• 1 Corinthians 15:28 (ASV)

"And when all things have been subjected unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subjected to him that did subject all things unto him, that God may be all in all."

Here is the consummation of the entire plan of redemption. Yeshua HaMashiach, the one to whom all authority has been given, the one before whom every knee will bow, the one who will reign until all enemies are under His feet—this same Son will, at the end, subject Himself to the Father. Not as a defeated enemy. Not reluctantly. But as the obedient, loving Son returning the kingdom to the One who gave it.

This verse shatters every notion of a co-equal, co-eternal trinity. The Son is not the Father's equal in position. He is the Father's agent, the Father's appointed ruler, the Father's only begotten. He reigns because the Father gave Him the kingdom. And when the work is finished, He hands it back. The Father alone remains supreme. Yahuah is all in all.

But it also shatters something else: the fear that Yeshua's kingdom is about His own glory. It is not. It never was. From the beginning, His entire mission was to glorify the Father. He came to do the Father's will. He lived to reveal the Father's character. He died to satisfy the Father's justice. He rose to complete the Father's plan. And at the end, He will lay everything at the Father's feet and take His place as the eternal Son, forever subject to the One who is all in all.

This is not a demotion. It is the perfection of love. It is the Son showing the universe, for all eternity, what true submission looks like. It is the Son's delight to honor the Father, now and forever. And in that eternal act of loving surrender, we see the very character of Yahuah reflected perfectly.

That door is worth walking through. What lies beyond it is the beautiful, biblical truth of the Father and the Son—two distinct beings, perfectly united in love, with the Father supreme and the Son exalted. Not a trinity. A family. A Father and His only begotten Son, who loves the Father so completely that He will be subject to Him forever. That is the gospel in its final, glorified form.

  • Why I Use the Name Yeshua HaMashiach

I have chosen to use the name Yeshua HaMashiach not because "Jesus Christ" is wrong, but because the original Hebrew name and title carry a weight and meaning that the English translation has largely lost.

Yeshua means "Yahuah saves." It is the name given to the Son of God when He took human flesh—the name His mother Miriam called Him, the name His disciples spoke, the name by which He was known in Nazareth and Capernaum and Jerusalem. When I say Yeshua, I am not using a foreign word to be different. I am using His actual name, the name that declares His mission: Yahuah saves.

HaMashiach means "the Anointed One." It is not a surname. It is a title—the title of the One promised by the prophets, the seed of the woman, the son of David, the suffering Servant of Isaiah, the coming King of Daniel's vision. When I say HaMashiach, I am confessing that Yeshua of Nazareth is the Messiah of Israel and the hope of the world.

In modern English, "Jesus Christ" has become a compound name. Many treat "Christ" as though it were His last name, not understanding that it means "the Anointed One." The meaning has been buried under centuries of translation and familiarity. I want to restore what has been lost. I want to speak His name and His title with the weight they deserve.

This is not about being rigid or rejecting those who say "Jesus Christ." It is about honoring the One who saved me. It is about recovering the Jewish roots of my faith. It is about confessing, every time I speak His name, that Yahuah saves and that Yeshua is the promised Messiah.

I stand on the Bible and the Bible alone. I worship one God, the Father, Yahuah. I confess one Lord, Yeshua HaMashiach, His only begotten Son. And I use the names that best declare who they are.

  • The Father desires to draw you to His Son today. Yeshua invites you to come to Him, to abide in Him today, and every day, until He returns. When you respond and come to Him, when your heart is soft and your mind surrendered, you will feel peace because you know that He will raise you up, no matter how unworthy you may feel, on the last day of this earth. Yeshua said, "Who comes to Me I will by no means cast out" (John 6:37).

We should sense the urgency to work with the Spirit of the Father and the Son to call others into a saving relationship with Yeshua. "And the Spirit and the bride say, 'Come!' And let him who hears say, 'Come!' And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely" (Revelation 22:17).

The invitation is free, offered as a gift of grace from the Father through His Son. When we accept Yeshua into our life and love Him with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and love the Father who sent Him, our life here and in the future will be changed forever.

Even as Yeshua invites us to come to Him, the last words in the Bible promise this: "Surely I am coming quickly." Amen. Even so, come, Lord Yeshua (Revelation 22:20).

