WHY DID GOD ALLOW THE FALL?

Opening Thought
“Family, if God is all-powerful and all-loving, why didn’t He stop the Fall? Why allow Adam and Eve to choose rebellion? Why let sin enter the world? The answer is not weakness—it’s love.”
Key Scriptures
Genesis 2:16–17 — God gives a command and a choice.
Deuteronomy 30:19 — “I have set before you life and death… choose life.”
1 John 4:8 — God is love.
John 14:15 — “If you love Me, keep My commandments.”
Romans 5:12–19 — Through one man’s disobedience came death; through Christ’s obedience comes life.
Core Message
Love without choice is not love—it’s programming.
God created humans in His image, capable of relationship, worship, and obedience.
The Fall exposed the human heart and revealed our desperate need for God.
The Fall wasn’t God’s failure—it was humanity’s rebellion.
But God already had a plan: the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8).
Key Insight
The Fall sets the stage for the greatest revelation of God’s character:
His mercy, His justice, His patience, and His redeeming love.
