  • One of the saddest things in this generation is how many people confuse attention with love. They will accept disrespect just to avoid loneliness. They will stay in toxic situations because being abandoned scares them more than being hurt. But love should never cost your peace, your dignity, or your mental health. In Song of Solomon 8:7, it says many waters cannot quench love. Real love survives without manipulation, fear, or emotional games. Anything that constantly destroys you emotionally is not something sent to heal you.

  • Good morning friends.
    Hope you are all well.

*Our scripture verse for today continues*
    John 5:6
When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”

    *Reflection*
Never ever befriend sickness even though you might have been diagnosed with it many years ago. It does not mean that you have to accept it! You need to fight it by all means expecting that it will leave your body.

*The problem is not the illness itself but accepting that illness!* In the verse above, we read that the man had been ill for a long time but he made the pool (which was stirred by the angel) his habitation. He knew that one day healing would be his portion.

We also read about a woman who suffered from bleeding for 12 years (Mat 9:20-22) but she never befriended that sickness. Her first encounter with Jesus caused her to receive her healing.

    *Challenge*
Repent of all sin and ask for God's grace to rebuke the spirit behind that sickness.

*Expect to be healed no matter the condition of that situation*

Thank God even before you receive your healing.

    Share the devotion.

    *Prayer*
LORD Jesus, my expectation is Yours, to be made well. Thank You for releasing Your Healing Power over every part of my spirit, soul and body. Be magnified through my healing.

    Amen

  • There are wounds that changed the way you see yourself. Maybe someone left and made you feel unlovable. Maybe failure made you feel worthless. Maybe words spoken over your life became chains around your mind. But people’s actions do not define your value. Your pain does not define your identity. In Isaiah 43:1, God says, “I have called you by name; you are Mine.” Imagine that. The Creator of the universe claiming you even after everything you’ve been through. That means your brokenness never canceled your worth.

  • 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱, 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗲!

You who have been silently questioning your worth because life has not gone the way you prayed, please don’t die.

You who feel emotionally exhausted from constantly giving your best and still feeling unseen, please don’t die.

You who smile publicly but secretly battle thoughts of failure, rejection, and inadequacy, please don’t die.

You who feel forgotten by people you would have sacrificed everything for, please don’t die.

You who are tired of hearing encouragement that never seems to become your reality, please don’t die.

You who feel ashamed because your spiritual life is not where you thought it would be by now, please don’t die.

You who keep asking God silent questions at night that nobody else hears, please don’t die.

You who are slowly losing the motivation to keep trying because disappointment has become too familiar, please don’t die.

You who feel replaceable, unwanted, or emotionally invisible, please don’t die.

    Listen to me carefully.
Your current pain is real, but it is not qualified to define your entire existence. And the enemy would love for you to mistake a painful season for a meaningless life.

"Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God."
    Psalms 42:11

Notice something powerful here: The Psalmist was speaking to his own soul in the middle of emotional heaviness.

Because there are moments in life where faith is not pretending the pain is absent. Faith is refusing to surrender your life to the pain.

Beloved, God has not abandoned you.
Your value did not decrease because people mishandled you.
Your purpose did not expire because life became difficult.
And your existence is not a mistake because this season feels heavy.

Please stay alive long enough to witness what God can still do with your story. There are chapters ahead of you that your current pain knows nothing about.

One day, the version of you that almost gave up will thank God that you held on.

    Please don’t die.
