  • Return to God and be Uplifted!
Repentance brings a change of attitude concerning God. The sinner naturally vilifies God. Even when he speaks of His love, he has no conception of God’s justice and wrath. True repentance brings a sense of the Holy God who cannot look upon sin. It impacts a change of mind concerning sin itself upon a person.
The unrepentant delight in sin. A child of God may be tempted to sin and even fall into sin, but his bosom aches when he does so. A true child of God who has repented cannot enjoy sin and continuously longs for deliverance. Before every child of God, there is a vision both of what he is and what he ought to be. He cries with the poet; “O that a man might arise in me that I might ease to be.”
Repentance gives the sinners a change of mind concerning him. Before our salvation, we all had a good opinion of ourselves. Like the Pharisees, we often thanked God that, “we were not as other men, extortionist, unjust, adulterers, or even as the publican" (Luke 18:11). But, every one that exalts himself shall be abased, and he that humbles himself shall be exalted (Verse 14). Where there is true repentance, though, men often despair of themselves, and like the publication, their cry is, “God be merciful to me a sinner”. They echo Paul’s exasperated plea: “O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death" (Romans 7:24). For Christ came not to call the righteousness, but sinners to repentance (Luke 5:32).
Repentance affects the motions and will, and also creates a change of feeling. We must beware here lest we are deceived. The old time evangelist who specialized in death-bed stories often created mere human emotion filling the mourners' bench with weeping people. These mourners often had a remorse for their evil doings, deeply regretting they had not been better men and women when they were told about meeting their “mother” in heaven. But remorse in not repentance, though I must say remorse is a very common experience for those who commit sin. Someone has called remorse the “echo of lost virtue”.
Remorse is the attitude of mind and heart for some evil done. Repentance, however, goes deeper. Repentance creates a sorrow for what we are rather that remorse for what we have done. Therefore says the Hebrews writer, “Leaving the principles of the doctrines of Christ (Messiah), let us go into perfection by not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works” (Hebrews 6:1).
Christian repentance is not merely the pangs of an injured conscience. Christian repentance follows the Holy Spirit’s convicting work deep within our soul (John 16:7 and 8). It lays strong hold upon the human will and brings the sinners into conformity with the will of God. It is heeding God’s call from a life of destruction (Mark 1:15). Repentance does not mean merely shedding tears over our wrong doings. It ends in faith in Christ, the Saviour. The Church must preach and teach until these conditions are obtained in the ministries. Then our revival shall have come. For this is the will of God for all mankind (Acts 17:30).
Today what the Church and the continents at large need is repentance. The call of the pulpit to the pew must be repentance. And that of the crusades to the nations must similarly be repentance, and this must eventuate in confession of sins. The scripture, therefore, tells us: “Only acknowledge your iniquity, that you have transgressed against the Lord your God” (Jeremiah3:13).That will move our God to come down and heal our many wounds. We are reminded that, “The Lord’s hands is not shortened, that it cannot save neither is His ear heavy that it cannot hear, but your iniquity have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear” (Isaiah59:1 and 2). He that covers his sins shall not prosper, but whoso confess and forsake them shall have mercy (Proverbs 28:13). “For as many as the Lord loves, He rebukes and chastens; be zealous therefore and repent!” (Revelation 3:19).
The repentance must not only be among the lowly citizens but must spring from the governors trickling to the governed. “Therefore whosoever hears these sayings of mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man which built his house upon a rock. And everyone that hears these sayings of mine and does them not shall be likened to a foolish man which built his house upon the sand,” declares the Lord Jesus Christ (Mathew 7:24 and 26).
Almighty God is calling to the people today as He did to former Israel that, “Therefore also now, says the Lord, Turn even to me with all your heart and with fasting and with weeping and with mourning. And rend your heart and not your garments, and turn to the Lord your God. For He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repent Him of the evil. Who knows if He will return and leave a blessing behind Him, even a meat offering and drink offering unto the Lord your God? Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly; gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts; let the bride-groom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet. Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord weep between the porch and the altar and let them say: Spare your people O Lord and give not your heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them; wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God? Then the Lord will be so jealous for His land and pity His people. Yes the Lord will answer and say unto His people, Behold I will send you corn, and wine and oil, and you shall be satisfied therewith; and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen but I will remove far off from you northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face towards the east sea and his hinder part towards the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up and his savor shall come up because he has done great things. Fear not O land; be glad and rejoice; for the Lord will do great things. And I will restore to you the years that locusts has eaten, the cankerworm and the caterpillar and the palmerworm my great army which I sent among you. And you shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that has dealt wondrously with you, and my people shall never be ashamed" (Joel 2:12-21: 25 and 26).
The Lord’s northern army is the destruction God brings upon a people as a result of their wickedness. Indeed righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people (Proverbs 13:34). For the Lord God of Israel, the Creator of the heavens and the earth loves righteousness and judgement (Psalm 33:5). He stresses that judgement is his strange work (Isaiah 28:21). The reason being that when his judgements are on the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness (Isaiah 26:9). When a nation leaves wickedness and turns to the Lord, such a people receive pardon and sure favour from the Lord God Almighty. The psalmist thus wrote: “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord and the people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance” (Psalms 33:12).
The Lord delights in the humility of a people. This makes Him hear our plea and smile back at us with a pardon. And this humility must start in His sanctuary. He says: “If my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins, and will heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14). Therefore every Christian by and far, let us rally in repentance for the healing of our lands. For repentance turns away God’s wrath.
Nineveh found itself in a similar situation many African nations are in today. Plagued with wickedness in diverse places and faced with imminent judgment, the Almighty God used Jonah to deliver a message of judgment to the people of Nineveh: “Surely the Lord God will do nothing but He reveals His secrets to His servants the prophets” (Amos 3:7). Unlike most of our folks who hear and turn the head the other way, the Ninevehs believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest-including the king-to the least of them. And God saw their works that they turned from their evil way, and God repented them of the evil that he had said He would bring upon them, and He did it not (Jonah 3).
Repentance touches the core of God’s heart. Humble yourself and return to the Lord your Creator. Repentance automatically brings healing. The Lord says, “Wash you, and make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes, cease to do evil. Learn to do well, seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, and judge the fatherless plead for the widow. Come now and let us reason together; though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow: though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land” (Isaiah 1:16-19).
The Living God is the healer of nations. The psalmist has declared of Him: “God be merciful to us, and cause His face to shine upon us. That your way may be known upon the earth, your saving health among all nations” (Psalm 67:1 and 2). Perhaps this ought to be the prayer on everyone’s lips now.
Stay awake O Christian in the truth!
The good LORD has always extended this gracious invitation to man over the millennia. And, therefore, if it is your desire to know Him as He truly is - the Lord of lords and King of kings, the Savior, and Redeemer of mankind, then pray this prayer of repentance unto salvation: “Lord Jesus Christ, I come to you with all the sins I have committed and I beg you to forgive me. I confess that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. Please cleanse my body, soul, and spirit with your precious blood. I need your help Lord, and I ask you to come and live in my heart. I want to serve you, obey your commands and do what is right. I want to live for you every day, please lead and guide me by your Spirit into righteousness. Thank you, O Lord for hearing and answering my prayer. Amen!”
Welcome now to this grand and mighty army of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on earth. Read the Bible often, and join a congregation near you where Christ Jesus is preached and the Almighty Godhead: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, is worshiped in Spirit and in Truth for your own spiritual growth and strength.
The Almighty God make you the apple of His eyes as I solemnly declare of Him: “After He has honored me and has sent me against the nations that have plundered you - for whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye - I will surely raise my hand against them so that their slaves will plunder them” (Zachariah 2:8). The peace and love of Christ Jesus the Lord be with you now and forever.

