can follow you for years.
    Young person, protect your future.

    DEEP SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS

    1. Your youth is a seed season.

What you plant now will influence what you harvest later.
    Plant prayer.
    Plant discipline.
    Plant knowledge.
    Plant integrity.
    Plant service.
    Plant righteousness.
    2. Your habits are building your future before you see it.
You may not see the harvest today, but your daily decisions are constructing tomorrow.
    3. God is more interested in your character than your popularity.
You may impress thousands of people online and still disappoint God privately.
Character is who you are when nobody is watching.
    4. Not every open door is a God-given opportunity.
Some doors are traps disguised as opportunities.
    Learn to ask:
«“Lord, is this good for me—or merely attractive to me?”»
    5. Your greatest battle may not be against people; it may be against distraction.
A distracted generation can have enormous potential and accomplish very little.
    Protect your attention.
What captures your attention repeatedly can eventually shape your direction.

PRACTICAL ACTION STEPS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

    Starting today:
    1. Give God the first part of your day.
Pray. Read Scripture. Listen for God's direction.
    2. Set goals for your life.
Spiritual goals, educational goals, financial goals, relational goals and career goals.
    3. Learn valuable skills.
Don't depend only on certificates. Develop practical competence.
    4. Control your phone; don't let your phone control you.
    5. Choose your friends intentionally.
    6. Avoid sexual and moral compromises.
    7. Find a mature Christian mentor.
    8. Serve somewhere.
Don't just attend church—be useful in God's house.
    9. Stop comparing your journey with other people's journeys.
    10. Start now.
Don't wait until everything is perfect.

    QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION

Take a moment and answer these honestly:
    - If I continue living exactly as I am today, where will I be five years from now?
    - What am I doing with my time?
    - What habit is secretly destroying my potential?
    - Who are the people influencing my decisions?
    - Am I becoming closer to God or farther from Him?
    - What gift has God placed inside me?
    - What am I doing to develop that gift?
    - What temptation am I repeatedly entertaining?
    - What should I stop doing?
    - What should I start doing?
    - If Jesus returned today, would I be satisfied with how I used my youth?

    POWERFUL PRAYER POINTS

    1. Prayer for Purpose
Father, open my eyes to understand Your purpose for my life. Help me not to wander through life without direction.
    2. Prayer for Wisdom
Lord, give me wisdom to make decisions that will preserve my future and honor You.
    3. Prayer Against Distraction
Every distraction assigned to waste my time, weaken my faith and derail my destiny, I reject it in Jesus' name.
    4. Prayer for Discipline
Holy Spirit, give me the discipline to do what is right even when nobody is watching.
    5. Prayer for Purity
Lord, keep my heart, mind and body pure. Give me strength to overcome every temptation that seeks to destroy my future.
    6. Prayer for Good Relationships
Father, connect me with people who will strengthen my faith, sharpen my character and help me fulfill my purpose.
    7. Prayer for Courage
Lord, give me courage to stand for truth even when my generation is going in the opposite direction.
    8. Prayer for Impact
Father, let my life become a blessing to my generation. May I not pass through this world without making a positive difference.

STRONG CLOSING: DON'T WASTE YOUR YOUTH

Young person, you are not too young for God to use you.
You are not too young to pray.
You are not too young to preach.
You are not too young to serve.
You are not too young to lead.
You are not too young to build.
You are not too young to make a difference.
    David had a sling.
    Joseph had a dream.
    Samuel had a listening ear.
    Timothy had youthful strength.
    And God used them.
    What is in your hands?
    What gift is inside you?
What dream has God placed in your heart?
What are you doing with the years God has given you?
Don't wait until you are old before you become serious with God.
Don't spend your best years chasing things that cannot satisfy your soul.
Don't exchange your destiny for temporary pleasure.
Don't allow social media to consume the years that should be building your future.
    Don't let fear paralyze you.
    Don't let failure define you.
Don't let your past imprison you.
Rise. Pray. Learn. Build. Serve. Grow.
Your youth is not a waiting room.
Your youth is a training ground for destiny.
And when you stand before God one day, may you be able to say:
«“Lord, I did not waste what You gave me.”»

