  • St. Martha

    St. Martha lived in the village of Bethany near Jerusalem with her brother Lazarus and Sister Mary. She was born of a noble family and her father was Syro (the duke of Syria) and her mother was Encharia. As inheritance from their parents Martha had her property at Bethany, Lazarus had the part of Jerusalem and Mary got the castle of Magdala. When Jesus and his disciples came to the house of Martha and Mary, she opened the door and prepared for serving food for Jesus and His disciples. When Mary sat at the foot of Jesus to hear his preaching and not helping Martha in the preparation of food, Martha complained to Jesus about Mary as she was not helping her. But Jesus said \'Mary has chosen what is better\'. Martha was one of the few persons who first realized and believed that Jesus was the Son of God and Messiah. When Lazarus died when Jesus was not in Bethany, Martha sent word about his death to Jesus. Jesus came to Bethany after four days and received by Martha. Jesus wept for the death of Lazarus and told that Lazarus would rise again to life. For this Martha said to Jesus \'I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day\'. Jesus replied \'I am the resurrection and the life\' and for this Martha replied \'Yes Lord, I have come to believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, the one who is coming into the world\'. Jesus then resurrected Lazarus four days after death (John 11:25\-27). Legends say that Martha went to Tarascon, a place in the Southern France. There the people told her that there was a dragon called Tarasque in the forest between Arles and Avignon, which was a man\-eater and a constant threat to the population there. Martha went there and showed the cross to the dragon and sprinkled holy water on it. The dragon stood still like a sheep and Martha tied the dragon with her girdle and brought it to the city. But on seeing the dragon, the people rose against it and killed it with spears. The dragon did not respond to the attacks by the people but simply kept quiet.

    St. Martha is the patroness of cooks, domestic servants, hotel keepers, house maids, house wives, laundry workers, servants, servers, single laywomen and also travelers.

  • St. Mary Magdalene

    St. Mary Magdalene is mentioned in all the New Testament Gospels and she is also called Mary of Magdala. She was a very close disciple of Jesus and she was present at the foot of the cross on which Jesus was crucified as mentioned in the Gospels of Matthew 27:56, Mark 15:40 and John 19:23. She was also present when the holy body of Jesus was buried in the tomb by Joseph of Aramathea as per Matthew 27:61 and also Mark 15:47. She also went to the tomb of Jesus (also with others) on the early morning of the third day of Jesus' death and found the tomb empty. In the tomb it was informed to her by \'two men in clothes that gleaned like lightening\' that Jesus has resurrected. She immediately ran away and informed St. Peter and St. John about the resurrection of Jesus. They did not believe her but ran toward the tomb of Jesus and found the tomb empty and left the tomb in confusion. It seems Mary Magdalene also followed the two apostles but reached the tomb later after the two apostles left the tomb. On reaching the tomb she started weeping. Jesus, standing behind her and asked \'Woman why are you crying, who are you looking?\' She, thinking that the person must be the gardener, requested him to return the body of Jesus, if he had taken it from there. Then Jesus said \'Mary\'. She turned and said to him \'Rabbouni\'. Jesus gave the rare privilege of appearing first to Mary Magdalene only, after His resurrection (John 20:11\-18). She got this privilege of meeting the resurrected Jesus because she waited at the tomb for some long time to know about Jesus, unlike the two apostles who left the tomb quickly with confusion. Some historians say that after 14 years of the death of Jesus, the Jews put Mary Magdalene and some other Christians in a boat without any sails or oars. They drifted out to the sea and reached the shores of Southern France. Mary Magdalene spent the rest of her life there in a cave known as Sainte\-Baume. She was given the holy Eucharist daily by the angels and that was her only food. Legend says that she was transported miraculously to the chapel of St. Maximin just before her death and there she received her last sacraments. Pope Benedict\-XVI spoke about Mary Magdalene in his address before the Angelus, referring her as \'a disciple of the Lord who plays a lead role in the Gospel\'.

  • Good morning, brethren.
    1. Morning devotion for today.

    MD.i. MORNING TEA
    THE WORD FOR TODAY
    SUNDAY JULY 19, 2026.
    "THE LONELINESS OF LEADERSHIP"

    ‘…That you may not bear it yourself alone.’  Numbers 11:17 NKJV

    MOSES SAID to God, ‘Why have You…laid the burden of all these people on me?’ (v. 11 NKJV). God replied, ‘…Gather to Me seventy men…I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will put the same upon them…that you may not bear it yourself alone’ (vv. 16-17 NKJV). Identify your God-given strengths, then delegate the rest to those who have strengths in your areas of weakness. Every leader is responsible for areas in which they have little or no competence. And when they try to exercise authority in those areas, they hinder everything and everybody under their watch. Put bluntly, there are things you are responsible for that you’ll never be good at, that you need to keep your nose out of and give to others! Why do we have such a hard time doing this? 1) Pride. Success is intoxicating and intoxicated people don’t think too clearly. We assume our abilities are broader than they actually are. Admitting weakness doesn’t make you less effective; it just confirms what everybody around you already knows! 2) Ignorance. We feel bad about delegating our weak areas because we assume everybody hates to do what we hate to do. Not so. You’re allowing others to shine; your limitations are their opportunities. 3) Independence. We think if the job is to be done ‘right’ we must do it ourselves. But leadership isn’t just about getting things done; it’s about getting things done through others. If you can’t find somebody to hand things to, look in the mirror! The people who follow you are exactly where you’ve led them! If you’ve nobody to delegate things to, guess who needs to change?

    *JUST GO* 🫵🏽🏽‍🏽‍🏽🏽‍🏽

    ```TEXT:EXODUS 3:16-22```
    ```KEY VERSE:``` _*"Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt" (EXODUS 3:16).*_

    *Gladys Aylward (1902 - 1970), was a British domestic servant who felt a strong calling to serve as a missionary in China in the 1930s. Gladys felt a conviction to go to China, despite having limited education and resources. She applied to the _China Inland Mission (CIM),_ but they rejected her, deeming her "unsuitable." Undeterred, she saved her own money and, in 1932, embarked on a perilous journey by train across Siberia, for she could not afford travel by sea. She arrived in Yangcheng, China, and worked with an elderly missionary, Jeannie Lawson. After Lawson's death, Gladys took over the mission, becoming known as "Ai-weh-deh" (the virtuous one). She learned the language, adopted Chinese customs, and tirelessly served the local people. Her obedience to God's calling, resulted in her being able to save many lives and influence many people.*

    *Like Gladys, Moses received instructions from God to go to Pharaoh with His message of deliverance of the Israelites. Six times in this short passage, God used the verb "go" to pass instructions to Moses. Humanly speaking, nothing would have made Moses return of his free will to Egypt, because he was a fugitive from justice. But when God's call came, Moses chose to obey.*

    *God gave Moses the blueprint of his assignment in Egypt. He was to first gather the elders of Israel and share the plan of God for their deliverance with them. Along with the leaders, he would approach Pharaoh and deliver the same message. The resistance of Pharaoh would be countered by God's power such that when the Israelites would eventually leave, they would spoil the Egyptians by going with their jewellery and raiment as compensations for their years of servitude.*

    *Just like God sent Moses to Egypt, so He is sending us to the world to share the good news of the cross and deliverance from sin to all and sundry. The assignment is tough and the road may be rough, but God promised to be with us. He was with Moses and other faithful saints of old and He will be with you too today, if you will go and do what He says.*

    ``` MEMORY VERSE:``` _*"Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?" (GALATIANS 3:3).*_
    *When people are erring, there are a number of ways of correcting them. It could be by advice, counselling, rebuke or reproof. Parents are even urged to smite or cane a stubborn child to "drive" foolishness out of him or her. Some people take the correction in good faith and change, while others would remain obdurate.*
    *In our study today, Apostle Paul used reproof on the Galatians who had been deceived by the over-zealous Jewish Christians, saying, "O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth...?"*
    *The Galatians had been made to believe that they needed to add works to their faith by keeping the Old Testament laws, particularly the circumcision of the flesh, in order to be justified. Paul reminded them that they had received the Spirit by faith, not by works.*
    *Beloved, beware of erroneous doctrines peddled through books, the social media and the internet. Many youths have lost their faith by these means. As a Christian, beware of the company you keep, so that you are not also deceived like the Galatian believers.*
    ```Key Verse:``` _*"Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more" (1 Thessalonians 4:1).*_

    Living to please God should be the desire of all friends of Jesus. Apostle Paul lived his life to please God who called him. He wrote this epistle to the Thessalonian Christians to encourage them to also please God in all they do.

    We are reading this letter to the Thessalonians today and receiving the same charge or challenge to please God daily in all we do, say and think. No one can live to please God in his or her power. Only God, by His grace, enables us to do this.

    This grace is available to as many as would come to Jesus. A boy or girl who is still living in sin, doing bad things, like fighting, telling lies, stealing, moving with bad friends, and doing other evil things, cannot receive this grace.

