• Your testimony matters.

But sharing boldly does not mean sharing everything with everyone.

    There is wisdom in knowing:

    • What you are ready to share
    • What still needs prayer and healing
    • What belongs in a private conversation
    • What details should remain protected
    • When God is leading you to speak
    • When He may be asking you to wait

I wanted to create something that honors both the power of testimony and the importance of discernment.

You will see why very soon.

  • Manipulation Through Prophecy: Testing Every Spirit

“Do Not Believe Every Spirit, But Test the Spirits…” — 1 John 4:1
Have you ever wondered why something can sound spiritual, use Scripture, and even appear prophetic—yet still lead people away from truth, freedom, and intimacy with God?

The Bible reveals that the spiritual realm is real, but it also warns us that not every spiritual voice comes from God. The enemy does not always come with obvious darkness; sometimes deception comes disguised as light, using spiritual language, emotions, and even prophetic expressions.

A mature believer is not someone who accepts every word spoken in the name of God. A mature believer is someone who knows how to discern, test, and align every voice with the character and Word of God.

    1. Prophecy Is a Gift, But It Must Be Tested
Prophecy is one of the beautiful ways God communicates encouragement, direction, correction, and revelation to His people.
“Despise not prophesyings. Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”
    — 1 Thessalonians 5:20-21
    Notice the balance:
God says do not despise prophecy, but He also says prove all things.
    Why?

Because the existence of a spiritual gift does not remove the need for spiritual discernment.

A person can have a gift but still have wrong motives. A person can speak something accurate but still use it for control. A person can mention God’s name while seeking personal influence.
    The question is not only:
    "Is this supernatural?"
    The deeper question is:
"Does this produce the nature, character, and purpose of Christ?"

    2. Manipulation Uses Fear Instead of Faith
One of the clearest signs of manipulation through prophecy is when people are controlled through fear.
God may warn, correct, and prepare His people, but He does not enslave them.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
    — 2 Timothy 1:7

    Manipulative prophecy often sounds like:
“If you do not obey me, disaster will happen.”
“God told me you must follow my personal instruction.”
“You cannot hear God unless you come through me.”
This replaces the Holy Spirit’s guidance with human dependence.
True spiritual leadership points people toward God. False spiritual control makes people dependent on a person.
The Holy Spirit leads believers into truth, not bondage.

    3. God’s Voice Produces Freedom, Not Spiritual Captivity
    Jesus said:
“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
    — John 8:32

A genuine word from God may challenge you, but it will also bring you closer to God.
    It will produce:
    Humility
    Repentance
    Faith
    Wisdom
    Greater love for Christ
    But manipulation produces:
    Fear of man
    Confusion
    Dependency on personalities
Loss of personal relationship with God
    Ask yourself:
“Is this prophetic word helping me trust God more, or is it making me afraid to move without a person’s approval?”

    4. Test the Spirit Behind the Message
The Bible gives us a command:
“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God…”
    — 1 John 4:1
    Testing the spirit means examining:
    1. Does it agree with Scripture?
God will never contradict His written Word.
    2. Does it reveal Christ or glorify a person?
The Holy Spirit always points people to Jesus.
“He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.”
    — John 16:14
    3. Does it produce spiritual maturity?
God desires sons and daughters who grow in wisdom, not followers who cannot discern.

    5. Do Not Exchange Discernment for Excitement
Many people are attracted to spiritual experiences, dramatic words, and supernatural encounters.
But spiritual maturity is not measured by how many revelations we hear.

It is measured by how deeply we walk with God.
“But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”

    — Hebrews 5:14
A believer who lacks discernment can be impressed by anything spiritual.

    But a mature believer asks:
“Does this carry the heart of God?”
    “Does this align with Scripture?”
“Does this produce love, truth, and holiness?”
    6. Never Let a Prophetic Word Replace Your Relationship With God
Prophecy is a gift, but God Himself is the source.

A prophetic word should confirm what God is doing, not replace your prayer life, Scripture, and personal relationship with Him.
The danger begins when people seek voices more than they seek God.

When people chase predictions more than transformation.
When they desire revelation more than obedience.
God did not call us to become addicted to words; He called us to become rooted in Him.

    A Prayer for Discernment
Father, give us spiritual wisdom and discernment. Teach us to recognize Your voice above every other voice. Remove every deception, every manipulation, and every false influence that pulls us away from Your truth.

Help us love prophecy while testing every word. Give us humility to receive correction and courage to reject anything that does not reflect Your heart.

May our eyes be opened, our spirits become sensitive, and our lives remain anchored in Jesus Christ.
    In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    Final Reflection
The greatest protection against deception is not suspicion—it is intimacy with God.
A person who knows the Shepherd’s voice will recognize the voices that do not belong to Him.
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”
    — John 10:27

    Question for Reflection:
Are you following God’s voice, or have you unknowingly allowed another voice to become louder than His?