    FINAL CHARGE
Young people, don't waste your youth.
    Give God your strength.
    Give God your gifts.

5. DON'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW TO OBEY GOD Ephesians 5:15–16 «“See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”» Notice the phrase: “Redeeming the time.” Time is a currency you cannot save forever. 📖 BIBLICAL CASE STUDY: JOSEPH — A YOUNG MAN WHO DID NOT WASTE HIS SEASON Joseph was young when his life suddenly changed. He was betrayed by his brothers. He was sold into slavery. He was falsely accused. He was imprisoned. Yet Joseph did not allow his circumstances to determine his character. Genesis 39:9 When tempted by Potiphar's wife, Joseph said: «“How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?”» Joseph understood something powerful: His future was more valuable than his temporary pleasure. He could have said: «“Nobody will know.”» But Joseph knew that God was watching. He could have compromised. He could have become bitter. He could have wasted his youth in anger. Instead, he remained faithful. And eventually, God lifted him from the prison to the palace. The lesson: Don't destroy tomorrow because of today's temptation. That relationship may be temporary. That pleasure may be temporary. That opportunity may be temporary. But the consequences of some decisions can follow you for years. Young person, protect your future. 🔥 DEEP SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS 1. Learn to ask: «“Lord, is this good for me—or merely attractive to me?”» 5. Your greatest battle may not be against people; it may be against distraction. A distracted generation can have enormous potential and accomplish very little. Protect your attention. What captures your attention repeatedly can eventually shape your direction. ✅ PRACTICAL ACTION STEPS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE Starting today: 1. 🤔 QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION Take a moment and answer these honestly: - If I continue living exactly as I am today, where will I be five years from now? - What am I doing with my time? - What habit is secretly destroying my potential? - Who are the people influencing my decisions? - Am I becoming closer to God or farther from Him? - What gift has God placed inside me? - What am I doing to develop that gift? - What temptation am I repeatedly entertaining? - What should I stop doing? - What should I start doing? - If Jesus returned today, would I be satisfied with how I used my youth? 🙏 POWERFUL PRAYER POINTS 1. Prayer for Purpose Father, open my eyes to understand Your purpose for my life. Help me not to wander through life without direction. 2. Prayer for Wisdom Lord, give me wisdom to make decisions that will preserve my future and honor You. 3. Prayer Against Distraction Every distraction assigned to waste my time, weaken my faith and derail my destiny, I reject it in Jesus' name. 4. Prayer for Discipline Holy Spirit, give me the discipline to do what is right even when nobody is watching. 5. Prayer for Purity Lord, keep my heart, mind and body pure. Give me strength to overcome every temptation that seeks to destroy my future. 6. Prayer for Good Relationships Father, connect me with people who will strengthen my faith, sharpen my character and help me fulfill my purpose. 7. Prayer for Courage Lord, give me courage to stand for truth even when my generation is going in the opposite direction. 8. Prayer for Impact Father, let my life become a blessing to my generation. May I not pass through this world without making a positive difference. 🔥 STRONG CLOSING: DON'T WASTE YOUR YOUTH Young person, you are not too young for God to use you. And when you stand before God one day, may you be able to say: «“Lord, I did not waste what You gave me.”» FINAL CHARGE Young people, don't waste your youth. Give God your strength. Give God your gifts. Give God your dreams. Give God your time. Give God your future. And watch what He can do with a life that is completely surrendered to Him. Your youth is passing. Your purpose is waiting. Start today. If you have not given your life to Jesus kindly do you by joining a Bible believing Church. 2109 │ The Father Who Provides

    Verse:
“Your heavenly Father knows that you need them.”
    — Matthew 6:32

    Meditation:
Your Father knows your needs even before you speak them.
You are not forgotten, and your life is not outside His care.
Sometimes He provides immediately; sometimes He teaches you to trust Him while you wait.
His provision may come through unexpected people, opportunities, wisdom, or strength.
Do not measure His love by what you have today—His care is greater than your present circumstances.
When the Father is your Provider, you can face tomorrow without being controlled by fear.

    Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for knowing and caring for every need in my life. Help me trust Your provision and timing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    Declaration:
“My Father knows my needs, and I trust Him to provide according to His wisdom.”

  • *Praising Adonai From Dawn to Dusk*

Close your eyes for a moment. And while you do that, picture this wonderfully diverse planet we call home. (Yes, really.)

Everything that you just imagined—God created all of it. And God created all of us to worship Him.

From north to south and east to west. From bustling cities to slow-paced villages. From lifeless deserts to life-packed forests. From the highest mountains to the farthest oceans.
*“From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the Name of the Lord is to be praised!” Psalm 113:3*
The sun “rises” and “sets” on all of us. All people, all languages, all nations. All skin colors, eye colors, and hair colors. All shapes, sizes, and personalities. Rich and poor. Aching hearts and contagious smiles.

An eclectic mix of people from various parts of the world have been praising God from generation to generation—and it continues to happen now. And we know it will never stop.

In *Revelation 7*, John has a vision of a “great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people, and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb,” who is Christ. They are serving and worshiping, all day and night.

    God’s people—past, present, and future—are a worshiping people.

We can worship with our songs.
We can worship with our money.
We can worship with our lives.

And one day, when we finally see things clearly, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. But today, we don’t have to wait to worship.

When sunlight streams through our windows, we can worship.
When the evening sky turns orange-ish pink, we can worship.
When we’re in a season of waiting, we can worship.
When we’re in a season of receiving, we can worship.
When our heart is empty and breaking, we can worship.
When our heart is full, we can worship.

*From dawn to dusk, let the Name of the Lord be praised.*

Today, let's begin to think about this verse and consider what compels us to worship God. Then, shift our hearts toward Him and don’t forget to worship Him that sit enthroned upon the circle of the earth.. The One that lives forever.

    *Praising God For His Goodness*
Father God, You are good and Your Mercy endures forever. No matter what goes on around us—You are always good. You are worthy of our praises because You are God in eternity past, present and future. You provide for us, strengthen us, deliver us, heal us and redeemed our souls. Even when we don’t see You at work in our lives, that doesn’t change the fact that You are working. There is no one like You. So regardless of what we face today, we will praise You forever! In Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen.

HE IS COMING LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT

“For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.” 1 Thessalonians 5:2 KJV

Leaders, there is no announcement date on heaven’s calendar.
Jesus is coming like a thief in the night. Sudden. Unexpected. Without warning to the world.

Peter said the day of the Lord will come “as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat.”_ 2 Peter 3:10. That means this world as we know it will end abruptly. And every leader will give account. Romans 14:12 “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.”

This truth is not given to scare us. It is given to sober us.
Because when a thief is expected, the wise owner stays awake. Luke 12:39-40 - “And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched... Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.”

The danger for leaders is not unbelief. It is slumber. It is doing Kingdom work with a casual heart. It is building with wood, hay and stubble because we assume we have time. 1 Corinthians 3:13. But the day is approaching like a thief, and it will test every work.

So how do we live when the coming is sudden?

Walk in constant readiness. Not fear, but readiness. Keep short accounts with God. Confess quickly. Forgive quickly. Walk in the light. 1 John 1:7. Let your lamp be full of oil. Matthew 25:4. A thief does not wait for you to get ready. He meets you as you are.

Guard your heart against surprise and sin. The reason people are caught off guard is because they are distracted. Luke 21:34 _“And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.”_ Watch what you watch. Watch what you feed on. Watch who you follow. A thief enters through open doors.

Stay faithful in your assignment. The faithful servant is the one found _“so doing”_ when the master returns. Matthew 24:46. Keep preaching. Keep serving. Keep praying. Keep building people. Don’t drop your post because the night is long. The trumpet could sound on an ordinary Thursday.

Leaders, our people are watching us. If we are careless, they will be careless. If we are awake, they will be awake. 1 Thessalonians 5:4-6 “But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that day should overtake you as a thief... Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.”

We don’t know the day or the hour. Matthew 24:36. But we do know the Master. And He said He is coming. So we live every day like it could be today.