    *Such a person must first come out of sin by confessing to Jesus, asking for forgiveness and cleansing through His precious blood, and inviting Him to be his or her Saviour and Lord.*

    *If you are a friend of Jesus, be conscious of how you live so that you will not displease, instead of pleasing God. Ask God daily for His grace to help you please Him. This will open doors of blessings to you.*

    ```rayer:``` _*God, help me to live to please You at all times.*_ 🏽
    *TRUSTING GOD’S PLAN FOR DIVINE DELIVERANCE*
    *TEXT:* EXODUS 3:16–22
    16. Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt:
    17. and I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey.
    18. And they shall hearken to thy voice: and thou shalt come, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him, The LORD God of the Hebrews hath met with us: and now let us go, we beseech thee, three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God.
    19. And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand.
    20. And I will stretch out my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go.
    21. And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty:
    22. but every woman shall borrow of her neighbour, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: and ye shall put them upon your sons, and upon your daughters; and ye shall spoil the Egyptians.
    *Timeless Truth:* _The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, The thoughts of his heart to all generations._ (Psalm 33:11)
    *INTRODUCTION*
    In 1940, during the Second World War, more than 330,000 Allied soldiers were trapped on the beaches of Dunkirk, France. Humanly speaking, escape seemed impossible. Yet through an extraordinary combination of military coordination, the courage of civilian boat owners and what many believers regarded as God's providential intervention, the soldiers were rescued in what became known as the Miracle of Dunkirk. What appeared to be certain defeat became an unforgettable deliverance because there was a greater plan at work than anyone could initially see.
    Likewise, the Israelites had spent over 400 years in Egyptian bondage. Their situation appeared hopeless, but God had neither forgotten His covenant nor abandoned His people. In Exodus 3:16–22, God revealed His plan of deliverance to Moses before a single plague had occurred or a single Israelite had left Egypt. God's promises always precede His performance.
    This passage teaches us that God's Word is trustworthy, His presence is unfailing, and His purposes cannot be frustrated.
    God's Plan Never Fails Exodus 3 reminds us that God is never surprised by our struggles. Before Israel saw the miracles of the Exodus, God had already announced His plan from beginning to end. Every step of deliverance unfolded according to His perfect wisdom. God provides everything needed for victory.
    Sometimes, like Moses, we focus on Pharaoh's power. God calls us to focus on His power. Sometimes, we may see delays. God sees preparation. Sometimes, we may see obstacles. God sees opportunities to display His glory. Our responsibility is not to understand every detail of God's plan, but to trust the One who designed it. *“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you... thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”* (Jeremiah 29:11). When God promises deliverance, no enemy can permanently prevent it. His purposes will always prevail.
    Israel's deliverance began with a promise before it became a reality.The same is true for believers today. Will we trust God's promises while we wait for His perfect timing, believing that the God who begins His work will surely bring it to completion?
    *1. The Promise of God's Compassionate Purpose*
    God instructed Moses to gather the elders of Israel and assure them that He had seen their suffering and would deliver them. God's Personal Concern is for all believers to achieve their goals in life. God declared, “I have surely visited you.” He was fully aware of Israel's pain and affliction.
    b. God remembered the covenant He made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. His promises never fail. God promised to bring His people into a land flowing with milk and honey. No matter how long our trials may last, God never forgets His people or His promises.
    *Questions*
    *(i)* Do I truly believe that God sees and cares about my present circumstances?
    *(ii)* Am I trusting God's promises even when His timing seems delayed?
    *2. The Power of God's Commanding Presence*
    a. God explained how Moses would approach Pharaoh and assured him that His mighty hand would accomplish the deliverance. Partnership with God's people will bring the expected results. Moses was instructed to work alongside Israel's elders. God often accomplishes His purposes through united believers.
    b. God foretold Pharaoh's resistance, but assured Moses that opposition would not prevent His plan. God promised to stretch out His hand with mighty wonders until Pharaoh released Israel. God's calling does not guarantee an easy path, but it guarantees His powerful presence.
    *Questions*
    *(i)* Am I discouraged by opposition or do I trust God's power to overcome obstacles?
    *(ii)* Am I cooperating with other believers in accomplishing God's work?
    *3. The Provision of God's Complete Victory*
    a. God promised that Israel would leave Egypt not empty-handed, but with favour and substance in abundance. God promised to give Israel favour in the sight of the Egyptians.
    b. The Israelites would receive silver, gold, and clothing as they departed.
    *_But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus._* (Philippians 4:19).
    Israel would leave Egypt completely delivered from bondage. God's salvation is complete. He not only delivers us from bondage, but also equips us for the journey ahead.
    *Questions*
    *(i)* Am I living in the freedom Christ has already provided?
    *(ii)* Am I recognizing and thanking God for His daily provision and favour?
    *Prayer Points*
    1. Lord, strengthen my faith to trust every promise You have spoken, even when I cannot yet see the outcome.
    2. Father, give me courage to obey You even when I face resistance or discouragement
    3. Lord, surround me with Your favour and provide all that I need to fulfill Your purpose.
    4. Heavenly Father, deliver me from every form of spiritual bondage and help me walk in the freedom Christ has given..
    *Hymn:* Hold to God's Unchanging Hands
    *BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:* EXODUS 8-11.
    2. Morning Prayer for today.
    MP.i. Morning Prayer
    But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint. ⏤ Isaiah 40:31
    Sunday clears away the rust of the whole week. ⏤ Joseph Addison
    As we begin this holy Sunday, our Father, we ask for Your Sunday blessing. On this day, which reminds us of our Savior’s resurrection, may we rise to a holier, truer, and more heavenly life. May we walk in the light of Your love. As we wait on You, renew our strength so that we can run without growing weary and walk without fainting in the week ahead.
    We ask that You bless us in our private and public worship on this holy day. May Your blessing rest on all worshiping assemblies of Your people. May this be a day of spiritual renewal in all the churches. Bless all Sunday schools. May Your grace fill the heart of every teacher, and may every child who receives instruction be blessed through Your word. Bless all missionaries and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, preparing them for worthy service.
    We pray that You will bless us in our worship today. Help us leave behind every worldly thought and care as we enter Your sanctuary. As we wait before You, may we receive instruction from Your word and inspiration from Your Spirit, so that we may be strong for the battles and duties ahead. Help us today as we minister to others. May we bring love and peace to each other in our home. Help us bring comfort to those who are grieving, encouragement to those who are discouraged, and compassion to those who are in distress.
    We give ourselves to You for a Sunday filled with blessing, love, and peace. May our home receive new divine influences from above. May this be a shining day in the story of our lives. And we will give You the praise and the honor forever. Amen.
She arrived in Yangcheng, China, and worked with an elderly missionary, Jeannie Lawson. After Lawson's death, Gladys took over the mission, becoming known as "Ai-weh-deh" (the virtuous one). Humanly speaking, escape seemed impossible. Yet through an extraordinary combination of military coordination, the courage of civilian boat owners and what many believers regarded as God's providential intervention, the soldiers were rescued in what became known as the Miracle of Dunkirk. What appeared to be certain defeat became an unforgettable deliverance because there was a greater plan at work than anyone could initially see. Likewise, the Israelites had spent over 400 years in Egyptian bondage. Their situation appeared hopeless, but God had neither forgotten His covenant nor abandoned His people. In Exodus 3:16–22, God revealed His plan of deliverance to Moses before a single plague had occurred or a single Israelite had left Egypt. God's promises always precede His performance. This passage teaches us that God's Word is trustworthy, His presence is unfailing, and His purposes cannot be frustrated. God's Plan Never Fails Exodus 3 reminds us that God is never surprised by our struggles. Before Israel saw the miracles of the Exodus, God had already announced His plan from beginning to end. Every step of deliverance unfolded according to His perfect wisdom. God provides everything needed for victory. Sometimes, like Moses, we focus on Pharaoh's power. God calls us to focus on His power. Sometimes, we may see delays. God sees preparation. Sometimes, we may see obstacles. God sees opportunities to display His glory. Our responsibility is not to understand every detail of God's plan, but to trust the One who designed it. *“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you... thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”* (Jeremiah 29:11). When God promises deliverance, no enemy can permanently prevent it. His purposes will always prevail. Israel's deliverance began with a promise before it became a reality.The same is true for believers today. Will we trust God's promises while we wait for His perfect timing, believing that the God who begins His work will surely bring it to completion? *1. The Promise of God's Compassionate Purpose* God instructed Moses to gather the elders of Israel and assure them that He had seen their suffering and would deliver them. God's Personal Concern is for all believers to achieve their goals in life. God declared, “I have surely visited you.” He was fully aware of Israel's pain and affliction. b. God remembered the covenant He made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. His promises never fail. God promised to bring His people into a land flowing with milk and honey. No matter how long our trials may last, God never forgets His people or His promises. *Questions* *(i)* Do I truly believe that God sees and cares about my present circumstances? *(ii)* Am I trusting God's promises even when His timing seems delayed? *2. The Power of God's Commanding Presence* a. God explained how Moses would approach Pharaoh and assured him that His mighty hand would accomplish the deliverance. Partnership with God's people will bring the expected results. Moses was instructed to work alongside Israel's elders. God often accomplishes His purposes through united believers. b. God foretold Pharaoh's resistance, but assured Moses that opposition would not prevent His plan. God promised to stretch out His hand with mighty wonders until Pharaoh released Israel. God's calling does not guarantee an easy path, but it guarantees His powerful presence. *Questions* *(i)* Am I discouraged by opposition or do I trust God's power to overcome obstacles? *(ii)* Am I cooperating with other believers in accomplishing God's work? *3. The Provision of God's Complete Victory* a. God promised that Israel would leave Egypt not empty-handed, but with favour and substance in abundance. God promised to give Israel favour in the sight of the Egyptians. b. The Israelites would receive silver, gold, and clothing as they departed. *_But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus._* (Philippians 4:19). Israel would leave Egypt completely delivered from bondage. God's salvation is complete. He not only delivers us from bondage, but also equips us for the journey ahead. *Questions* *(i)* Am I living in the freedom Christ has already provided? *(ii)* Am I recognizing and thanking God for His daily provision and favour? *Prayer Points* 1. Lord, strengthen my faith to trust every promise You have spoken, even when I cannot yet see the outcome.