God’s Character — the 10 commandments are a reflection of God’s character? That’s a lie from hell. It isn’t biblical at all. His character cannot be limited to 10 commandments. Anyway… God isn’t all about the thou shalts and the shalt nots. There Is so much more! What about grace? Mercy? Forgiveness? What about the fruit of the Spirit? Is he not the loving father? Doesn’t God have compassion? He is patient. God is perfect in every way. God is all powerful. God is all knowing. God is everywhere at all times. God wants us to have peace that passes our understanding. God is a fire from the loins up to his loins down, the Bible tells us.  With his mouth he spoke creation into existence. He breathes out stars. He has prepared a place for us where he is. There is much, much more about God and his character than the law. The law was given because of the Israeli people’s evil, but it was given to only last until Jesus came to complete his earthly ministry. 👇👇👇 Galatians 3:19 NASB Why the Law then? It was added on account of the violations, having been ordered through angels at the hand of a mediator, until the Seed would come to whom the promise had been made. Why would anyone teach that the law which magnifies mankind’s sin is a reflection of God’s character?  The law is the power of sin. Look 👀 👇👇👇 1 Corinthians 15:56 NASB The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law; If the law is a reflection of God’s character, then God is the power of sin. May that never be said. The law Is holy, just and good, but it can’t clean us. It only shows us that we are dirty. God, our father in heaven, cleans us by his grace because of our faith in his son, Jesus, who was sacrficed for us because of God’s love. John 17:26 AMPC “I have made Your Name known to them and revealed Your character and Your very Self, and I will continue to make [You] known, that the love which You have bestowed upon Me may be in them [felt in their hearts] and that I [Myself] may be in them.” I’m talking about grace and law. To say that the character of God is essentially one of law and justice is to limit the divine to one’s own understanding of what those terms entail. It is an intellectual attempt to encapsulate human reasoning and inject our minuscule logic into the aspects of God’s nature. It is a futile venture of pride and an arrogant overconfidence in mans’ ability to actually obey God.

It’s probably one of the hardest things to do. Sometimes clarity comes after the conversation is over — when we replay it and realize we wish we had listened a little longer, spoken a little less, or simply been kinder. I suspect I’m not the only one who has had that thought afterward. “Be quick to hear, slow to speak…” — James 1:19 NASB Listen to Him.

2 Colossians 2:6-7 NASB Therefore, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, [7] having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude. When we were born again, we were "firmly rooted." The foundation is secured, and we are safe in Christ. No one can pluck us up, because noone can ruin what the Lord has planted. Having eternal life, we now grow and mature in Him; "built up in Him." This confidence and reliance on Jesus alone for our salvation, and our continued right standing with God, is being "established in your faith." 2 Corinthians 5:20-21 NASB "Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. [21] He made Him who knew no sin to be sin in our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." How then might we be "reconciled to God?" 👇👇👇 Colossians 1:19-20 NASB "For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, [20] and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross." We CAN'T reconcile ourselves to God. There's nothing from us that is worthy of the Father's favor. We may only submit ourselves to the reconciliation God freely offers through Christ and his FINISHED work at the cross. God made a way, through his Son, to make peace with us, despite how evil we have been or how terrible we can become, through the blood of Jesus on the cross. It is the obedience of Christ to submit to the cross and not our own obedience that saves us and goes on saving us. That's the gospel folks. In His Love He made it easy for us to Know Him by showing Himself through the Person of Jesus Christ! Someone we can Talk to, Someone we can Understand. How can we explain the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ! Prayer: 2Corinthians 8:9, NASB “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich.” Thank You Lord, You demoted Yourself from the Highest Heavens to the Lowest Earth, to make us Understand the Father Heart of God! Colossians 4:1, NASB “Masters, grant to your slaves justice and fairness, knowing that you too have a Master in heaven.” Goodness gives birth to goodness. Badness gives birth to badness! Proverbs 11:1, NASB “A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, But a just weight is His delight.” Honesty is God's Policy! By seeming to lose in the natural by being honest is gaining Big because you will have the God of the Universe behind you! Be honest then you will have God's Best! Amen. The Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, “Now lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward; 15. for all the land which you see, I will give it to you and to your descendants forever.” Help us to be of the Faith of Abraham and not to trust in temperory advantage or riches! In Numbers 11, we have the first appearance of clericalism in the Bible. Two servants of the Lord, Eldad and Medad, received God’s Spirit and began to prophesy (vv. 26–27). In hasty response, a young zealot urged Moses to “restrain them” (v. 28 NASB). Moses reproved the young suppressor, saying that all God’s people should receive the Spirit and prophesy.

Ezra 6:13, NASB “Then Tattenai, the governor of the province beyond the River, Shethar-bozenai and their colleagues carried out the decree with all diligence, just as King Darius had sent.” Even foreign subjects are Faithful and Diligent to follow every command of their king. Shall we not follow Him and obey Him Faithfully and with Diligence and Enthusiasm, to Him Who is King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Prayer: Acts 26:19-20, NASB “19. “So, King Agrippa, I did not prove disobedient to the heavenly vision, 20. but kept declaring both to those of Damascus first, and also at Jerusalem and then throughout all the region of Judea, and even to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, performing deeds appropriate to repentance.” May we be Faithful in carrying out all Your Will to proclaim Your Message of Love in Jesus Christ, as Your servant Paul did.
