To those bound up in legalism/law keeping rather than resting in the finished work of Christ I say, "REPENT and turn to Jesus for your salvation . Time is short!"

Galatians 2:21 NASB
"I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”

Galatians 1:6-8 NASB
"I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel, [7] which is not just another account; but there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. [8] But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed!"

Using circumcision as an example, the Apostle Paul wrote in Galatians 5:3-4 NASB, "And I testify again to every man who has himself circumcised, that he is 𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐰. [4] You have been 𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭, you who are seeking to be justified by the Law; you have fallen from grace."

That's you. You are 𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐰. You can't though. Not to God's holy standard of perfection you can't. So, the very law you cherish condemns you. That's why Paul called the law, even the Ten Commandments, the ministry of death and condemnation (2 Corinthians 3:7-9). You are under the law, and you break the law, so you are guilty of sin. The wages of sin is death.

Romans 6:23 NASB
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Sadly, you can't receive the gracious gift (that means it's by grace - not obedience), because you first need to repent from your legalism and turn solely to Christ as your only source and your only hope of salvation. You are not under grace, because you are under the law and are "𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭." Jesus has become of no affect to/for you. How awful!!

That's the bad news. The good news is that when you turn to Jesus as your sole source of salvation, you are taken out from underneath the law and placed securely in his grace. You become born again, and your new birth certificate is sealed by the Holy Spirit. You are adopted by God and heaven bound.