🙏 2. Father, give me courage to obey You even when I face resistance or discouragement🙏 3. Lord, surround me with Your favour and provide all that I need to fulfill Your purpose.🙏 4. Heavenly Father, deliver me from every form of spiritual bondage and help me walk in the freedom Christ has given.🙏. *Hymn:* Hold to God's Unchanging Hands *BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:* EXODUS 8-11. 2. Morning Prayer for today. MP.i. Morning Prayer But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint. ⏤ Isaiah 40:31 Sunday clears away the rust of the whole week. ⏤ Joseph Addison As we begin this holy Sunday, our Father, we ask for Your Sunday blessing. On this day, which reminds us of our Savior’s resurrection, may we rise to a holier, truer, and more heavenly life. May we walk in the light of Your love. As we wait on You, renew our strength so that we can run without growing weary and walk without fainting in the week ahead. We ask that You bless us in our private and public worship on this holy day. May Your blessing rest on all worshiping assemblies of Your people. May this be a day of spiritual renewal in all the churches. Bless all Sunday schools. May Your grace fill the heart of every teacher, and may every child who receives instruction be blessed through Your word. Bless all missionaries and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, preparing them for worthy service. We pray that You will bless us in our worship today. Help us leave behind every worldly thought and care as we enter Your sanctuary. As we wait before You, may we receive instruction from Your word and inspiration from Your Spirit, so that we may be strong for the battles and duties ahead. Help us today as we minister to others. May we bring love and peace to each other in our home. Help us bring comfort to those who are grieving, encouragement to those who are discouraged, and compassion to those who are in distress. We give ourselves to You for a Sunday filled with blessing, love, and peace. May our home receive new divine influences from above. May this be a shining day in the story of our lives. And we will give You the praise and the honor forever. Amen. https://www.youdevotion.com/daily-prayer/miller/14/morning #taptapstudio #youdevotion.
  • Good morning, brethren.
    1. Morning devotion for today.
    MD.i. MORNING TEA
    THE WORD FOR TODAY
    SUNDAY JULY 19, 2026.
    "THE LONELINESS OF LEADERSHIP"
    ‘…That you may not bear it yourself alone.’  Numbers 11:17 NKJV
    MOSES SAID to God, ‘Why have You…laid the burden of all these people on me?’ (v. 11 NKJV). God replied, ‘…Gather to Me seventy men…I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will put the same upon them…that you may not bear it yourself alone’ (vv. 16-17 NKJV). Identify your God-given strengths, then delegate the rest to those who have strengths in your areas of weakness. Every leader is responsible for areas in which they have little or no competence. And when they try to exercise authority in those areas, they hinder everything and everybody under their watch. Put bluntly, there are things you are responsible for that you’ll never be good at, that you need to keep your nose out of and give to others! Why do we have such a hard time doing this? 1) Pride. Success is intoxicating and intoxicated people don’t think too clearly. We assume our abilities are broader than they actually are. Admitting weakness doesn’t make you less effective; it just confirms what everybody around you already knows! 2) Ignorance. We feel bad about delegating our weak areas because we assume everybody hates to do what we hate to do. Not so. You’re allowing others to shine; your limitations are their opportunities. 3) Independence. We think if the job is to be done ‘right’ we must do it ourselves. But leadership isn’t just about getting things done; it’s about getting things done through others. If you can’t find somebody to hand things to, look in the mirror! The people who follow you are exactly where you’ve led them! If you’ve nobody to delegate things to, guess who needs to change?
    *Timeless Truth:* _The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, The thoughts of his heart to all generations._ (Psalm 33:11)
    God instructed Moses to gather the elders of Israel and assure them that He had seen their suffering and would deliver them. God's Personal Concern is for all believers to achieve their goals in life. God declared, “I have surely visited you.” He was fully aware of Israel's pain and affliction.
    b. God remembered the covenant He made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. His promises never fail. God promised to bring His people into a land flowing with milk and honey. No matter how long our trials may last, God never forgets His people or His promises.
    *Questions*
    *(i)* Do I truly believe that God sees and cares about my present circumstances?
    *(ii)* Am I trusting God's promises even when His timing seems delayed?
    *2. The Power of God's Commanding Presence*
    a. God explained how Moses would approach Pharaoh and assured him that His mighty hand would accomplish the deliverance. Partnership with God's people will bring the expected results. Moses was instructed to work alongside Israel's elders. God often accomplishes His purposes through united believers.
    b. God foretold Pharaoh's resistance, but assured Moses that opposition would not prevent His plan. God promised to stretch out His hand with mighty wonders until Pharaoh released Israel. God's calling does not guarantee an easy path, but it guarantees His powerful presence.
    *Questions*
    *(i)* Am I discouraged by opposition or do I trust God's power to overcome obstacles?
    *(ii)* Am I cooperating with other believers in accomplishing God's work?
    *3. The Provision of God's Complete Victory*
    a. God promised that Israel would leave Egypt not empty-handed, but with favour and substance in abundance. God promised to give Israel favour in the sight of the Egyptians.
    b. The Israelites would receive silver, gold, and clothing as they departed.
    *_But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus._* (Philippians 4:19).
    Israel would leave Egypt completely delivered from bondage. God's salvation is complete. He not only delivers us from bondage, but also equips us for the journey ahead.
    *Questions*
    *(i)* Am I living in the freedom Christ has already provided?
    *(ii)* Am I recognizing and thanking God for His daily provision and favour?
    *Prayer Points*
    1. Lord, strengthen my faith to trust every promise You have spoken, even when I cannot yet see the outcome.
    2. Father, give me courage to obey You even when I face resistance or discouragement
    3. Lord, surround me with Your favour and provide all that I need to fulfill Your purpose.
    4. Heavenly Father, deliver me from every form of spiritual bondage and help me walk in the freedom Christ has given..
    *Hymn:* Hold to God's Unchanging Hands
    *BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:* EXODUS 8-11.
    2. Morning Prayer for today.
    MP.i. Morning Prayer
    But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint. ⏤ Isaiah 40:31
    Sunday clears away the rust of the whole week. ⏤ Joseph Addison
    As we begin this holy Sunday, our Father, we ask for Your Sunday blessing. On this day, which reminds us of our Savior’s resurrection, may we rise to a holier, truer, and more heavenly life. May we walk in the light of Your love. As we wait on You, renew our strength so that we can run without growing weary and walk without fainting in the week ahead.
    We ask that You bless us in our private and public worship on this holy day. May Your blessing rest on all worshiping assemblies of Your people. May this be a day of spiritual renewal in all the churches. Bless all Sunday schools. May Your grace fill the heart of every teacher, and may every child who receives instruction be blessed through Your word. Bless all missionaries and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, preparing them for worthy service.
    We pray that You will bless us in our worship today. Help us leave behind every worldly thought and care as we enter Your sanctuary. As we wait before You, may we receive instruction from Your word and inspiration from Your Spirit, so that we may be strong for the battles and duties ahead. Help us today as we minister to others. May we bring love and peace to each other in our home. Help us bring comfort to those who are grieving, encouragement to those who are discouraged, and compassion to those who are in distress.
    We give ourselves to You for a Sunday filled with blessing, love, and peace. May our home receive new divine influences from above. May this be a shining day in the story of our lives. And we will give You the praise and the honor forever. Amen.
    Good morning, brethren. 1. Morning devotion for today. MD.i. 😀🌹🎀🎁💝🌺 MORNING TEA THE WORD FOR TODAY SUNDAY JULY 19, 2026. "THE LONELINESS OF LEADERSHIP" ‘…That you may not bear it yourself alone.’  Numbers 11:17 NKJV MOSES SAID to God, ‘Why have You…laid the burden of all these people on me?’ (v. 11 NKJV). God replied, ‘…Gather to Me seventy men…I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will put the same upon them…that you may not bear it yourself alone’ (vv. 16-17 NKJV). Identify your God-given strengths, then delegate the rest to those who have strengths in your areas of weakness. Every leader is responsible for areas in which they have little or no competence. And when they try to exercise authority in those areas, they hinder everything and everybody under their watch. Put bluntly, there are things you are responsible for that you’ll never be good at, that you need to keep your nose out of and give to others! Why do we have such a hard time doing this? 1) Pride. Success is intoxicating and intoxicated people don’t think too clearly. We assume our abilities are broader than they actually are. Admitting weakness doesn’t make you less effective; it just confirms what everybody around you already knows! 2) Ignorance. We feel bad about delegating our weak areas because we assume everybody hates to do what we hate to do. Not so. You’re allowing others to shine; your limitations are their opportunities. 