How quickly? From our perspective, as soon as we close our eyes in death, the next thing we know will be the return of Yeshua. Considering how quickly our lives pass, that is how quickly He is coming back for us. Perhaps our first thought at the resurrection will be, "Lord, Your coming was soon after all!"

Truly, now we see but faintly, as in a mirror. But then we will see Him face-to-face—the Son who came forth from the Father, the only begotten of the Almighty. Don't grow weary in waiting. Keep this desire alive, ever before you, in faith and in trust in the love and goodness of Yahuah and His Son. Lord Yeshua, please come soon!

Pray right now for the faith to endure, for the faith to allow you to surrender wholly and completely to the One who died for you—Yeshua the Messiah, the only begotten Son of the Father—and who is coming back quickly for you.

  • OBEDIENCE THE GREATEST REQUIREMENT!

This is one of the hardest moments in Saul’s life. Not because Yahuah stopped loving him. Not because Saul was suddenly evil.
But because DISOBEDIENCE HAD FINALLY BEEN NAMED FOR WHAT IT WAS.

SAUL DID NOT WAKE UP PLANNING TO REBEL.

That matters. In both moments, in Gilgal and with Amalek, SAUL BELIEVED HE WAS BEING REASONABLE. He saw pressure. He saw fear in the people. He saw opportunity and risk and delay. And INSTEAD OF WAITING ON YAHUAH’S INSTRUCTION FULLY, HE ACTED.

Just a little ahead. Just a little altered. Just enough to feel justified. THAT IS HOW DISOBEDIENCE OFTEN ENTERS.

In 1 Samuel 13, Saul offered the sacrifice himself because Samuel delayed. The people were scattering. Fear was rising. SAUL DECIDED THAT ACTION WAS BETTER THAN OBEDIENCE DELAYED.

But Torah OBEDIENCE IS NOT DRIVEN BY PANIC. IT IS DRIVEN BY TRUST.

SAUL STEPPED INTO A ROLE THAT WAS NOT HIS TO TAKE. Not because he hated Yahuah, but because he feared losing control more than he feared stepping outside instruction.

Then came Amalek. YAHUAH’S COMMAND WAS CLEAR. COMPLETE OBEDIENCE. No partial victories. NO EXCEPTIONS SHAPED BY HUMAN REASONING. Saul won the battle, but he kept what Yahuah said to remove. He spared Agag. He kept the best of the animals. And when confronted, he defended himself. “I did obey.” “The people wanted this.” “This is for sacrifice.”

Samuel’s GRIEF IS HEAVY here. NOT ANGER FIRST. GRIEF. Because Saul still did not understand.

OBEDIENCE IS NOT ABOUT INTENTION. IT IS ABOUT SUBMISSION.

Samuel’s words cut through every excuse. “TO OBEY IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE.”

    Not because sacrifice is meaningless.
But because SACRIFICE WITHOUT OBEDIENCE IS EMPTY.

This image captures the weight of that moment so well. Samuel’s hand gripping Saul’s robe. Saul’s head bowed, not in repentance yet, but in realization. Authority is slipping. NOT BECAUSE YAHUAH IS HARSH, BUT BECAUSE SAUL NO LONGER TRUSTED HIM FULLY.

And here is the part that always humbles us.
SAUL STILL WANTED TO BE HONORED BEFORE THE PEOPLE. Even after correction.
    Even after rejection was spoken.

That reveals the deeper issue. SAUL FEARED PEOPLE MORE THAN YAHUAH.
And that fear would keep repeating until the end.

This is not written to shame Saul. It is written to warn us. Because DISOBEDIENCE OFTEN WEARS THE CLOTHES OF GOOD INTENTION. It often sounds spiritual. It often claims sacrifice as justification.

But YAHUAH DESIRES OBEDIENCE ROOTED IN TRUST, NOT OFFERINGS ROOTED IN FEAR.

YAHUSHA STANDS IN PERFECT CONTRAST HERE. Where Saul rushed, Yahusha waited.
Where Saul defended himself, Yahusha submitted. Where Saul feared losing position, Yahusha emptied Himself.

