    June 30, 2025 - HELP FROM ABOVE

    REV. AROME E. TOKULA

Psalms 121:2 (Passion) - I LOOK UP to the mountains and hills, LONGING FOR GOD’S HELP. But then I REALIZE that our TRUE HELP and protection come ONLY FROM THE LORD, our Creator who made the heavens and the earth.

There's no person on earth that makes it through life and becomes all that God wants him/her to become without the help of another person. I'm a personal testimony of a man whom God has marvelously helped!

It was a pitiful place to be when that sick impotent man at the pool of Bethesda told Jesus, “…Sir, I HAVE NO MAN to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me” (John 5:7).

It is an abnormality when any child of God finds himself or herself in a place without help. That place where you don't have anybody to help you, where the needed help is delayed or denied.

Since the Father never designed for any child of His to be found in any of these situations it is important to position yourself in a place where you can constantly receive and enjoy the help that comes from God - from above!

You have to stop looking for help in the wrong places because you will never find it. To receive and enjoy God's help, you must turn your eyes completely to Him alone like we see the Psalmist doing in our text. The Psalmist saw the mountains that surrounded Jerusalem but refused to put his trust in any earthly frame but rather wholly in God! The truth is, without God, the help of man is vain!

Isaiah 31:1 says, “Woe to THOSE WHO GO DOWN TO EGYPT FOR HELP, and rely on horses, who trust in chariots because they are many, and in horsemen because they are very strong, but who do not look to the Holy One of Israel, nor SEEK THE LORD!”

The king told the woman who cried to him for help during the famine, “…If GOD won’t help you, where on earth can I go for help? To the granary? To the dairy?” 2 Kings 6:27 (MSG).

When you look completely to God especially in prayer, He raises help for you; sometimes from least expected sources!

The first and most important help is the gift of Jesus in your heart in the person of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said in John 14:26, “But THE HELPER, the HOLY SPIRIT, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” You have God as your Helper in the person of the Holy Ghost in you to look up to. As you go about your day keep declaring, “Thank You Holy Spirit my Helper, I can do all things because you empower me and I believe and receive all the association needed to move to the next level in Jesus' Name.”

When your confidence is rested solely on God, you'll begin to see Him raise people from all over to come and help you because true help is from above!

    DECLARE
Father, my eyes are upon You! I look to You because You're my Help, strength and comfort. Thank You Holy Spirit my Helper, I can do all things because you empower me. I receive today all the associations needed to move me to the next level. I receive help today in Jesus' Name.

(The spirit of joy, an ecstasy that comes from God)

    June 27, 2025 - EVERYDAY IS A GOOD DAY

    REV. AROME E. TOKULA

1 Peter 3:10 (AMP) - “ For let him who wants to ENJOY LIFE and SEE GOOD DAYS [GOOD--WHETHER APPARENT OR NOT] KEEP HIS TONGUE free from evil and his lips from guile (treachery, deceit).

Are you always waiting for things to go in a certain way before you can enjoy your day? Did you know that you can command your day in the direction you want it to go? In the midst of chaos, God looked at the earth and declared in Genesis 1:3, “…Let there be light”; and there was light.” Then the next verse says, “And God saw the light, THAT IT WAS GOOD…” (Genesis 1:4). God made the day a good day with His Word.

It is possible to enjoy life every day and the secret to enjoying everyday life is in speaking God’s Word. The words of your mouth are very powerful. Your mouth is a very powerful tool in releasing faith.

Jesus in Mark 11:23 said, “… That whosoever shall SAY unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but SHALL BELIEVE that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”

Jesus said to speak to the mountain. He didn’t say, ‘analyze the nature of the mountain.’ He didn’t say, ‘describe the kind of mountain.’ And He didn’t say, ‘wail over the mountain.’ He said, “Speak to the mountain and what you say will come to pass”

Yes! What you say *WILL* come to pass, so:

Speak to your body in the Name of Jesus! Speak to your bank accounts in the Name of Jesus! Speak to your businesses in the Name of Jesus! Speak to your children in the Name of Jesus! Whatever stands as a mountain should be spoken to. Use your mouth wisely.