3) Independence. We think if the job is to be done ‘right’ we must do it ourselves. But leadership isn’t just about getting things done; it’s about getting things done through others. If you can’t find somebody to hand things to, look in the mirror! The people who follow you are exactly where you’ve led them! If you’ve nobody to delegate things to, guess who needs to change? Bible In A Year: Acts 22-23; Matt 10:32-42; Ps 65; Pro 16:6-9. Gladys felt a conviction to go to China, despite having limited education and resources. She applied to the _China Inland Mission (CIM),_ but they rejected her, deeming her "unsuitable." Undeterred, she saved her own money and, in 1932, embarked on a perilous journey by train across Siberia, for she could not afford travel by sea. She arrived in Yangcheng, China, and worked with an elderly missionary, Jeannie Lawson. After Lawson's death, Gladys took over the mission, becoming known as "Ai-weh-deh" (the virtuous one). She learned the language, adopted Chinese customs, and tirelessly served the local people. Her obedience to God's calling, resulted in her being able to save many lives and influence many people.* *Like Gladys, Moses received instructions from God to go to Pharaoh with His message of deliverance of the Israelites. Six times in this short passage, God used the verb "go" to pass instructions to Moses. Humanly speaking, nothing would have made Moses return of his free will to Egypt, because he was a fugitive from justice. But when God's call came, Moses chose to obey.* *God gave Moses the blueprint of his assignment in Egypt. He was to first gather the elders of Israel and share the plan of God for their deliverance with them. Along with the leaders, he would approach Pharaoh and deliver the same message. The resistance of Pharaoh would be countered by God's power such that when the Israelites would eventually leave, they would spoil the Egyptians by going with their jewellery and raiment as compensations for their years of servitude.* *Just like God sent Moses to Egypt, so He is sending us to the world to share the good news of the cross and deliverance from sin to all and sundry. The assignment is tough and the road may be rough, but God promised to be with us. Parents are even urged to smite or cane a stubborn child to "drive" foolishness out of him or her. Some people take the correction in good faith and change, while others would remain obdurate.* *In our study today, Apostle Paul used reproof on the Galatians who had been deceived by the over-zealous Jewish Christians, saying, "O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth...?"* *The Galatians had been made to believe that they needed to add works to their faith by keeping the Old Testament laws, particularly the circumcision of the flesh, in order to be justified. Paul reminded them that they had received the Spirit by faith, not by works.* *Beloved, beware of erroneous doctrines peddled through books, the social media and the internet. Apostle Paul lived his life to please God who called him. He wrote this epistle to the Thessalonian Christians to encourage them to also please God in all they do. We are reading this letter to the Thessalonians today and receiving the same charge or challenge to please God daily in all we do, say and think. No one can live to please God in his or her power. Only God, by His grace, enables us to do this. This grace is available to as many as would come to Jesus. A boy or girl who is still living in sin, doing bad things, like fighting, telling lies, stealing, moving with bad friends, and doing other evil things, cannot receive this grace. *Such a person must first come out of sin by confessing to Jesus, asking for forgiveness and cleansing through His precious blood, and inviting Him to be his or her Saviour and Lord.* *If you are a friend of Jesus, be conscious of how you live so that you will not displease, instead of pleasing God. Humanly speaking, escape seemed impossible. Yet through an extraordinary combination of military coordination, the courage of civilian boat owners and what many believers regarded as God's providential intervention, the soldiers were rescued in what became known as the Miracle of Dunkirk. What appeared to be certain defeat became an unforgettable deliverance because there was a greater plan at work than anyone could initially see. Likewise, the Israelites had spent over 400 years in Egyptian bondage. Their situation appeared hopeless, but God had neither forgotten His covenant nor abandoned His people. In Exodus 3:16–22, God revealed His plan of deliverance to Moses before a single plague had occurred or a single Israelite had left Egypt. God's promises always precede His performance. This passage teaches us that God's Word is trustworthy, His presence is unfailing, and His purposes cannot be frustrated. God's Plan Never Fails Exodus 3 reminds us that God is never surprised by our struggles. Before Israel saw the miracles of the Exodus, God had already announced His plan from beginning to end. Every step of deliverance unfolded according to His perfect wisdom. God provides everything needed for victory. Sometimes, like Moses, we focus on Pharaoh's power. God calls us to focus on His power. Sometimes, we may see delays. God sees preparation. Sometimes, we may see obstacles. God sees opportunities to display His glory. Our responsibility is not to understand every detail of God's plan, but to trust the One who designed it. *“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you... thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”* (Jeremiah 29:11). When God promises deliverance, no enemy can permanently prevent it. His purposes will always prevail. Israel's deliverance began with a promise before it became a reality.The same is true for believers today. Will we trust God's promises while we wait for His perfect timing, believing that the God who begins His work will surely bring it to completion? *1.   • I SAW THE NEW EARTH AND NEW HEAVEN AND THE GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT
    by Thiago Owerton
    Revelation of the rapture of the church, the Lamb supper in the New Jerusalem.
    The revelation you hear was given to Brother Thiago Owerton by Jesus Himself on the Third of
    May 2014 so that the world would wake up about what is to come. Jesus is coming back
    On that Sunday night, I was on my knees around my bed asking for forgiveness for my mistakes,
    thanking God for everything. Then I slept.
    I remember that night I was very cold and it was raining a lot. Then I had fallen asleep around two
    in the morning. It was around four in the morning, I knew it because I saw the clock in the kitchen
    indicating the time. I do not know how to explain what followed.
    Suddenly someone burst into my room and he woke me up. I did not feel my body which was
    laying on the bed. I realized that I was awake and not in the body but rather in the spirit. Then a
    supernatural force took me to the hill next to my house.
    And when I opened my eyes, I realized that I was on the hill and it was day, but I did not understand
    what was happening on the hill. There was still fog on top of the hill and the city was still sleeping.
    I hardly heard noises, only the wind blowing and the birds singing. I suddenly heard soft music with
    their sounds almost like a flute. It shifted my whole body.
    I looked up from the city to the sky and I saw a being of light in the form of an angel. He was
    descending from Heaven as if he was floating and hovering over. I was just curious to know who
    was that brilliant and resplendent being who was coming towards me. I was still watching him
    approaching close to me. He was floating without touching the ground. He wore a white robe, his
    face shone brightly like the sun but I noticed an impressive radiance and glow on his face and my
    eyes could look at him without getting hurt. His countenance was a great light.
    Then he looked at me and smiled at me. His voice was the most beautiful that I've ever heard in my
    entire life. It was sweet. At the moment he told me, “You invoked the Lord who searches the heart.
    He sent me to show you things that are hidden and things that people never imagined.”
    The moment he touched me, I was transported thousands of kilometers away. In seconds, I was
    taken to many places of the Earth. And in seconds, from there, I have seen incredible things that
    have changed my life forever.
    The Angel of the Lord took my hand and we quickly flew out together towards the center of the
    planet Earth to a country called Croatia. He took me to a street where I was seeing a procession. I
    saw that there were many people worshiping idols there. I realized at that moment that people were
    passing in front of me. They did not see me.
    I was with the angel observing people from a window. They could not see us. I was not only
    accompanied by the angel, I was also accompanied by my wife and my son Michael who today is
    four years old, but in the vision, he appears to be seven years of age. I realized that in this vision we
    were in the future time. We were observing the future from a window. There was also a child that
    had white hair smooth with curly ends.
    The angel instructed the 11-year boy and my son to step out of the window in the physical reality
    and evangelize.
    He said to them, “Chosen Ones, go to the midst of the people and evangelize.”
    They both came out in the middle of the procession and began to preach the Word of God. But
    people seemed to bother with the presence of little Michael, who was talking about the love of Jesus
    and trying to deliver the brochures to all the people that were there. I saw people pushing him and
    trying to assault my child who was so small and helpless.
    The Spirit of God did not let that happen. My son returned to the spiritual window where I was and
    he was sad with tears. He looked at me for comfort and he shook the head as if he was trying to tell
    me, “Dad, I could not evangelize. They did not want to hear the words of salvation. They did not
    want to understand the love of Jesus in their lives.”
    Then the angel smiled at him and took the leaflets from his hand and caressed his head.
    Then he looked at me and said, “Take the leaflets Son of Man, go to the crowd and evangelize.”
    Immediately I was overwhelmed by a strong desire to speak of the love of Jesus to all without fear.
    I went out of the window where I started to speak up in a loud voice, “Jesus is coming back, Jesus is
    coming back. He is the hope of the world. Repent and accept Him as the Savior of your lives.”
    But nobody wanted to hear that. Many of the people were heading in my direction to attack me.
    They said, “Arrest this Christian. He deserves to die. We do not want your Jesus because we have
    our gods.”
    At that moment, I saw the crowd coming into my direction to kill me. I was very scared and when I
    closed my eyes, I felt my body flying as fast as the speed of light. When I opened my eyes again, I
    was inside the spiritual window with the angel who smiled at me. My wife, my son and my little
    girl, were looking out from the window. I saw Croatia no more.
    We were somewhere else in another country in a square full of people and there was a party. At that
    moment, I realized that we were in France. We tried to evangelize. But the beautiful people called
    me crazy and the crowd screamed, “Kill this Christian. And let's see if Jesus that he preaches will
    save him. Because we don't need to be saved from anything. We are well.”
    Then all these people began to run in my direction with great fury to kill me. I once again felt the
    power of the Spirit of God pulling me into the spiritual window and took me to another place.
    When I opened my eyes, I was in another place. I remember that the climate was hot. The day was
    clear without clouds in the sky. I knew I was in the Middle East. When I looked in front of me there
    was a multitude of bodies on the ground and I was in the midst of all those bodies. The bodies were
    mutilated, and I saw decapitated heads. Charred bodies were rotting with very strong smell. I knew
    that all these bodies belong to Christians, people who have been killed because they have