    Fear of Failure.

There’s an old African proverb that says, “He who wants to cross a river must not be afraid of getting wet.” Too many times people don’t accomplish their dreams and goals because of fear of failure or fear of what they’ll encounter. That kind of fear keeps you from going on a diet to lose weight, changing jobs, exploring a relationship, or even accepting a promotion. But being locked in a prison of fear will destroy you. Author Paulo Coelho once said, “There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.” Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive about what could go right. Not once does the Bible say to worry about it, stress over it, or figure it out. But over and over again, it clearly says, “Fear not.” Plain and simple, God doesn’t want His children to live in fear! He wants you to trust Him and go forward with faith that He knows what He is doing and will lead and guide you every step. Fear paralyzes your dreams, steals your happiness, and limits your relationship with God. When you start thinking, “I can’t do this. I’m just an idiot - everyone is going to laugh at me. Look at how many times I’ve failed. Everyone else can do it - I’m clearly the problem,” don’t listen to any of that nonsense and push those negative thoughts from your mind. That’s just the kind of weapon the devil loves to use against you, but don’t let fear keep you from going where God wants to take you. Claim God’s promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” Text: Psalm 56:3, Isaiah 41:13, Psalm 118:6, 2 Timothy 1:7

    THEME: NOT BY MIGHT

MEMORISE: Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
    Zechariah 4:6

    READ: Ecclesiastes 9:11-12
11 I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

12 For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them.

    MESSAGE

What a person will become during his or her sojourn on earth will not depend solely on the fellow's efforts. African elders have an adage that says, Hustling and bustling does not translate to wealth. This is true because, for instance, dockworkers who offload cargo from a ship from sunrise to sunset typically would earn only a fraction of what the Chief Executive Officer of a wharf, who sits in an air- conditioned office, sipping tea and merely signing documents, would earn. At the end of a month, the fellow's salary might even be more than what a hefty, hardworking dockworker will earn in a whole year!

Today's Bible reading makes it clear that the fact that a fellow can run swiftly does not mean that he or she will win a race, and the fact that a fellow is strong does not mean that he or she will defeat an enemy. The passage goes on to say that bread is not to the wise, neither are riches to men of understanding. This means that a fellow's advanced level of education alone will not determine how wealthy he or she will become.

I recall that I was in Redemption Camp (now Redemption City) sometime between 1983 and 1984, spending time alone with God, and crying to Him. I said, "God, I'm not asking for clothes, a car, or a house. I was minding my business as a lecturer at the university when You asked me to come and serve You. I agreed, and I really want to serve You; however, I need power to do Your work. I don't want to be an ordinary pastor; I want to excel." In desperation, I added, "God, it is either You empower me, or You take me home." My prayer touched Him, and that night, the entire campground shook due to an earthquake that sent tremors as far as ljebu Ode, a town several kilometres away. The Lord visited me and empowered me with His anointing to excel.

Beloved, you need God's anointing to excel. It is God who gives power to get wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18), it is only His anointing that can teach you everything you need to now (1 John 2:27), and it is only through Him that you can do all things (Philippians 4:13). This is why you must cry out to God to anoint you just as I did several years ago. I pray that my Daddy will empower you to excel, in Jesus' name.

    PRAYER POINT
Dear Lord, please visit me and empower me to excel, in Jesus ‘name.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Jeremiah 9-11

    AUTHOR: PASTOR E. A ADEBOYE

HYMN 1: ALL HAIL THE POWER OF JESUS NAME

    1. All hail the power of Jesus' Name!
    Let angels prostrate fall;
    Bring forth the royal diadem,
and crown Him Lord of all.
    Bring forth the royal diadem,
and crown Him Lord of all.

    2. Let highborn seraphs tune the lyre,
and as they tune it, fall
Before His face Who tunes their choir,
and crown Him Lord of all.
Before His face Who tunes their choir,
and crown Him Lord of all.

    3. Crown Him, ye morning stars of light,
    Who fixed this floating bail;
Now hail the strength of Israel's might,
and crown Him Lord of all.
Now hail the strength of Israel's might,
and crown Him Lord of all.