    Prayer For Today
Father, thank You for the warning in Your word. I refuse to be caught sleeping. Wake my spirit. Purify my heart. Help me to walk in readiness every day. Keep me faithful in my assignment, sober in my walk, and passionate for souls. Let the day of the Lord not overtake me as a thief. Prepare me and prepare the people You have given me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    Today's Declaration
The Lord is coming like a thief in the night and I am ready. I walk in the light. I keep my lamp full. I am faithful in my assignment. I watch and I pray. I will not be overtaken by darkness.

    Bible Reading Plan
    1 Thessalonians 5:1-11, Matthew 24:42-51, Luke 12:35-40, 2 Peter 3:8-14, Revelation 16:15, Mark 13:32-37

    Today’s Action
Leaders, do a “thief audit” today. Ask: “If Jesus came tonight, what would I regret?” Deal with it now. Repent, reconcile, or reset.
Then check one area of your life or ministry that has become casual. Tighten it. Set the standard again.
Teach your team: We don’t live in fear of His coming. We live in faithfulness because of His coming.
Remember: A thief comes without notice. So we live every day with notice in our spirit.

  • PROVERB OF THE DAY

    (Proverbs 20)

    1. Wine is a mocker,
    Strong drink is a brawler,
And whoever is led astray by it is not wise.

    2. The wrath of a king is like the roaring of a lion;
Whoever provokes him to anger sins against his own life.

    3. It is honorable for a man to stop striving,
Since any fool can start a quarrel.

    4. The lazy man will not plow because of winter;
He will beg during harvest and have nothing.

    5. Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water,
But a man of understanding will draw it out.

    6. Most men will proclaim each his own goodness,
But who can find a faithful man?

    7. The righteous
    man walks in his integrity;
His children are blessed after him.

    8. A king who sits on the throne of judgment
Scatters all evil with his eyes.

    9. Who can say, “I have made my heart clean,
I am pure from my sin”?

    10. Diverse weights and diverse measures,
They are both alike, an abomination to the LORD.

    11. Even a child is known by his deeds,
Whether what he does is pure and right.

    12. The hearing ear and the seeing eye,
The LORD has made them both.

    13. Do not love sleep, lest you come to poverty;
Open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with bread.

    14. “It is good for nothing,” cries the buyer;
But when he has gone his way, then he boasts.

    15. There is gold and a multitude of rubies,
But the lips of knowledge are a precious jewel.

    16. Take the garment of one who is surety for a stranger,
And hold it as a pledge when it is for a seductress.

    17. Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man,
But afterward his mouth will be filled with gravel.

    18. Plans are established by counsel;
    By wise counsel wage war.

    19. He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets;
Therefore do not associate with one who flatters with his lips.

    20. Whoever curses his father or his mother,
His lamp will be put out in deep darkness.

    21. An inheritance gained hastily at the beginning
Will not be blessed at the end.

    22. Do not say, “I will recompense evil”;
Wait for the LORD, and He will save you.

    23. Diverse weights are an abomination to the LORD,
And dishonest scales are not good.

    24. A man’s steps are of the LORD;
How then can a man understand his own way?

    25. It is a snare for a man to devote rashly something as holy,
And afterward to reconsider his vows.

    26. A wise king sifts out the wicked,
And brings the threshing wheel over them.

    27. The spirit of a man is the lamp of the LORD,
Searching all the inner depths of his heart.

    28. Mercy and truth preserve the king,
And by lovingkindness he upholds his throne.

    29. The glory of young men is their strength,
And the splendor of old men is their gray head.

    30. Blows that hurt cleanse away evil,
As do stripes the inner depths of the heart.

He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets; Therefore do not associate with one who flatters with his lips. 20. Whoever curses his father or his mother, His lamp will be put out in deep darkness. 21. An inheritance gained hastily at the beginning Will not be blessed at the end. 22. Do not say, “I will recompense evil”; Wait for the LORD, and He will save you. 23. Diverse weights are an abomination to the LORD, And dishonest scales are not good. 24. A man’s steps are of the LORD; How then can a man understand his own way? 25. It is a snare for a man to devote rashly something as holy, And afterward to reconsider his vows. 26. A wise king sifts out the wicked, And brings the threshing wheel over them. 27. The spirit of a man is the lamp of the LORD, Searching all the inner depths of his heart. 28. Mercy and truth preserve the king, And by lovingkindness he upholds his throne. 29. The glory of young men is their strength, And the splendor of old men is their gray head. 30. Blows that hurt cleanse away evil, As do stripes the inner depths of the heart.