    proclaimed the Word of God.
    When I turned to look, I saw war. I saw people killing each other with machine guns and all kinds
    of weapons. I went into the middle of the war and saw that those who fought were Jews and
    Muslims and other peoples as well.
    So I began to shout aloud the Gospel of the Lord Jesus, but no one cared. Then I saw men running
    in my direction to kill me.
    Suddenly, I was taken back by the Spirit to my city. I was in a small church near my house. I was
    preaching God's Word to all those people that were there. I remember screaming loudly to everyone
    to repent of their sins because Jesus is coming back. People here were saved but they were carnal.
    They did not humble themselves to repent. I shouted to them to repent or they will be sentenced to
    eternal death. But they were accustomed to hearing the Word of God so they did not pay attention.
    They hardened their hearts.
    Many of them didn't respect the house of the Lord. They were chewing gum while others gossiped.
    They talked to each other and others were laughing and mocking me in their heart. I did not care
    about that. I shouted louder so that they should repent. I shouted, “Jesus is coming back!” but they
    did not hear. They were there only with their bodies, but their minds were far from the Lord.
    In that moment, I began to feel a strong presence of God. My heart was beating fast, and I started to
    shake while I was still preaching. Suddenly, I saw a strong light entering the gate of the church. A
    couple sitting in the crowd saw it as well. Together, we began to contemplate that light. No one else
    could see the light except the three of us.
    Inside the light, I saw a white cloud heading in my direction. At that moment, I was sure that Jesus
    had returned to take the chosen ones to eternal life. I started to cry and I shouted to the people with
    all my strength, “Jesus has returned. Repent for the love of God. Repent from your sin.”
    With a sad heart, I saw that crowd bursting into laughter and mocking me. Then I fell on my knees
    crying out to God for all these people listening to me. At that moment I also saw the cry of the Lord
    and the couple who were standing in the crowd. And then came a voice from Heaven like the sound
    of thunder. It was heard throughout the whole planet.
    The voice said, “The end is here.”
    At that moment the Earth stopped turning, the time stopped and a great earthquake happened. Then
    all the wicked and sinners fell to the ground with much violence.
    I began to hear people in the church calling the name of the Lord.
    They shouted to the Lord out loud for forgiveness, saying there were sorry, but it was too late.
    For this reason, you also must be ready because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do
    not expect Him.
    The cloud of light in this church took two babies and also the couple that stood up. We began to
    float within the church. People got scared when they saw this. At that moment, I felt my body
    becoming light as if there was a force pulling me in the air in a horizontal trajectory out of the
    church.
    At that moment, despair took over all the people that were left there in the church. I saw young
    adults, couples, and parents in and out of the church in all places in despair because they understood
    that we were going up.
    Then several people clung to my legs with their hands, saying, “I want to go. Take me with you. I
    played with Jesus, please forgive me.”
    I began to pray because all of them were on me. As a result, they were no longer able to bear the
    power of God. A force dragged me outside the church and pulled me up.
    When I looked down, I saw many that were left behind. They were in full agony and despair. I
    realized that many were coming up beside me everywhere, but they were far fewer than those who
    are left behind, maybe 1000 times less than those who were behind.
    What I witnessed was scary. I saw people running from one side to another in total confusion. The
    crowd was crying out for forgiveness, but there was no hope. I still cried for all the lost souls.
    When I was rising in the clouds, a ray of light emerged and touched my forehead. As a result, I
    receive a new name that was in that ray of light. I do not know what was written. But when I was
    touched by this ray of light, I felt the power of God passing through my body. Suddenly my
    garments were changed and I acquired a garment that was whiter than snow. And I noticed that I
    was wearing sandals on my feet that were golden. From my forehead was flowing a glowing light
    that went down throughout all my body like rain until it reaches the soles of my feet.
    At that moment, I acquired the ability to fly in that very moment the same ray of light entered in my
    eyes. As a result I was given the gift of the eye of an eagle. I could fly wherever I wanted to fly. The
    Bible says that they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with
    wings of eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)
    I thought I was two meters away, but I noticed that I was already above the clouds. I noticed on my
    left my son and my wife. I know some of my people were there, but most did not make it. There
    were people from all parts of the Earth. I was seeing people of various races, languages, colors, and
    cultures.
    So I looked down to Portugal again, I saw a church that was in total despair because the shepherd
    could not be caught in the rapture. He could not fly. I also saw people who never had entered an
    evangelical church but were rising too and I did not understand.
    The Angel of the Lord approached me and said, “Remember, the mysteries and the plans of God are
    not to be understood, but they are to be accepted because He is the Master. The world has given
    itself to religions. According to your choices, you will receive your reward.”
    At that moment I saw radiant and resplendent angels of Heaven. They were standing around the
    opening above the Earth's atmosphere, and they were sounding the trumpets. As a result, a light
    descended from Heaven and from within the light was a rider and knight who appeared in the light.
    He was riding a white horse and He was in His golden armor. I saw that it was written on His thigh,
    “King of kings and Lord of lords.”
    Then He raised His sword and said, “Everything is finished on the Earth. I'm the Morning Star.”
    At that moment I saw Michael, the Prince of the Lord’s Armies on the Earth who spoke in an
    unknown language that I never heard on Earth, but everyone understood his voice. In that tower, all
    the hills of the Earth fell and there was a great earthquake. I was facing the light of the Lord and my
    eyes ached. When he spoke, his explosive and thunderous voice was powerful in the ears of all
    saints who were floating there above the Earth.
    It was also possible to hear people shouting down on the Earth. They could not bear to look at the
    light that was the Son of God Himself, whose explosive voice was also heard on the face of the
    Earth. The wicked could not bear to hear the powerful voice that was so strong.
    Then I saw behind the Lord objects in queer shapes that looked like spaceships but were not made
    from a material of the Earth or known to man. The carriages were made of pure power. The celestial
    chariots of light were made of flames of fire that were adorned with sheer glory and light. They
    were thousands of thousands of them. Then the supernatural force of the Lord settled a million
    saints into the carriages of the Celestial chariots of light and fire.
    Once the angels sealed the doors of the chariots of fire, we started our trip to the eternal kingdom of
    Heaven. I remember that I saw the sun stopped shining, the moon turned red as blood. We then
    traveled in a blink of an eye at an incredible speed that it is impossible to describe.
    Suddenly, we surged into a place similar to a planet that seems 10 times or perhaps 20 times the
    mass of the Earth. We were beholding a world of glorious light before us. I saw that there was no
    sun and no moon. There existed no night and no stars shone in the light of day. It was incredible and
    extraordinary. So we all stood before a huge gate of pearl. The pearly gate there was an immense
    garden with green grass and many fruits.
    Then a radiant Angel approached and said, “Enter into the joy of Your Master.”
    And everyone started going through this gate. I saw everyone entering the gate of the city. When it
    got to my turn something surprising happened. When passing through the gate, I felt like I was
    floating and I noticed that my body was transformed. The body that was perishable is raised
    imperishable. It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in
    power. It is sown in a natural body but it is raised a spiritual body.
    If there is a natural body there is also a spiritual body. I no longer had the body of flesh. I no longer
    had a carnal skin since my skin became transparent light as a spirit of diamond color. I looked at my
    hands and I saw that I could see through them. I realized that red blood was no longer flowing in
    my veins. Instead, there was light and lightning raging strong in my system.
    There was electricity in this immortal body. The light that was flowing in my glorified body was
    golden as if it was fire. I realized that we were the same as Jesus Christ Himself. The Bible said, we
    will be like him.
    1John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be.
    But we know that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
    One difference is that His brilliance and radiance was stronger.
    The wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness
    like the stars forever and ever. (Daniel 12:3)
    I looked at all the saints that were there. I realized that I knew the name of each one of them.
    Moreover, I saw that it was no longer possible to see their faces because of the brightness that they
    had.
    But I knew who was who. We were entering this celestial garden, then we saw before us in the
    middle of the garden, a huge and infinite table that went forever. I saw golden chairs aligned to this
    unending table, then a banquet appeared on the same table. The taste of the smell of that food is
    impossible to describe. There is nothing like that on the Earth smelling so tasty. And everybody
    took a seat in order to be served the meal. We all sat and dined. Nobody was left standing and no
    one was left without seat and food. Blessed are those who are invited to the Marriage Supper of the
    Lamb.
    I noticed that Jesus was not in one location, but He was everywhere at the same time. I have seen
    Him in three places at the same time. There was a lot of joy and a lot of party and fun. This festivity
    and banquet did not stop. It was a seven years party. Many will come from east and west and recline
    at the table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of Heaven. I noticed that during this
    seven years period, the Christians were continually eating and drinking. No one became fat yet the
    saints were eating and enjoying continually.
    Many of the things that I saw during the seven years of banquet were beyond men’s imagination. I
    saw glittering and radiant precious stones that do not exist on the Earth. I saw living and vibrant
    colors that were beyond understanding. While the banquet continued for seven years, we did not
    realize the time elapsing on Earth.
    Actually our memories of the Earth were removed. They had been taken away by God. The Mighty