YAHUSHA OBEYED FULLY, EVEN WHEN OBEDIENCE LED TO SUFFERING. EVEN WHEN OBEDIENCE COST EVERYTHING. AND BECAUSE OF THAT, HIS KINGSHIP WAS NEVER TAKEN.

Saul’s story reminds us that CALLING DOES NOT SUSTAIN ITSELF.
ANOINTING DOES NOT PROTECT US FROM CORRECTION.
    AUTHORITY DOES NOT REPLACE OBEDIENCE.

And Yahuah is faithful enough to confront what will eventually destroy us if left unchecked.

This moment is heavy because it did not have to end this way. Saul was chosen. Equipped. Given every opportunity to succeed. But OBEDIENCE REQUIRES CONTINUAL SURRENDER, not a single moment of humility.

Where have we acted out of fear instead of trust?
Where have we justified partial obedience?
Where have we cared more about being seen as right than being aligned with Yahuah?

YAHUAH DOES NOT DELIGHT IN REJECTION.
HE DELIGHTS IN OBEDIENCE THAT FLOWS FROM TRUST. And WHEN HE CORRECTS, it is always because HE SEES THE END of the path we are walking.

SAUL’S CROWN BEGAN TO SLIP AWAY. NOT BECAUSE YAHUAH CHANGED. BUT BECAUSE SAUL STOPPED LISTENING!

  • Chapter 44 The Investigative Judgement

The Investigative Judgement is a doctrine that is uniquely Adventist. It originated from a misinterpretation of the time prophecy of Dan 8:14:

14 And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be

The Millerites understood the cleansing of the sanctuary to be the Second Advent of Christ, and that the sanctuary was Earth. At the Second Advent Christ our High Priest would cleanse the Earth of sin. The 2300-day prophecy began in 457 BC when king Artaxerxes I of Persia gave the decree to liberate the Jews from captivity. This date is confirmed with the fulfillment of the Messianic prophecies of Dan 9 which also started in 457 BC. Adding 2300 years brings us to 1844.

October 22, 1844 came and passed, without the Second Advent of Christ. Many of the converts to Adventism left the movement, and only a few continued in Adventism. This date became known amongst Adventists as “The Great Disappointment.” The deeply disappointed Adventists went back to Scripture with a new effort to understand the prophecy of Dan 8:14. One day one of the remnant Adventists, Hiram Edson, was walking through a field of corn (maize) and came up with the concept that the sanctuary spoken of in that text was not the Earth, but the sanctuary in heaven. The other Adventists accepted this explanation, and the doctrine of the Investigative Judgement became one of the pillar-doctrines of Adventism. On that date Christ left the Holy Place in the heavenly sanctuary and entered the Most Holy Place to start the process of the atonement of all the saints of God, first those that are dead, but eventually also the living saints just before the Close of Probation. We believe that very soon Christ will have the judgement of the dead saints complete and then start with us who are alive.

1844 is now 182 years ago. Has it taken Christ this long to bring the names and lives of all the dead saints before the Father? Can God not clear their names in an instant? Is God subject to time? I find the doctrine of the Investigative Judgement flawed in three dimensions: This doctrine cannot hold up to correct hermeneutical interpretation of Scripture. There are issues in history that have gained a new understanding that renders this doctrine wrong. Finally, a scientific understanding of God’s creation of our Universe, including the creation of time, that poses a problem to this doctrine. We will elaborate on these three aspects.

SCRIPTURE: In the typical Day of Atonement, the high priest went in before God into the Most Holy Place to intercede for the people and have their sins for the year cleansed from the temple. That means, in the antitype, Christ our High Priest hadn’t gone into the presence of the Father in the Most Holy Place before 1844. It also means that no case had been decided for heaven or for hell before 1844. However, there is Scripture that indicates that Christ has gone in for us before the Father ever since His ascension. For example, Paul in Hebrews says that we have access to the Most Holy Place through Christ Who is the veil that separates the Father from us. We have free access to the Father:

Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
    20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

Two verses after the most beautiful text in the Bible is another indication that God does not have to sit in judgement and consider the case of every man:

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Our choices, therefore, bring judgement on us, either to salvation, or to damnation. What is the meaning then of the Day of Atonement in the type? It is a rehearsal of the final Day of Atonement. It annually brought an end to sin in the camp of Israel, and the whole of the nation was cleansed of sin. Likewise, on the antitypical Day of Atonement, God will rid his people of their sins and sinfulness once and forever. The Day of Atonement is not a court in session in which God tries every human, it is a point in time beyond which none of God’s saints will ever sin again. This point in time is the Close of Probation. It is not a period of time, but a point in time (chapter 12).

