God Is With You Wherever You Go (Joshua 1:9)
Have you ever felt alone?
Maybe you're facing a new school.
A new job.
A difficult decision.
A personal struggle.
Or a season where no one seems to understand what you're going through.
In those moments, fear can easily take over.
But God gave Joshua a powerful promise that still encourages us today:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Notice that God didn't promise Joshua a life without challenges.
He promised His presence.
And that changes everything.
When God is with you, you never face life's battles alone.
When you don't know what to do, He gives wisdom.
When you feel weak, He gives strength.
When you're discouraged, He gives hope.
When you're afraid, He gives peace.
His presence is greater than your fears.
His power is greater than your problems.
His faithfulness is greater than your failures.
No matter where life takes you, God walks with those who trust Him.
So don't let fear stop you from obeying God.
Don't let doubt keep you from pursuing the purpose He has for your life.
Step forward in faith.
Pray before every decision.
Trust Him even when you cannot see the whole path.
Remember, courage isn't the absence of fear.
Courage is choosing to trust God in the middle of fear.
Today, take a moment to thank God for His constant presence.
Wherever you go today...
Walk with confidence.
Speak with kindness.
Live with integrity.
And remember that the Lord is with you.