    Lord was sitting on the Throne and that was the source of light that illuminated everything. He was
    the Light lighting the whole celestial kingdom.
    So after seven years of the banquet of the Lamb, the angel of the North, of the South, of the East
    and of the West stood before God's Throne. They showed themselves before the Almighty Who
    reigns forever, who is the Light of all the existence, the Master of all that exists. He is the Lord that
    the saints have not yet contemplated nor the face of the Creator that had been worshiped by the
    saints yet.
    Than the angels blew the trumpets in a loud voice before the Mighty One who reigns eternally, the
    One who is the light of all existence, the Master of everything that exists. As a result, in all the
    Heaven the saints, the cherubim and angels all prostrated themselves before the Creator and they
    pressed their faces to the ground and worshiped Him.
    Then the Throne of God moved closer to the people, then He spoke in a huge voice, “Now all things
    are subjected to My Son.”
    Everybody worshiped Him, the saints of Heaven and the angels said, “Holy, Holy, Holy, the whole
    universe is full of Your glory.”
    Then I saw emerging from behind the throne, a huge city that was being created by God Himself. It
    descended from God toward the saints and the angels of the Lord. I do not know how to describe its
    full size or width. But there never was and never there will be a city like that. It was made of gold.
    There was a river of crystal glass and streets of gold. The houses were made of precious stones. Its
    walls impenetrable as they were very high.
    The Angel of the Lord came down and led us to the gate of a city. We entered into the holy city that
    the Lord Almighty prepared for us. The angels led us to the city and I flew over it. When everyone
    was there in the holy city, admiring I saw the throne of God descending in the middle of the city. He
    left the transparent dome like glass that sealed the whole city through the walls and filled all its
    extension and its space.
    At that moment, the order was given by the Lord to descend to the Earth. We were inside the holy
    city that was descending. We were heading back to Earth. I saw the holy city, the New Jerusalem,
    coming down out of Heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
    And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man,
    and He will live with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their
    God. (Revelation 21:3)”
    And when we got to the solar system, I looked up and I saw that the sun did not really shine, the
    stars disappeared.
    The sea no longer existed and there was no water anywhere. The ground was empty, but there was
    still a man who was lying on the Earth. The holy city and the glory of God began to enter the Earth.
    I was amazed to see the brightness of the city of glory.
    The man who was lying in the middle, he lifted up his head and stood and shook his body and his
    arms. At that moment the ashes that were around him fell and he turned into a cherubim of immense
    wings.
    Then the holy city landed on the Earth right in the center of the ancient Jerusalem, and the dome
    kept the city open. The throne of the Lord and the Lamb were over the entrance.
    The Lamb was sitting next to the Creator, and an immense crystal ramp came down from the
    Throne to touch the Earth. And then at the end of the ramp was a light. Then I saw God standing
    from the throne.
    I was on the side of the Lord's throne, I saw something spectacular. A breath came out of God and
    spread throughout the Earth. As a result, I saw the redemption of the Earth, the air and the sea. I saw
    the sea rising again. Then I saw a new Heaven and a new Earth, for the first Heaven and Earth had
    passed away and the sea was no more.
    Romans 8:18-21 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared
    with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for
    the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly,
    but by reason of Him who has subjected the same in hope, 21 Because the creature itself also shall
    be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
    In a blink of an eye, God restored the Earth. I saw that the Earth and all that was in it, all the sin and
    Satan and his demons were destroyed together in the Lake of Fire. They disappeared forever from
    the whole universe and the Lord rebuilt the sky and the Earth and the land. There was a rock of
    grass green with trees and crystal clear waters. All animals were good.
    In this age, there was only one city and in the middle of the city, there was a river of crystal clear
    water, and the tree of life that gave 12 fruits per year.
    In this city in the new Earth and new Heaven I realized that I was very smart. I had superior
    knowledge. I knew physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, geology, astronomy. It was as if a part
    of me that awakened, a part of us that died in the Adamic sin was restored. I was no longer hungry
    and had no need to sleep. I could travel to wherever I wanted with the power of thought. I could
    move to any part of the Earth in the speed of thought.
    Then I saw Jesus sitting next to a source of water and playing with children. I approached Him.
    When He saw me He hugged me. I looked into His flaming eyes and told Him that I had a request
    to make. He looked at me in the eye and smiled.
    I said, “You gave me so many revelations. You granted me to see God, and so many other
    extraordinary things that I have experienced, but I still have a dream. I know the beautiful things
    that God created far from here on Earth. I read one day in Your words that all that God created
    would be revealed to men. I wish I can see the mystery of God that is yet to be revealed that is
    hidden.”
    Jesus was not willing to reveal more mystery. Then a breath came out of the mouth of God. As a
    result, I saw the reconstruction of the bodies of all those who had died without Jesus. I saw the dust
    of the Earth and water. I saw visceral arteries be reconstructed, bones were refitted, then blood in
    their veins and organs, hair and skin, and the breath of God blew inside the nostrils of the dead, and
    they came back to life the same way they had died with all the consciousness and conscience of
    their past lives as if they were awakened from a deep sleep.
    And I saw the dead great and small, standing before the Throne. And there were open books and
    one of them was the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their deeds as recorded in
    the books. I saw a being of light among the crowd of the dead. It was Satan and his demons who
    were to be judged before the Throne of God and angels.
    I saw angels with huge books, and I heard a voice coming from the Throne of God and that voice
    called the first person. The man was in a suit and carried something in his hands that looked like a
    Bible and he stepped to the Lord’s Throne and adored Him. When he raised his head, I saw terror in
    him.
    God had not yet said anything, but the sins of that man began to torment him right there in front of
    the Creator. Then I saw Satan looking at him.
    The man started to scream, “Lord, I am the pastor, I did Your will. I won souls for Your kingdom. I
    built temples for Your name and made sacrifices. I walked all my life according to Your word, but I
    am here being judged by You, instead of being rewarded with Your heavenly joy and glory.”
    Then I saw God give a sign to the angel. Then the angel brought a huge book and touched the book.
    The book opened and the angel said, “Here is your story where your most hidden secrets are
    written.”
    The man was filled with fear and despair.
    The angel said to this pastor, “What you just said is true. However, later in your walk with God,
    your heart changed. It was corrupted for money. You introduced doctrines in the church that were
    not within the Word of God because you lived many lives. You are stealing the tithes and offerings
    of the house of the Lord for your own benefit for greed. Money that can be spent on God’s house,
    you spent it on your carnal desire. You ended up in fornication and drinking. Your wife inside the
    house waited for forgiveness and reconciliation but you never asked her. Today the Creator has tried
    you according to your works.”
    Then I saw on the side, a river of fire that seemed like volcanic lava. It stretched across the land.
    The angel of the Lord took the man and cast him to the abyss of the river of fire and he was
    consumed.
    Afterward, the voice that came out of the Throne of God called another man, and I saw someone
    coming out from within the crowd on the ramp. And when arriving before God, he prostrated.
    Another angel was called. The angel stepped forward and the book was opened.
    In that book was written the whole history of that young man who began to speak desperately with
    tears in the eyes almost without a voice.
    He said, “Sir, I acknowledge that You are God. I've lived my whole life believing in You. I attended
    church service every week to worship. I always prayed in the church. I was evangelizing. I did what
    Your words told me. But why am I being judged by You? Why am I not in the holy city and Your
    heavenly joy?”
    Then God gave a signal to the angel who started reading the book and he said, “You often
    worshiped God who blesses you. You read the Scriptures daily, but your heart was in the world but
    not the Scriptures. You were praying to God but you did not regret your sins. You performed your
    services in Church but you did not win souls for God. You despised your own family. You did not
    love your family and your children because your friends were more important. One of them is the
    love of money. It is written love one another as the Lord loves you. You forgot about the true
    essence of God that is love. So you are being tried in the court of divine justice with truth and
    wisdom.”
    At that moment fire came down from Heaven and consumed the young man right there and he was
    thrown into the fire.
    Then I saw a young man of about 17 to 18 years old who came to the ramp. He was well dressed
    and came forward and prostrated. Then he raised his head and beheld the glory of God. At that
    moment he was filled with fear and started crying desperately. So once again, God called another
    angel who came with a book in his hand and which was written the life of that boy who said
    nothing. But I saw the terror in his eyes. He was terrified.
    The angel started to read a book and said, “You were blessed since you were born and you were
    raised in a rich family where you lacked nothing. You always had available drink and food. You had
    all the wealth of the Earth. You had an issue of loving your neighbor. Your parents prepared
    everything they had for you. But when your parents heard about the death of the Creator, they
    accepted Him in their hearts, hoping that you will join them, but you rebelled against them. You
    hardened your heart when the Lord was calling you. Is it not true that you preferred drugs? Alcohol
    and prostitution dominated you. You preferred that lifestyle over the Lord and the love of God. Your
    parents who were obedient though they had everything loved you and had affection for you. Later
    in your life a believer offered you an invitation to accept Jesus Christ in your life. However you
    thought nothing else matters, except to have fun, partying with friends. You did not care about your
    family and God. One day a last chance of salvation came in your life. On that day the Lord Jesus