Scripture, therefore, does not support the notion of a court in session where the Father presides and all the saints are judged in turn. Scripture does not support the doctrine of the Investigative Judgement.

HISTORY: The Adventist pioneers understood that Dan 8 and 9 were written less than a year apart. Daniel received the vision of the 2300 days written up in Dan 8. He was in expectation of the liberation of the Jews from the Babylonian captivity. He thought that the 2300 days was referring to the time of their liberation. 2300 days is more than 6 years, and according to the prophecy of Jeremiah, the 70 years of their captivity was almost over. When Daniel received this vision he was so disappointed that he fell sick, and God could not complete the presentation of the vision:

Dan 8:27 And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it.

He recovered, and within a year God continued the vision, written up in Dan 9. Dan 9 deals with the last 490 years of Israel as being God’s chosen nation. It deals in terms of the Jubilee system and the sabbaticals of the farmlands of Israel which had to rest for a year every 7 years. This is therefore year-days. Since our pioneers linked the visions of Dan 8 and 9, it is believed that the 2300 evenings and mornings of Dan 8 also refers to 2300 years. This is what led to the expectations of 1844.

Modern scholars have found that there were missing years in history. It is now understood that 13 years elapsed between the visions of Dan 8 and Dan 9 (Mervyn Maxwell, God Cares, Vol 1, on Dan 8 and 9). This then indicates that these visions are not related, and the vision of Dan 9 is not the completion of the vision of Dan 8. That then indicates that the 2300 evenings and mornings is not 2300 years, but literal time. We will elaborate on the meaning of Dan 8:14 in the next chapter.

SCIENCE: Modern science has come to realise that time is relative, and an integral part of space and matter. These three entities cannot exist on their own or in pairs ever but have to be together to exist. The very first text of the Bible supports this notion:

Gen 1:1 In the beginning (time) God created the heaven (space) and the earth (matter).

This means that outside of our visible universe time operates differently and independently from our time. Heaven, where the throne of God is, operates on a different timeline to that of our universe. In fact, even within our universe when an object accelerates, approaching the speed of light, its time slows down. At the speed of light the object’s time stops. God being outside of our universe, and thus not a part of our timeline, has access to our past and future as easily as we have access to the lounge and kitchen. That is why He knows the future perfectly. His knowledge of our future does not imply we have no power of choice, it simply means that He knows our choices that we will still make in the future. There are Bible texts that indicate God’s timelessness. Example:

2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

God’s name is without tense. He is the almighty presence. Yahuah means “I am.” God is the I am. Our very existence sprouts from the omnipotent “I am.” This also explains how Jesus is eternal, yet begotten.

Now, if heaven operates on a different timeline, possibly a different type of time, or even timelessness, any time prophecy cannot refer to events in heaven. If the cleansing of the sanctuary refers to an event at the end of a period of time, it must refer to an event on Earth, or at least in our universe, but not in heaven. We have also deduced that there is no sanctuary in heaven (chapter 11).

The doctrine of the Investigative Judgement that is unique to Adventists thus seems flawed, not Biblical and unrealistic. It owes its existence to an effort to understand the Great Disappointment. The problem was not with the event expected in 1844, but with the time prophecy that led to 1844. In the next chapter we will try to understand the meaning of 2300 evenings and mornings.

We have free access to the Father: Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; Two verses after the most beautiful text in the Bible is another indication that God does not have to sit in judgement and consider the case of every man: John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. When Daniel received this vision he was so disappointed that he fell sick, and God could not complete the presentation of the vision: Dan 8:27 And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it. The very first text of the Bible supports this notion: Gen 1:1 In the beginning (time) God created the heaven (space) and the earth (matter). Example: 2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

  • "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast."
    -Ephesians 2:8-‬9 KJV

    AN UNDESERVED FAVOUR: YAHUAH BEHOLDS
    by Dreamy Poetess

I'm told my second name means undeserved favour.
And my first name means I'm seen by the Creator.
I'm holding on to You, Whom I want to adore,
Let my spirit sing to You with utmost fervour.

