  • Many people love God deeply, yet still feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stretched thin.

It is possible to believe all the right things and still live with constant internal pressure. Not because your faith is weak, but because it has not yet become the framework for everything.

Real peace is not found in adding more spiritual activity to an already full life. It is found when Christ becomes the center, not just the priority. There is a difference.

When faith moves from a category of your life into the core of it, stress loses its dominance. Anxiety no longer runs the narrative. Your decisions, habits, work, and relationships begin to flow from alignment instead of effort.

If you are in a season where you feel spiritually sincere but internally unsettled, this may be your invitation to go deeper.

Christian coaching can help you uncover what is keeping your faith compartmentalized and guide you toward a life where Christ shapes every part of your daily rhythm.

You do not have to navigate that shift alone.

  • The days of Lent teach us that every wound Jesus Christ received before His resurrection was for our salvation. His stripes (wounds) are the medicine for our sins. Therefore, we must cast out every thought and sin from our lives that is displeasing to God. We must confess our mistakes before God and abandon them completely. We must accept Jesus Christ as our only Saviour and move forward living according to His words.

    What Must We Do?
Confess (Accept): Do not hide your transgressions against God; acknowledge them honestly in His presence.

Forsake (Leave): After asking for forgiveness, leave those sins behind completely and do not return to them.

Receive (Accept): Invite Jesus Christ into your heart as your personal Saviour.

Live (Live): Submit to the Word of God and live a holy life according to His commandments.

"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." — Isaiah 53:5

  • M3SPOT Kingdom Circle Daily Devotion
    Date: August 21, 2025
Theme: Clean Hands and a Pure Heart
    Series: Living Supernaturally

    Scripture:
“He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear by what is false.” — Psalm 24:4 (NIV)

Devotional Message: Living Pure Before God
God is not only interested in our actions (what we do with our hands) but also in our intentions (what lives in our hearts). Clean hands mean living a life of honesty, integrity, and righteousness in what we do. A pure heart means having right motives, free from bitterness, pride, or hidden sin.

This verse teaches us that true worship is not just about lifting our hands in church but also about living a holy life daily. God desires truth in both our outward actions and inward hearts. When we choose purity, we invite His presence, blessings, and guidance into our lives.

    1. Clean Hands Represent Right Actions
Live with honesty and righteousness in your daily life.
“Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.” (Psalm 34:14)

    2. A Pure Heart Pleases God
    God values sincerity over appearances.
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.” (Matthew 5:8)

    3. Avoid Idols
Don’t put anything above God in your life — money, people, or habits.
“Little children, keep yourselves from idols.” (1 John 5:21)

    4. Speak Truth, Not Lies
Your words should reflect Christ in you.
“Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully.” (Ephesians 4:25)

    5. Worship With Integrity
Worship is not just songs, it is a lifestyle of purity and obedience.
“Those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:24)

    Today’s Reminder:
God looks at both our hands and our hearts. Keep your life clean before Him by choosing purity in action and sincerity in heart.

    Prayer Point:
    Lord,
Cleanse my hands from every wrong action and purify my heart from every wrong motive. Help me to live in truth and worship You in holiness. May my life be a reflection of Your purity and love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    πŸ—£ Declaration of Faith:
I have clean hands and a pure heart.
I live in truth and righteousness.
My life is an altar of worship to God.

    Date: August 20, 2025
Theme: How to Forgive Someone Who Hurt You
    Series: Living Supernaturally

    Scripture:
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” — Ephesians 4:32 (NIV)

    Devotional Message: Learning to Forgive
Forgiveness is not always easy, especially when the pain is deep. But God calls us to forgive because He first forgave us through Christ. Forgiveness does not mean we approve of what was done, but it means we choose to let go of bitterness and release the person into God’s hands.

When we hold on to anger, it keeps us in bondage. But when we forgive, we are free to heal, and God’s peace fills our hearts. Forgiveness is not a one-time feeling; it is a daily choice to walk in love, just as Jesus did.

    1. Remember God Forgave You First
God showed you mercy, so extend the same to others.
“For if you forgive others… your heavenly Father will also forgive you.” (Matthew 6:14)

    2. Forgiveness Heals You Too
Forgiving releases your heart from pain and brings peace.
“Let all bitterness… be put away from you.” (Ephesians 4:31)

    3. Forgive by Faith, Not Feelings
Even when you don’t feel like it, trust God to help you forgive.
“The just shall live by faith.” (Romans 1:17)

    4. Pray for the Person Who Hurt You
Praying softens your heart and allows God’s love to flow.
“Pray for those who mistreat you.” (Luke 6:28)

    5. Leave Justice in God’s Hands
Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting — it means letting God handle it.
“Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.” (Romans 12:19)

    Today’s Reminder:
Forgiving others is not about weakness — it is strength in Christ. When you forgive, you look like Jesus, and His peace rules your heart.

    Prayer Point:
    Father,
Thank You for forgiving me through Christ. Give me the grace to forgive those who have hurt me. Heal my heart and fill me with Your love. Help me to walk in freedom, peace, and compassion every day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    πŸ—£ Declaration of Faith:
    I am free from bitterness.
I choose to forgive, just as Christ forgave me.
God’s peace fills my heart, and His love flows through me.