    Christ made you the last invitation through your own parents. But you said, “I do not need this Jesus
    Christ. I do not need this God of yours.” Despite the fact that time after time you fell victim of your
    own drug poison, Jesus Christ brought you back to life, the same Jesus that you refused and denied.
    Now you are being tried in God’s tribunal where there is no forgiveness to those who rejected His
    name.”
    At that moment. I saw God standing up and He looked at the young man and ordered his
    punishment And the angels took him and cast him in the lake of eternal fire to be tormented for all
    his sins.
    The multitudes who were there before God knelt and adored Him. It was hard for me to see all this
    judgment especially of seeing all those people who had the chance and opportunity of God's love.
    The multitude of people that were before God were all judged according to their works. I do not
    know how long that trial lasted.
    Later on, we traveled towards my city and landed at the same place on top of the hill. I saw the
    whole city from above and stayed confused at that moment. I did not understand what was
    happening.
    Then he touched my forehead and my memories came back. My head remembered everything I had
    seen and felt. I wanted to go back. I wanted to stay there with Him in that wonderful place forever. I
    wanted to be with my Lord forever.
    Jesus said, “I chose you to be a witness of all these things I've shown you.”
    But I wanted to go back anyway. I wanted to stay there with Jesus.
    I SAW THE NEW EARTH AND NEW HEAVEN AND THE GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT by Thiago Owerton Revelation of the rapture of the church, the Lamb supper in the New Jerusalem. The revelation you hear was given to Brother Thiago Owerton by Jesus Himself on the Third of May 2014 so that the world would wake up about what is to come. Jesus is coming back On that Sunday night, I was on my knees around my bed asking for forgiveness for my mistakes, thanking God for everything. Then I slept. I remember that night I was very cold and it was raining a lot. Then I had fallen asleep around two in the morning. It was around four in the morning, I knew it because I saw the clock in the kitchen indicating the time. I do not know how to explain what followed. Suddenly someone burst into my room and he woke me up. I did not feel my body which was laying on the bed. I realized that I was awake and not in the body but rather in the spirit. Then a supernatural force took me to the hill next to my house. And when I opened my eyes, I realized that I was on the hill and it was day, but I did not understand what was happening on the hill. There was still fog on top of the hill and the city was still sleeping. I hardly heard noises, only the wind blowing and the birds singing. I suddenly heard soft music with their sounds almost like a flute. It shifted my whole body. I looked up from the city to the sky and I saw a being of light in the form of an angel. He was descending from Heaven as if he was floating and hovering over. I was just curious to know who was that brilliant and resplendent being who was coming towards me. I was still watching him approaching close to me. He was floating without touching the ground. He wore a white robe, his face shone brightly like the sun but I noticed an impressive radiance and glow on his face and my eyes could look at him without getting hurt. His countenance was a great light. Then he looked at me and smiled at me. His voice was the most beautiful that I've ever heard in my entire life. It was sweet. At the moment he told me, “You invoked the Lord who searches the heart. He sent me to show you things that are hidden and things that people never imagined.” The moment he touched me, I was transported thousands of kilometers away. In seconds, I was taken to many places of the Earth. And in seconds, from there, I have seen incredible things that have changed my life forever. The Angel of the Lord took my hand and we quickly flew out together towards the center of the planet Earth to a country called Croatia. He took me to a street where I was seeing a procession. I saw that there were many people worshiping idols there. I realized at that moment that people were passing in front of me. They did not see me. I was with the angel observing people from a window. They could not see us. I was not only accompanied by the angel, I was also accompanied by my wife and my son Michael who today is four years old, but in the vision, he appears to be seven years of age. I realized that in this vision we were in the future time. We were observing the future from a window. There was also a child that had white hair smooth with curly ends. The angel instructed the 11-year boy and my son to step out of the window in the physical reality and evangelize. He said to them, “Chosen Ones, go to the midst of the people and evangelize.” They both came out in the middle of the procession and began to preach the Word of God. But people seemed to bother with the presence of little Michael, who was talking about the love of Jesus and trying to deliver the brochures to all the people that were there. I saw people pushing him and trying to assault my child who was so small and helpless. The Spirit of God did not let that happen. My son returned to the spiritual window where I was and he was sad with tears. He looked at me for comfort and he shook the head as if he was trying to tell me, “Dad, I could not evangelize. They did not want to hear the words of salvation. They did not want to understand the love of Jesus in their lives.” Then the angel smiled at him and took the leaflets from his hand and caressed his head. Then he looked at me and said, “Take the leaflets Son of Man, go to the crowd and evangelize.” Immediately I was overwhelmed by a strong desire to speak of the love of Jesus to all without fear. I went out of the window where I started to speak up in a loud voice, “Jesus is coming back, Jesus is coming back. He is the hope of the world. Repent and accept Him as the Savior of your lives.” But nobody wanted to hear that. Many of the people were heading in my direction to attack me. They said, “Arrest this Christian. He deserves to die. We do not want your Jesus because we have our gods.” At that moment, I saw the crowd coming into my direction to kill me. I was very scared and when I closed my eyes, I felt my body flying as fast as the speed of light. When I opened my eyes again, I was inside the spiritual window with the angel who smiled at me. My wife, my son and my little girl, were looking out from the window. I saw Croatia no more. We were somewhere else in another country in a square full of people and there was a party. At that moment, I realized that we were in France. We tried to evangelize. But the beautiful people called me crazy and the crowd screamed, “Kill this Christian. And let's see if Jesus that he preaches will save him. Because we don't need to be saved from anything. We are well.” Then all these people began to run in my direction with great fury to kill me. I once again felt the power of the Spirit of God pulling me into the spiritual window and took me to another place. When I opened my eyes, I was in another place. I remember that the climate was hot. The day was clear without clouds in the sky. I knew I was in the Middle East. When I looked in front of me there was a multitude of bodies on the ground and I was in the midst of all those bodies. The bodies were mutilated, and I saw decapitated heads. Charred bodies were rotting with very strong smell. I knew that all these bodies belong to Christians, people who have been killed because they have proclaimed the Word of God. When I turned to look, I saw war. I saw people killing each other with machine guns and all kinds of weapons. I went into the middle of the war and saw that those who fought were Jews and Muslims and other peoples as well. So I began to shout aloud the Gospel of the Lord Jesus, but no one cared. Then I saw men running in my direction to kill me. Suddenly, I was taken back by the Spirit to my city. I was in a small church near my house. I was preaching God's Word to all those people that were there. I remember screaming loudly to everyone to repent of their sins because Jesus is coming back. People here were saved but they were carnal. They did not humble themselves to repent. I shouted to them to repent or they will be sentenced to eternal death. But they were accustomed to hearing the Word of God so they did not pay attention. They hardened their hearts. Many of them didn't respect the house of the Lord. They were chewing gum while others gossiped. They talked to each other and others were laughing and mocking me in their heart. I did not care about that. I shouted louder so that they should repent. I shouted, “Jesus is coming back!” but they did not hear. They were there only with their bodies, but their minds were far from the Lord. In that moment, I began to feel a strong presence of God. My heart was beating fast, and I started to shake while I was still preaching. Suddenly, I saw a strong light entering the gate of the church. A couple sitting in the crowd saw it as well. Together, we began to contemplate that light. No one else could see the light except the three of us. Inside the light, I saw a white cloud heading in my direction. At that moment, I was sure that Jesus had returned to take the chosen ones to eternal life. I started to cry and I shouted to the people with all my strength, “Jesus has returned. Repent for the love of God. Repent from your sin.” With a sad heart, I saw that crowd bursting into laughter and mocking me. Then I fell on my knees crying out to God for all these people listening to me. At that moment I also saw the cry of the Lord and the couple who were standing in the crowd. And then came a voice from Heaven like the sound of thunder. It was heard throughout the whole planet. The voice said, “The end is here.” At that moment the Earth stopped turning, the time stopped and a great earthquake happened. Then all the wicked and sinners fell to the ground with much violence. I began to hear people in the church calling the name of the Lord. They shouted to the Lord out loud for forgiveness, saying there were sorry, but it was too late. For this reason, you also must be ready because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him. The cloud of light in this church took two babies and also the couple that stood up. We began to float within the church. People got scared when they saw this. At that moment, I felt my body becoming light as if there was a force pulling me in the air in a horizontal trajectory out of the church. At that moment, despair took over all the people that were left there in the church. I saw young adults, couples, and parents in and out of the church in all places in despair because they understood that we were going up. Then several people clung to my legs with their hands, saying, “I want to go. Take me with you. I played with Jesus, please forgive me.” I began to pray because all of them were on me. As a result, they were no longer able to bear the power of God. A force dragged me outside the church and pulled me up. When I looked down, I saw many that were left behind. They were in full agony and despair. I realized that many were coming up beside me everywhere, but they were far fewer than those who are left behind, maybe 1000 times less than those who were behind. What I witnessed was scary. I saw people running from one side to another in total confusion. The crowd was crying out for forgiveness, but there was no hope. I still cried for all the lost souls. When I was rising in the clouds, a ray of light emerged and touched my forehead. As a result, I receive a new name that was in that ray of light. I do not know what was