    4. Crown Him, ye martyrs of your God,
    who from His altar call;
Extol the Stem of Jesse's Rod,
and crown Him Lord of all.
Extol the Stem of Jesse's Rod,
and crown Him Lord of all.

    5. Ye seed of Israel's chosen race,
    ye ransomed from the fall,
Hail Him Who saves you by His grace,
and crown Him Lord of all.
Hail Him Who saves you by His grace,
and crown Him Lord of all.

    6. Hail Him, ye heirs of David's line,
    Whom David Lord did call,
    The God incarnate, Man divine,
and crown Him Lord of all,
    The God incarnate, Man divine,
and crown Him Lord of all.

    7. Sinners, whose love can ne'er forget
    the wormwood and the gall,
Go spread your trophies at His feet,
and crown Him Lord of all.
Go spread your trophies at His feet,
and crown Him Lord of all.

    8. Let every tribe and every tongue
    before Him prostrate fall
    And shout in universal song
    the crownèd Lord of all.
    And shout in universal song
    the crowned Lord of all

OPEN HEAVEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL DATE: THURSDAY AUGUST 6TH 2026 THEME: NOT BY MIGHT MEMORISE: Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Zechariah 4:6 READ: Ecclesiastes 9:11-12 11 I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all. 12 For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them. MESSAGE What a person will become during his or her sojourn on earth will not depend solely on the fellow's efforts. PRAYER POINT Dear Lord, please visit me and empower me to excel, in Jesus ‘name. BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Jeremiah 9-11 AUTHOR: PASTOR E. A ADEBOYE HYMN 1: ALL HAIL THE POWER OF JESUS NAME 1. All hail the power of Jesus' Name! Let angels prostrate fall; Bring forth the royal diadem, and crown Him Lord of all. Bring forth the royal diadem, and crown Him Lord of all. 2. Let highborn seraphs tune the lyre, and as they tune it, fall Before His face Who tunes their choir, and crown Him Lord of all. Before His face Who tunes their choir, and crown Him Lord of all. 3. Crown Him, ye morning stars of light, Who fixed this floating bail; Now hail the strength of Israel's might, and crown Him Lord of all. 12:32 The Lord placed it in my heart to travel towards Jeffreys Bay and wait at the Van Staden Bridge, around about 31 kilos before Jeffreys Bay. As i would wait on the Lord, i would focus on studying God's Word. I also record trauma teachings and upload them on YouTube
18:04 As i stood near the bridge i saw African people parking their vehicles at the parking area and walked down towards the river. The worship of water spirits at its finest
22:44 Can Christians have demons? Can Christians be demonic oppressed and or demonically possessed?
28:20 I tried to paint over the witchcraft symbols in the parking area and break the curses and soon after following up with a deliverance
30:18 African people blessed me with a lovely meal and some desert.