THE ART OF INCUBATING DIVINE SECRETS
....Why Some Revelations Must Remain Hidden Until Their Appointed Time

    LEAD THOUGHT

"Some Spiritual Informations Are Exclusively For Private Consumption, Not For Public Communication; Learn To Incubate Your Personal Revelations—The World Is A Wicked Place!"

    LEAD SCRIPTURES

    Proverbs 11:13 (KJV)
"A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter."

    Luke 2:19 (KJV)
"But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart."

    Ecclesiastes 3:7 (KJV)
"A time to keep silence, and a time to speak."

    INTRODUCTION
One of the greatest tragedies in the Kingdom of God is not the absence of revelation but the misuse of revelation.
Many believers have lost opportunities, relationships, ministries, businesses, marriages, callings, and destinies—not because God failed to speak, but because they spoke too quickly about what God revealed.
Truth be told, every revelation is not a publication.
Every vision is not a press release.
Every prophecy is not a social media update.
Every dream is not a sermon.
And every divine encounter is not meant for public consumption.

The God who reveals mysteries is also the God who conceals mysteries (Proverbs 25:2).
Indeed, some revelations are given to be proclaimed from rooftops (Matthew 10:27), but others are given to be preserved in the secret chambers of the heart until the appointed season.

    Mary understood this principle.
When angels spoke concerning Jesus, she did not organize a press conference in Nazareth.
She kept those things and pondered them in her heart (Luke 2:19).
Joseph, however, represents the opposite extreme.
His dreams were genuine, but his timing was poor.
    The revelation came from God.
    The announcement came from Joseph.
The pit came from his brothers.
    The prison came from circumstances.
And twenty years of suffering followed a revelation that should have been incubated.
Samson lost his eyes because he could not manage a secret (Judges 16:17-21).
Saul preserved his future because he knew when to remain silent (1 Samuel 10:16).
    Jesus Himself repeatedly instructed people:
"Tell no man." (Matthew 8:4; Mark 7:36)
    Imagine that!

The Son of God performed miracles and then demanded confidentiality.
    Why?
    Because timing matters.

    Revelation without timing becomes frustration.

Vision without incubation attracts unnecessary opposition.

Purpose without discretion invites premature warfare.
Not every person celebrating you today is qualified to hear what God told you yesterday.

Sometimes Heaven whispers because it intends for the message to mature before it manifests.

Just as seeds develop underground before breaking through the soil, revelations often require hidden seasons before public manifestations.

The Kingdom is full of mysteries.
And mysteries are not managed by noise.
    They are managed by wisdom.

THE SEVEN BENEFITS OF INCUBATING SPIRITUAL INFORMATIONS

    1. INCUBATION PROTECTS DESTINY FROM PREMATURE WARFARE
Joseph's dreams attracted hostility before their fulfillment.
Nehemiah concealed his plans before rebuilding Jerusalem.
Jesus often withdrew from publicity until His hour arrived.

    Scriptures:
    Genesis 37:5-11
    Nehemiah 2:12-16
    John 7:6

    Wisdom:
What is hidden can grow. What is prematurely exposed can be attacked.

    2. INCUBATION ALLOWS REVELATION TO MATURE
    God's words often require processing.
    Mary pondered.
    Daniel reflected.
    Jacob meditated.

    Scriptures:
    Luke 2:19
    Daniel 7:28
    Psalm 119:11

    Wisdom:
    Deep revelations require deep incubation.

    3. INCUBATION PRESERVES DIVINE TIMING
A revelation may be correct yet untimely.
Habakkuk teaches that every vision has an appointed time.

    Scriptures:
    Habakkuk 2:2-3
    Ecclesiastes 3:1
    Genesis 41:14

    Wisdom:
A right word at the wrong time can become a wrong word.

    4. INCUBATION REDUCES ENVY, JEALOUSY, AND SABOTAGE
Many battles are self-invited through excessive disclosure.

    Scriptures:
    Genesis 37:8
    Proverbs 12:23
    Matthew 7:6

    Wisdom:
Not every ear deserves access to your future.

    5. INCUBATION CULTIVATES SPIRITUAL DEPTH
    Meditation transforms information into revelation.
    Scriptures:
    Joshua 1:8
    Psalm 1:2
    Psalm 63:6
    Wisdom:
What stays longer in your heart grows stronger in your life.

    6. INCUBATION PRODUCES DISCERNMENT
Not every revelation means what it initially appears to mean.
    Daniel sought interpretation.
    John asked questions.
    Habakkuk waited for explanations.

    Scriptures:
    Daniel 8:15-17
    Revelation 17:7
    Habakkuk 2:1

    Wisdom:
Interpretation is often more important than information.

    7. INCUBATION PREPARES YOU FOR MANIFESTATION
God often prepares the vessel before unveiling the vision.
    Joseph needed Egypt.
    Moses needed Midian.
    David needed the wilderness.