1 Peter 3:10 says whether good is apparent or not you should keep your tongue free from evil and your lips from guile. It doesn’t matter the situation, the secret of enjoying life and seeing good days starts with your tongue - not your town.

You can start your day knowing exactly what to expect. The Message Translation of 1 Peter 3:10 says, “Whoever wants to embrace life and see the day fill up with good, here’s what you do: SAY NOTHING EVIL OR HURTFUL...”

Evil isn’t just when you use a foul word, rather it is saying anything that is contrary to God's Word. In Numbers 13, God called the report of the 10 negative pessimistic spies evil. (Numbers 13:31-33). He called it an evil report because it was contrary to His Word. Refuse to speak evil even in the face of a mountain.

When you speak, believe in your heart that what you have said will happen because the Father loves you and He is backing your Words and you will have a good day!

Keep your heart in agreement with your word and make every day a good day!

    DECLARE
I am righteous, blessed and favored. As I step into my day, things are working for me. I reject every form of frustration and I believe doors are opened to me where they are closed to others. All that I do prospers because the day is loaded with good things. Thank You Father for a fruitful, blessed, and wonderful day in Jesus’ Name.

    June 26, 2025 - YOU ARE GOD’S MASTERPIECE

    REV. AROME E. TOKULA

    Psalm 139:13-14 (MSG)
13 “Oh yes, YOU SHAPED ME FIRST INSIDE, then out; you formed me in my mother's womb.*
14 “I THANK YOU, High God—you're breathtaking! BODY AND SOUL, I AM MARVELOUSLY MADE! I worship in adoration—WHAT A CREATION!*

Vanity is the state created by the absence of God. No wonder the preacher said in Ecclesiastes 12:8, “Vanity of vanities,” says the Preacher. “All [THAT IS DONE WITHOUT GOD’S GUIDANCE] is vanity (futility).”

For your life to make any meaning you must be guided by God via His Word and the first thing God’s Word will do for you is that it will give you the right Identity because the foundation to a fruitful and successful life begins by appreciating who God has made you.

To celebrate others at the expense of yourself or to treat yourself harshly than you would others are signs you don't know who God has made you. Ephesians 2:10 says, “We have BECOME HIS POETRY, a RE-CREATED PEOPLE that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for WE ARE JOINED TO JESUS, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God PLANNED IN ADVANCE OUR DESTINY and the good works we would do to fulfill it.”

King David, who wrote our text, wasn't a perfect person. He was not even born into a noble family, but he was grateful for who God had made him. He understood that God didn't make a mistake by creating him because he didn't define himself either by his environment; what he had or didn't have, rather he defined himself by the One who created him to be - God!

David thanked God and appreciated himself and you must do the same. He saw himself as God's creation and exclaimed, “… What a creation!" You should be able to say that about yourself too. It will greatly affect your self-esteem and it will free you to be yourself because nobody is better than you. You're amazing!

Rather than going around being sad and having a negative attitude, take some time today to celebrate God and to appreciate yourself for who God has made you. For example, if nobody takes you out on a date, fix a date and take yourself out.

The truth is, everything around you might not be right “YET'” but it doesn't mean “YOU” are wrong. Like the Spirit of God humorously told me one morning, _“that the car didn't start doesn't mean you (Arome) didn't start - you woke up!”_ Just because something didn't work out as planned doesn't mean you aren't working!

When you start to thank God for *WHO* He has made you, everything will begin to fall into place in your life because you're perfectly suited for God’s purpose and assignment for your life. Make the decision today to begin to appreciate God for who He has made you and walk in confidence.

    DECLARE
Thank You Father for who You have made me! I will not define myself by where I was born, what I am labelled by or what I have or do not have because I am Your masterpiece recreated in Christ Jesus and I am fulfilling Your plans and purpose for my life.