By the Grace You bestowed upon me, I am saved.
By the Power of the Holy Spirit You gave,
I turned aside the wrong things in the way I'd lived.
Even though I may not be perfect, I am loved!

I won't worry about what they may do or say,
Because Your love embraces my soul, come what may!
I won't be shaken by the troubles on my way,
For I know that You're always with me day by day.

I am receiving Blessings because "You behold",
Even the things in my life that remained untold.
There is no mystery that You did not unfold.
Come and give me Your Grace and help me to be bold.

By the "BLOOD OF THE LAMB", You have redeemed us all.
I've got the "Undeserved Favour" that saved my soul.
By the "WORD OF MY TESTIMONY", I will tell,
How You helped me stand and carried me when I fell.

If it's not because of You I would not be here.
You didn't only save me but also drew near.
In every cry of my heart that You always hear,
The response You give is always on time and clear.

In my heart of hearts, I am so grateful to You.
For every day of my life, You make me feel new.
Hear my SONG and PRAYER! I've come to WORSHIP You.
Thank You Lord for Your love is unending and true!

  • PART 2
(if you haven't read part 1, go back and read part 1)

most abused and twisted doctrines in the modern church.
Let’s now go line by line into that argument:
“If you give tithes, God will rebuke the devourer.”
    This is usually quoted from:
    Malachi 3:10-11 (KJV)
“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house,
and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts,
if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing,
that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes…”
    Contextual Deep Lens Breakdown
    WHO is God speaking to?
    • The book of Malachi is a rebuke to the Levitical priests of Israel, not to Gentile believers in 2024.
    • See Malachi 2:1 – “And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you.”
    They were:
    • Robbing Yahuah by keeping the offerings, not giving them to the storehouse (Levites and the poor).
    • Offering blemished sacrifices.
    • Abusing their priestly office for selfish gain.
So Malachi 3 is not a command for churchgoers today—it is a rebuke to corrupt priests under the Mosaic Covenant.
    WHAT is the "devourer"?
    In that agrarian economy:
    • The “devourer” referred to locusts, drought, pests, or failed crops.
    • The tithe was literal food, not money.
    • Yah was saying: if you obey and honor Me, I will protect your land and harvest.
    In other words:
This was a national agricultural promise to Israel, under the Old Covenant, and dependent on covenant obedience.
    MODERN MISUSE: Prosperity Witchcraft
    Today’s pastors say:
“Give your 10% or God won’t bless your finances. You’ll be cursed. The devourer will eat your salary.”
This is false doctrine and spiritual manipulation.
It uses fear of curses to extort money. It creates a transactional faith, like Babylonian sorcery:
“You pay the gods, and they keep demons away.”
This is not the Gospel of Yahusha.
UNDER YAHUSHA: THE DEVOURER HAS NO LEGAL RIGHT
    In Messiah:
    • We are no longer under the Levitical curse system.
    • Yahusha has already rebuked the devourer by disarming principalities at the cross (Colossians 2:15).
    • Satan only has legal access where there is sin, unbelief, or covenant breaking.
You don’t pay Yahuah to protect you. You walk in obedience, faith, and love, and He defends you as your Father, not as a loan shark.
    LOGICAL DEEP LENS QUESTION:
If a poor widow cannot give 10%, does that mean the devourer will destroy her life?
If someone gives 10% to a corrupt church that misuses it, is that “obeying God”?
If Yah only protects based on payment, is He different from a mob boss?
→ This shows how the doctrine is blasphemous, not just wrong.
    WHAT TO DO INSTEAD:
    • Give as the Spirit leads, not under pressure.
    • Share directly with widows, orphans, strangers (Deuteronomy 14:28-29).
    • If you're in a spiritual community, contribute to its needs, not its greed.
    • Trust Yahuah to rebuke every devourer through your obedience, purity, prayer, and generosity, not percentage.
    CONCLUSION — DEEP LENS VERDICT:

Yahuah wants sons and daughters—not customers.