  • Follow After Love
    (Smith Wigglesworth 1922)
I want to turn this morning to the last verse of the thirteenth chapter of First Corinthians, and the first three verses of the fourteenth chapter. I want you to see that the primary thought in this passage is that when love is in perfect progress, other things will work in harmony, for prophetic utterances are of no value unless perfectly covered by divine love.
Jesus was so full of love to His Father and love to us that that love never failed to accomplish its purpose. It works in us and through us by the power of the Father's love in Him. This is what must come into our lives. Christ is to be the all-in-all of all things. All our doings, sayings, workings must be in Him and unto Him. Then our prophetic utterances will be well-pleasing to God. Pentecostal people sometimes make prophetic utterance a side issue. They think they are obliged to rise up and speak because the Spirit is upon them. That is not true - and again it is true. If they are in the right place - hidden away in Christ, saturated with His love they will have such unction as to be balanced and always have spiritual utterance that pleases Him. It will all be to edification.
"Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy" (1 Corinthians 14:1). Moses said, I would " ... that all the Lord's people were prophets, and that the Lord would put his spirit upon them!" (Numbers11:29). And this is to me a revelation that God would have us in such a spiritual, holy place that He can take our words and so fill them with divine power that we speak in the Spirit right along in prophetic utterance. Beloved, there is human language on the human plane, and there is a divine incoming into the same language so that it is changed by spiritual power and made to live to those who hear. That divine touch of prophetic utterance will never come on any line except being filled with the Spirit. If you wish to be anything for God, do not miss the plan. You cannot afford to be on ordinary lines. You must realize that within you there is a power of the Spirit that is forming everything you require.
Perhaps you have not heard what our experience was in the early days of the Christian Mission in England which turned out to be the Salvation Army. I have never seen anything like it in my life. The power of God rested upon the worst characters and they were saved. It reached every class. Drunkards were saved right and left and the next day when they were put up for testimony their testimony thrilled the place so that the power of God fell upon others who in turn became witnesses to the salvation of Christ. There was no such thing as a building large enough to hold the work. The meetings were in open marketplaces, and they put big wagons there for platforms. The people who were saved the night before would speak and the power of God would fall.
I maintain that we are in a different order and a higher, yet we lack. We have too much preaching and too little testifying. You can never get a live Pentecostal church with a preacher every night preaching, preaching, preaching. The people become weary of preaching. But they never tire of the whole place being on fire. Therefore I can understand the exhortation "that ye may prophesy." You must awake out of your lethargy. There is no room for a man in the Pentecostal Movement who has settled on his lees. If you come to a Pentecostal meeting and sit through it unmoved, you are not in the Spirit, and dearth will fall on the church.
When the Holy Ghost comes in His fullness He comes into a man to move him so that he knows he has to speak now in a different way. " ... when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth ... " (John16:13). The Holy Ghost is inspiration, revelation, manifestation, operation. When a man comes into the fullness of the Holy Ghost he is in perfect order, built on a scriptural foundation. I have failed to find any man who understood the 12th, 13th and 14th chapters of First Corinthians unless he had been baptized in the Holy Ghost. When a man gets baptized with the Holy Ghost, he speaks from a deep inward conviction, by the power of the Spirit, a revelation of that Scripture.
God wants to make us on fire in the Spirit, speaking burning words. He wants to make all that a man has so prophetic in all its bearings that he will always speak as an oracle of God. There ought to be something within him that shines through him with a vital power that makes men know he has seen God, and they feel God has come into their midst.
One day in a railroad carriage I was drawing near to Cardiff and washed my hands and face because I knew the moment I jumped off the train I should have to rush to get to the meeting. I had just a little season of prayer while washing. Meanwhile the carriage had filled up with people who got on at Newport. When I returned there were two ministerial gentlemen with the accustomed white collars. These two parsons cried out under conviction of sin, and in ten minutes' time the whole place was bathed in prayer and conviction.
We should be filled with the Holy Ghost to such an extent it would always be so. To be filled with the Holy Ghost and fire is a higher order different from anything else. I often kneel before God thinking, "Now what is the burden of my heart?" The Lord knows more than I do about the burden, and the moment I kneel down I lose all my English. I am in the presence of God and He takes me right on to victory. Talk about this praying in the Holy Ghost, there is nothing like it! There is a secret about it. It is a secret between you and God. It is purely a Holy Ghost utterance. Let me tell you an incident of what it does. It does such marvelous things.
Brother Burton, who is associated with my son-in-law in Africa, has a wonderful work going on in the Congo. When they were going there to break up the new ground they lost one man on the way, and then Burton was laid low. He seemed dead, and they started on brokenheartedly. But looking around they saw him coming on just as lively as though he had never had a touch of fever. "What has happened?" they shouted. "Tell us!" He said, "From my head right down there came a warmth of life through my body, and here I am perfectly well."
Afterwards Burton visited England and when he was at a meeting a woman said to him, "Do you keep a diary?" "Yes," he answered. "I wish you would look at your diary," she continued, "and tell me what happened on a certain day," (giving the date). While he was looking it up she went on, "I saw you lying as one dead, and I was broken down before God in your behalf and was praying for you when the Spirit filled me and there I was speaking in an unknown tongue, and when I got through I saw you looking perfectly well. Burton found in his diary that it was the very hour of his recovery. What we need is more of the Holy Ghost. Oh, let it be no longer we but the Spirit who prays!
Two African boys were brought to us from the Congo, and my daughter said to me, "Father, will you take the boys around?" Well, it was a job because they could not speak a word of English. When I was walking with these boys I kept saying, "Praise the Lord, Amen." After a while they caught on to it. So when I said, "Praise the Lord," they would say, "Amen." We boarded a car which was full of people and the boys were at one end and I at the other. They would shout, "Praise the Lord!" and I would respond, "Amen," and we kept it up through the town. The boys were having a great time. When they sought the baptism of the Holy Ghost we had a glorious time. By the way, these "boys" were thirty years old. The Holy Ghost fell on them and gave them a new language, so different from their own. It was wonderful. They were full of the Spirit and joyful beyond words. They said, "When we were saved it was good, very good; but now it is more good, more so!" 0 beloved! I know God wants us all to have this "more so" salvation. It is not a measure but a pressed down measure; and not only a pressed down measure but a measure shaken together and running over. The baptism of the Spirit is an overflowing cup. Praise the Lord!
People who are baptized in the Holy Ghost can have a wonderful time in song. I have seen it, especially in England. If we only understood it better we should have greater chorals than ever were sung, far better than man ever made. I have heard singing in the Spirit with such rarity of music as I have never heard elsewhere, music from the deepest bass to octaves higher than you ever hear in the natural. All is in perfect harmony and it makes you think of a big organ, only more massive, more beautiful. Everyone gets to weeping and rejoicing and is solemnized by the presence of God, so that there is nothing in the flesh. The people are melted down at such times. I pray God we may all come to understand this in its fullness.