    Don’t Wait Any Longer.

All too often you hear of Christians who were raised as children to love Jesus, but through the teen years drifted away. Some because of “rebellion,” others because of hard feelings with other church members, some stopped praying and reading their Bibles, and a million other reasons. Whatever the reason, once they quit going to church, it became harder and harder to find their way back. Many times, people have to hit “rock bottom” to look up and see their need for a Savior! You often hear of an adult losing a mother or father who was praying for them, and it shook them to the core, bringing them back to the Lord. Sometimes it takes losing every earthly possession and having nowhere else to turn before they turn to Jesus! Everyone needs the Lord, for He is our only hope of salvation and eternal life. Without Him, we are lost! Ask yourself today, “How healthy is my spiritual life?” “Do I put God first above everything else?” “Am I spending time with God each day, through prayer and Bible study?” “What does Jesus really mean to me?” Ask God to search your heart and open your eyes to areas that are lacking in your spiritual life. Remember, there is nothing too great or too small for God to forgive. If you have distanced yourself from your Lord and Savior, don’t wait any longer - run into His waiting arms today! • GRACE FOR THE JOURNEY
You Will Not Finish the Journey by Your Strength Alone
    Key Scriptures: 2 Corinthians 12:9; Isaiah 40:31; Psalm 23:4; Philippians 1:6
Life is truly a journey, filled with all sorts of seasons—those high peaks and deep valleys, moments of triumph and times of struggle, fresh starts and bittersweet goodbyes. While God doesn’t guarantee that the path will always be smooth, He does promise that His grace will be more than enough for every step you take. When you feel like you’ve hit a wall and can’t go on, it’s in those moments that God’s grace becomes your lifeline. Paul learned this powerful lesson when God reassured him, saying, "My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9).
There will be times when you might wonder how you’ll get through, but you’ll find that God provides grace one day at a time. Just like the Israelites received their daily manna in the wilderness (Exodus 16:4–5), or how Elijah was given supernatural strength when he was at his lowest (1 Kings 19:5–8). David found his courage in God’s presence while navigating through the valley (Psalm 23:4). God may not lay out everything you’ll need for the next decade right now, but He will certainly equip you with enough grace for today’s challenges, today’s battles, and today’s journey.
Remember, it’s not helpful to compare your journey with someone else’s. Each person has their own unique timeline and purpose. Some seasons will call for patience, while others will demand courage. Some doors will swing open quickly, while others will require you to wait a little longer. But no matter what season you find yourself in, God’s grace is already there waiting for you. Isaiah 40:31 beautifully reminds us that those who wait on the Lord will have their strength renewed. When you’re feeling weak, He’ll lift you up. When you’re feeling lost, He’ll be your guide. And when you stumble, He’ll be right there to help you Keep moving forward. You might not grasp everything that’s happening along the way, but trust in the One who knows where you’re headed. Philippians 1:6 reminds us that the God who started a good work in you will see it through to the end. The path may take longer than you anticipated, but you won’t be walking it alone. Grace will be your support, grace will empower you, grace will guide you, grace will uplift you, and grace will safely lead you to your destination.
    Closing Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the grace that has brought us this far. When we feel weak, be our strength. When we’re feeling down, restore our hope. When we’re lost, direct our steps. Provide us with the grace we need for every challenge and task ahead.
Lord, help us to stay strong on this journey. Grant us patience in times of waiting, courage when we need to stand firm, wisdom for our decisions, and faith when the future seems unclear.
We declare that we will persevere. Your grace is more than enough for us. We will keep walking, trusting, believing, and following You until we reach all that You have in store for us.
Grace for today. Grace for tomorrow. Grace for every step. Grace for the whole journey. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
