TITLE: "EQUIPPED BY GOD'S WORD, PERFECTED FOR EVERY GOOD WORK"

    ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S)

2 Timothy 3:16–17 (KJV) "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."

Hebrews 13:20–21 (KJV) "Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen."

    QUOTE TO REFLECT ON

"God's Word equips us, and God's grace enables us to fulfil His will."

    DAY'S REFLECTION

God has not called us to live the Christian life without guidance or spiritual equipment. He has given us His Word and His grace to shape our character, direct our lives, and prepare us for good works.

Paul declares in 2 Timothy 3:16 that "All scripture is given by inspiration of God." This means Scripture comes from God and carries divine authority. It is profitable—useful and beneficial—for every area of spiritual development.

The Word provides doctrine, teaching us what is true. It brings reproof, showing us when we are going wrong. It brings correction, helping us get back on the right path. It provides instruction in righteousness, teaching us how to live in a way that pleases God.

Verse 17 says that the purpose is that the servant of God may be "perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." Here, perfect carries the idea of being complete or mature, while throughly furnished means fully equipped or prepared. God does not give us His Word merely so that we can gain biblical knowledge; He gives it to prepare us for practical Christian living and service.

Hebrews 13:20–21 adds another important truth. The God of peace is actively working in His people, making them ready "to do his will." The phrase "working in you" reminds us that spiritual growth is not achieved by human effort alone. God works within us through Christ, shaping our desires, strengthening our character, and enabling us to do what pleases Him.

This gives us a beautiful partnership: God's Word teaches us what to do, and God's grace enables us to do it.

Life experience shows that having instructions is not enough; we must apply them. A person can own a Bible and still fail to experience transformation if the Word is not read, believed, obeyed, and practised. Likewise, we may have good intentions but need God's strength to carry them out consistently.

Therefore, make God's Word part of your daily life. Read it, meditate upon it, receive its correction, and practise its instructions. At the same time, depend on God's grace rather than your own strength.

God is still working in you. He is equipping you for the assignment He has given you and preparing you for every good work.

    MEDITATION SCRIPTURE(S)

Psalm 119:105 (KJV) "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."

Philippians 2:13 (KJV) "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure."

    LIFE LESSONS (IMPLICATIONS)

    1. God's Word is inspired and profitable for every aspect of Christian growth.

    2. Scripture teaches, corrects, disciplines, and equips us for righteous living.

    3. Spiritual maturity involves putting God's Word into practice.

    4. God works within us to enable us to fulfil His will.

    5. We should depend on God's grace rather than human strength alone.

    6. Every believer is called and equipped for good works that glorify God.

    EVERYDAY ACTION

Read God's Word today, obey one truth it teaches, and ask God to help you put it into practice.

    PRAYER

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word and Your grace. Teach me, correct me, equip me, and work in me so that I may fulfil Your will and abound in every good work. In Jesus' name, Amen.

    DECLARATION

I am equipped by God's Word and strengthened by His grace. The Lord is working in me to fulfil His will. I am prepared for every good work, and my life will be pleasing to God through Jesus Christ. Amen.

  • last year the lord gave me a wisdom of our heavenly building, which has to do with an open heaven, the Rapture that is a spiritual clothing, that is the first step to come into the ARK, the only thing that can take away this pure spiritual cloth from you is sin, but each time you sin, ask the lord for mercy and get cloth up again, it just like the cloth you wear everyday, but it spiritual, now if you are here and you have not prayed this prayer, now is the right time for you to do so, ask the lord Jesus to cloth you with the spirit of immortality according to his word in the book of 1 Corinthians 15:54, make sure you pray in the tongues of the HOLYGHOST, I remember when this prayer came out first many ignored it, but now it has circulated, and even famous men of GOD are now using it every where but they never bothered where the wisdom came from, but that is not the end of it all, I have a lot to tell the church, if you have not prayed the prayer of the spirit of immortality pls get spiritually clothup!! after your prayers observe what the lord revealed to you, but mind you be conscious of those whom Satan will assign to come and steal your dreams or revelation, that is if you live around evil or bad people, do not give chance for that, pray against them before going to bed and cover your selves!!!

TITLE: "A HEART AFTER GOD: LIVING WITH A CLEAN HEART"

    ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S)

Acts 13:22 (KJV) "And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will."

Psalm 51:10 (KJV) "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me."

    QUOTE TO REFLECT ON

"God is more interested in the condition of your heart than the appearance of your life."

    DAY'S REFLECTION

God looks beyond outward appearance and examines the heart. Acts 13:22 records God's testimony concerning David: "a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will." David was not a perfect man. He made serious mistakes and experienced painful failures. Yet he repeatedly turned back to God with humility, repentance, and a desire to obey Him.

To be "after God's own heart" does not mean being sinless. It means having a heart that genuinely desires God, responds to His correction, loves His ways, and seeks to fulfil His will. David's life teaches us that God can use imperfect people who are willing to surrender themselves to Him.

Psalm 51:10 reveals David's prayer after his failure: "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me." The word "create" is significant. David understood that he needed more than outward correction. He needed God to work deeply within him.

A clean heart speaks of inner purity—our motives, desires, attitudes, thoughts, and intentions. A right spirit speaks of an inner disposition that is steadfast, faithful, and aligned with God. We can sometimes correct our outward behaviour while leaving the heart unchanged, but genuine transformation begins inside.

Life experience teaches us that people can appear successful, religious, or respectable outwardly while struggling with hidden attitudes such as pride, bitterness, jealousy, unforgiveness, dishonesty, or selfishness. God, however, sees what others cannot see.

Therefore, we should regularly invite God to examine and transform our hearts. When He reveals something wrong, we should not defend it; we should repent and ask Him for cleansing and renewal.

A heart after God is not a heart that never fails—it is a heart that returns to God when it fails. It is willing to learn, change, forgive, obey, and pursue God's purpose.

Today, do not focus only on how others see you. Ask God to examine who you are on the inside. Let your private life agree with your public testimony.

Lord, create in me a clean heart and give me a spirit that desires to fulfil Your will.

    MEDITATION SCRIPTURE(S)

1 Samuel 16:7 (KJV) "But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth ; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart."

Proverbs 4:23 (KJV) "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life."

    LIFE LESSONS (IMPLICATIONS)

    1. God looks at the heart, not merely outward appearance.

    2. A heart after God desires to know, love, and obey Him.

    3. Failure does not have to be the end when genuine repentance follows.

    4. Inner transformation is more important than outward appearance.

    5. We must continually guard our hearts against attitudes that separate us from God's will.

    6. God can use imperfect people who sincerely surrender themselves to Him.

    EVERYDAY ACTION

Examine your heart today, quickly repent of anything displeasing to God, and choose one action that reflects His character.

    PRAYER

Heavenly Father, create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Remove everything that displeases You and help me live wholeheartedly according to Your will. In Jesus' name, Amen.

    DECLARATION

I have a heart that seeks after God. My thoughts, motives, words, and actions will honour Him. I will walk in repentance, obedience, purity, and humility, and my life will fulfil God's purpose. Amen.