When they were going there to break up the new ground they lost one man on the way, and then Burton was laid low. He seemed dead, and they started on brokenheartedly. But looking around they saw him coming on just as lively as though he had never had a touch of fever. "What has happened?" they shouted. "Tell us!" He said, "From my head right down there came a warmth of life through my body, and here I am perfectly well." Afterwards Burton visited England and when he was at a meeting a woman said to him, "Do you keep a diary?" "Yes," he answered. (1922, Glad Tidings Tabernacle, San Francisco, California.) • * DON'T LISTEN TO Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Abel Damina AND THEIR COHORTS PREACHING "ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED".* Pray for them.

This OSAS (Once Saved Always Saved) message is destroying young believers in Nigeria and Africa

It is giving them the boldness to continue in fornication, yahoo‑yahoo, fraud, pornography, drunkenness, and every other sin, because they have been told that “no sin can take you to hell once you accept Christ.”

When you talk to them, they quote their pastor saying:
“Only rejecting Christ sends you to hell. Not sin.”

So to them, accepting Christ has become a license to explore every evil pleasure of the world and still expect heaven.

And we wonder why a country with thousands of churches still drowns in corruption, immorality, and wickedness.

If this pattern continues and if watchmen, genuine believers, and true pastors do not keep sounding the alarm, the younger generation will drift fully into perversion.

And when that happens, immorality and scandals will tear the church apart, and church attendance will collapse the same way it has collapsed in many Western nations.

I refuse to keep quiet while this doctrine destroys the Nigerian church.

*Apostle Paul warned us in the Book of Galatians:*
Galatians 1:6, I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 1:7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

    * THESE ARE NEW TESTAMENT PROOFS THAT OSAS ( Once saved always saved) IS NOT BIBLICAL:*

    *1) Disciples who left Jesus*
    John 6:66
“Many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.”
    They were disciples, not unbelievers.
    They followed Jesus.
    They left Jesus.
    They ended lost.
Then Jesus turned to the Twelve:
    John 6:67
    “Will ye also go away?”
Jesus asked because leaving is possible.

*And Jesus said to those who already believed in him:*
John 8:30 As he spake these words, many believed on him. 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

*2) Judas — chosen, empowered,* commissioned… and lost
    John 17:12
    “The son of perdition.”
You cannot become “lost” unless you were once “in.”