    Scriptures:
    Genesis 50:20
    Exodus 3:1-10
    Psalm 78:70-72

    Wisdom:
God develops people privately before displaying them publicly.

    WISDOM NOTES

Loose lips have buried more destinies than open warfare.

Some people are not witches; they simply talk too much.

Every revelation is not an announcement.

God reveals secrets to friends, but He entrusts them only to stewards.

Silence is not ignorance; many times it is wisdom under control.

The difference between Joseph in Genesis 37 and Joseph in Genesis 41 was not revelation—it was maturity.

Heaven often hides what Hell is not yet permitted to see.

Learn to carry a promise without advertising it.

Learn to nurture a vision without explaining it.

Learn to hear from God without feeling obligated to report it.

    FINAL THOUGHTS

The world is not only full of opportunities; it is also full of opposition.

Not everyone clapping for you is assigned to help you.

Not everyone asking questions deserves answers.

Not everyone smiling at you can be trusted with your future.

The greatest revelations in Scripture often passed through seasons of secrecy before seasons of manifestation.

The Messiah spent thirty years hidden before three years revealed.
David was anointed long before he was enthroned.
Joseph dreamed long before he ruled.

    The lesson is simple:

    Incubate before you demonstrate.

    Meditate before you communicate.

    Conceal before you reveal.

    And above all,
Let God decide when your private revelation becomes public manifestation.

    PRAYER LINES

Father, deliver me from every spirit of careless disclosure in Jesus' Name!

Lord, grant me wisdom to know when to speak and when to remain silent!

Father, preserve every divine seed You have planted within my spirit!

O Lord, hide my destiny from unnecessary warfare and opposition!

Give me grace to incubate every revelation until its appointed season!
Father, make me a faithful steward of divine mysteries!

Every blessing delayed through careless speech, receive restoration now!

Lord, teach my tongue wisdom and my heart discretion!

Let every revelation You have given me mature into manifestation!

Father, establish me as a trustworthy custodian of heavenly secrets!
    AMEN!

  • Be a Prudent Believer

Christian faith is not opposed to wisdom.

While faith calls us to trust God fully, prudence teaches us to walk wisely.

A prudent believer is not fearful, careless, or reckless; rather, he or she discerns times, weighs actions, and aligns decisions with God’s Word.

In a world full of deception, pressure, and spiritual traps, God calls His people to combine faith with godly wisdom.

    1. Prudence Is a Biblical Expectation

Proverbs 14:15 — “The simple believes every word, but the prudent gives thought to his steps.”

God does not expect believers to live blindly. Prudence involves thinking, discerning, and seeking God’s mind before acting.

Faith without wisdom leads to avoidable regret. True spirituality includes spiritual intelligence.

Not every opportunity is God’s opportunity. Not every voice speaks for God.

    2. Jesus Commended Prudence

Matthew 10:16 — “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.”

Jesus instructed His disciples to be both spiritual and sensible.

Believers must remain pure in heart while being alert in conduct.

Prudence helps us avoid unnecessary spiritual and physical harm.

    Holiness does not cancel caution.

    3. Prudence Preserves Destiny

Proverbs 27:12 — “The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.”

Many destinies are damaged not by Satan directly, but by lack of discernment.

A prudent believer avoids wrong associations, sinful environments, and careless decisions that threaten destiny.

    Wisdom today prevents sorrow tomorrow.

    4. Prudence in Speech and Conduct

Proverbs 13:3 — “Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.”

Prudent believers speak thoughtfully, act carefully, and avoid unnecessary conflicts. They understand that words and actions have consequences.

Silence can be wisdom; restraint can be strength.

    5. Prudence Is Evidence of Spiritual Maturity

Hebrews 5:14 — “But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.”

Spiritual maturity is seen in discernment. A prudent believer is guided by the Holy Spirit and trained by the Word to distinguish truth from error.

Growth in Christ produces wisdom in conduct.

    Practical Applications

-- Pray before major decisions (James 1:5)

-- Test every spirit and teaching (1 John 4:1)

-- Avoid ungodly counsel and company (Psalm 1:1)

-- Plan with God, not presumption (Proverbs 16:3)

    Conclusion

God desires believers who are faithful and wise. Prudence does not weaken faith; it strengthens it. When faith is guided by wisdom, believers walk securely, glorify God, and fulfill destiny without unnecessary losses.

    Prayer Points
Lord, grant me the spirit of wisdom and discernment.

Deliver me from careless decisions that endanger my destiny.

Help me to walk wisely in every area of my life.

Holy Spirit, guide my steps daily.

    Altar Call
If you desire a life directed by God’s wisdom and not by impulse, surrender your heart fully to Christ today. True prudence begins with a relationship with Jesus, the Wisdom of God (1 Corinthians 1:24).