    *3) Demas — a minister who backslid*
    2 Timothy 4:10
“Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world.”
    A believer.
    A minister.
    He forsook Christ.

*4) Hymenaeus & Alexander — shipwrecked in the faith*
    1 Timothy 1:19–20
“Some having put away faith have made shipwreck.”
You cannot shipwreck a faith you never had.

*5) Ananias & Sapphira — believers judged for sin*
    Acts 5:11
“Great fear came upon all the church.”
The church feared because believers fell physically and spiritually.

*6) Galatian believers — fallen from grace*
    Galatians 5:4
    “Ye are fallen from grace.”
You cannot fall from a place you never stood.

*7) Corinthian believers — warned they could miss heaven*
    1 Corinthians 6:9–10
“Be not deceived… the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”
Paul warned believers that sin can shut them out.

*8 ) Hebrews — believers who fell away after deep spiritual experiences*
    Hebrews 6:4–6
“It is impossible… if they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance.”
    They were:
    • enlightened
    • tasted the heavenly gift
    • partakers of the Holy Ghost
    • tasted the good word
    • tasted the powers of the world to come
    And they fell away.

*9) Hebrews again — willful sin after salvation brings judgment*
    Hebrews 10:26–27
“If we sin willfully… there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins.”
    “We” = believers.
    Willful sin = judgment.

*10) Foolish virgins — believers shut out*
    Matthew 25:12
    “I know you not.”
    All ten were virgins.
    All ten had lamps.
    All ten waited for Christ.
    Five were rejected.

*11) Jesus said: looking back disqualifies you*
    Luke 9:62
“No man… looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”
Start + look back = disqualified.

*12) Jesus said: only those who endure to the end will be saved*
    Matthew 24:13
“He that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”
    Not “he that started.”
    “He that endured.”

*13) Jesus said : branches in Him can be cut off and burned*
    John 15:6
“If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth… and they burn them.”
A branch in Christ can be cut off.

    *14) Paul feared being disqualified.*
    1 Corinthians 9:27
    “Lest… I myself should be a castaway.”
If Paul could be disqualified, OSAS is finished.

*15) Some will depart from the faith*
    1 Timothy 4:1
“Some shall depart from the faith.”
You cannot depart from a faith you never had.

*16) Believers who return to the world end worse*
    2 Peter 2:20–22
“The latter end is worse with them than the beginning.”
    They escaped the world.
    They returned.
    Their end is destruction.

    *17) Saved people later destroyed*
    Jude 1:5
“The Lord saved them… afterward destroyed them.”
    Saved first.
    Destroyed later.

    * IN CONCLUSION:*
Everyone know that there's a clear and perfect difference between darkness and light. In the same way there is a distinct difference between true believers in Christ and unbelievers.
Therefore, those that believe in Christ must live like him according to the scripture:
1 John 2:[3]If we obey God's commands, then we are sure that we know him.
[4]Those who say that they know him, but do not obey his commands, are liars and there is no truth in them.
[5]All those who obey his word are people whose love for God has really been made perfect. This is how we can be sure that we are in union with God:
[6]those who say that they remain in union with God should live just as Jesus Christ did.
The New Testament does not teach Once Saved Always Saved.
It teaches Start Well, Continue Well, End Well.

True believers in Christ usually manifest Christlike character in their behavior.
They proof their faith in Jesus Christ in their Godly behavior, because faith without works is dead.
James 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
1 Peter 1:14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: 1:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

Backwardness /backsliding and every other sin destroys kingdom destiny, and send people to hell fire .
We will not keep quiet while OSAS ( False ministers) corrupts and destroy the Nigerian and African Church of Christ.

I pray that those of you that are saved will never be deceived to lose your salvation. I also pray that those that are not saved shall accept the true gospel and be saved in Jesus name.
May God continue to protect and bless you abundantly, in JESUS name
    Have a blessed day