written. But when I was touched by this ray of light, I felt the power of God passing through my body. Suddenly my garments were changed and I acquired a garment that was whiter than snow. And I noticed that I was wearing sandals on my feet that were golden. From my forehead was flowing a glowing light that went down throughout all my body like rain until it reaches the soles of my feet. At that moment, I acquired the ability to fly in that very moment the same ray of light entered in my eyes. As a result I was given the gift of the eye of an eagle. I could fly wherever I wanted to fly. The Bible says that they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings of eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31) I thought I was two meters away, but I noticed that I was already above the clouds. I noticed on my left my son and my wife. I know some of my people were there, but most did not make it. There were people from all parts of the Earth. I was seeing people of various races, languages, colors, and cultures. So I looked down to Portugal again, I saw a church that was in total despair because the shepherd could not be caught in the rapture. He could not fly. I also saw people who never had entered an evangelical church but were rising too and I did not understand. The Angel of the Lord approached me and said, “Remember, the mysteries and the plans of God are not to be understood, but they are to be accepted because He is the Master. The world has given itself to religions. According to your choices, you will receive your reward.” At that moment I saw radiant and resplendent angels of Heaven. They were standing around the opening above the Earth's atmosphere, and they were sounding the trumpets. As a result, a light descended from Heaven and from within the light was a rider and knight who appeared in the light. He was riding a white horse and He was in His golden armor. I saw that it was written on His thigh, “King of kings and Lord of lords.” Then He raised His sword and said, “Everything is finished on the Earth. I'm the Morning Star.” At that moment I saw Michael, the Prince of the Lord’s Armies on the Earth who spoke in an unknown language that I never heard on Earth, but everyone understood his voice. In that tower, all the hills of the Earth fell and there was a great earthquake. I was facing the light of the Lord and my eyes ached. When he spoke, his explosive and thunderous voice was powerful in the ears of all saints who were floating there above the Earth. It was also possible to hear people shouting down on the Earth. They could not bear to look at the light that was the Son of God Himself, whose explosive voice was also heard on the face of the Earth. The wicked could not bear to hear the powerful voice that was so strong. Then I saw behind the Lord objects in queer shapes that looked like spaceships but were not made from a material of the Earth or known to man. The carriages were made of pure power. The celestial chariots of light were made of flames of fire that were adorned with sheer glory and light. They were thousands of thousands of them. Then the supernatural force of the Lord settled a million saints into the carriages of the Celestial chariots of light and fire. Once the angels sealed the doors of the chariots of fire, we started our trip to the eternal kingdom of Heaven. I remember that I saw the sun stopped shining, the moon turned red as blood. We then traveled in a blink of an eye at an incredible speed that it is impossible to describe. Suddenly, we surged into a place similar to a planet that seems 10 times or perhaps 20 times the mass of the Earth. We were beholding a world of glorious light before us. I saw that there was no sun and no moon. There existed no night and no stars shone in the light of day. It was incredible and extraordinary. So we all stood before a huge gate of pearl. The pearly gate there was an immense garden with green grass and many fruits. Then a radiant Angel approached and said, “Enter into the joy of Your Master.” And everyone started going through this gate. I saw everyone entering the gate of the city. When it got to my turn something surprising happened. When passing through the gate, I felt like I was floating and I noticed that my body was transformed. The body that was perishable is raised imperishable. It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power. It is sown in a natural body but it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body there is also a spiritual body. I no longer had the body of flesh. I no longer had a carnal skin since my skin became transparent light as a spirit of diamond color. I looked at my hands and I saw that I could see through them. I realized that red blood was no longer flowing in my veins. Instead, there was light and lightning raging strong in my system. There was electricity in this immortal body. The light that was flowing in my glorified body was golden as if it was fire. I realized that we were the same as Jesus Christ Himself. The Bible said, we will be like him. 1John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be. But we know that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. One difference is that His brilliance and radiance was stronger. The wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever. (Daniel 12:3) I looked at all the saints that were there. I realized that I knew the name of each one of them. Moreover, I saw that it was no longer possible to see their faces because of the brightness that they had. But I knew who was who. We were entering this celestial garden, then we saw before us in the middle of the garden, a huge and infinite table that went forever. I saw golden chairs aligned to this unending table, then a banquet appeared on the same table. The taste of the smell of that food is impossible to describe. There is nothing like that on the Earth smelling so tasty. And everybody took a seat in order to be served the meal. We all sat and dined. Nobody was left standing and no one was left without seat and food. Blessed are those who are invited to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. I noticed that Jesus was not in one location, but He was everywhere at the same time. I have seen Him in three places at the same time. There was a lot of joy and a lot of party and fun. This festivity and banquet did not stop. It was a seven years party. Many will come from east and west and recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of Heaven. I noticed that during this seven years period, the Christians were continually eating and drinking. No one became fat yet the saints were eating and enjoying continually. Many of the things that I saw during the seven years of banquet were beyond men’s imagination. I saw glittering and radiant precious stones that do not exist on the Earth. I saw living and vibrant colors that were beyond understanding. While the banquet continued for seven years, we did not realize the time elapsing on Earth. Actually our memories of the Earth were removed. They had been taken away by God. The Mighty Lord was sitting on the Throne and that was the source of light that illuminated everything. He was the Light lighting the whole celestial kingdom. So after seven years of the banquet of the Lamb, the angel of the North, of the South, of the East and of the West stood before God's Throne. They showed themselves before the Almighty Who reigns forever, who is the Light of all the existence, the Master of all that exists. He is the Lord that the saints have not yet contemplated nor the face of the Creator that had been worshiped by the saints yet. Than the angels blew the trumpets in a loud voice before the Mighty One who reigns eternally, the One who is the light of all existence, the Master of everything that exists. As a result, in all the Heaven the saints, the cherubim and angels all prostrated themselves before the Creator and they pressed their faces to the ground and worshiped Him. Then the Throne of God moved closer to the people, then He spoke in a huge voice, “Now all things are subjected to My Son.” Everybody worshiped Him, the saints of Heaven and the angels said, “Holy, Holy, Holy, the whole universe is full of Your glory.” Then I saw emerging from behind the throne, a huge city that was being created by God Himself. It descended from God toward the saints and the angels of the Lord. I do not know how to describe its full size or width. But there never was and never there will be a city like that. It was made of gold. There was a river of crystal glass and streets of gold. The houses were made of precious stones. Its walls impenetrable as they were very high. The Angel of the Lord came down and led us to the gate of a city. We entered into the holy city that the Lord Almighty prepared for us. The angels led us to the city and I flew over it. When everyone was there in the holy city, admiring I saw the throne of God descending in the middle of the city. He left the transparent dome like glass that sealed the whole city through the walls and filled all its extension and its space. At that moment, the order was given by the Lord to descend to the Earth. We were inside the holy city that was descending. We were heading back to Earth. I saw the holy city, the New Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man, and He will live with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. (Revelation 21:3)” And when we got to the solar system, I looked up and I saw that the sun did not really shine, the stars disappeared. The sea no longer existed and there was no water anywhere. The ground was empty, but there was still a man who was lying on the Earth. The holy city and the glory of God began to enter the Earth. I was amazed to see the brightness of the city of glory. The man who was lying in the middle, he lifted up his head and stood and shook his body and his arms. At that moment the ashes that were around him fell and he turned into a cherubim of immense wings. Then the holy city landed on the Earth right in the center of the ancient Jerusalem, and the dome kept the city open. The throne of the Lord and the Lamb were over the entrance. The Lamb was sitting next to the Creator, and an immense crystal ramp came down from the Throne to touch the Earth. And then at the end of the ramp was a light. Then I saw God standing from the throne. I was on the side of the Lord's throne, I saw something spectacular. A breath came out of God and spread throughout the Earth. As a result, I saw the redemption of the Earth, the air and the sea. I saw the sea rising again. Then I saw a new Heaven and a new Earth, for the first Heaven and Earth had passed away and the sea was no more. Romans 8:18-21 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of Him who has subjected the same in hope, 21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. In a blink of an eye, God restored the Earth. I saw that the Earth and all that was in it, all the sin and Satan and his demons were destroyed together in the Lake of Fire. They disappeared forever from the whole universe and the Lord rebuilt the sky and the Earth and the land. There was a rock of grass green with trees and crystal clear waters. All animals were good. In this age, there was only one city and in the middle of the city, there was a river of crystal clear water, and the tree of life that gave 12 fruits per year. In this city in the new Earth and new Heaven I realized that I was very smart. I had superior knowledge. I knew physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, geology, astronomy. It was as if a part of me that awakened, a part of us that died in the Adamic sin was restored. I was no longer hungry and had no need to sleep. I could travel to wherever I wanted with the power of thought. I could move to any part of the Earth in the speed of thought. Then I saw Jesus sitting next to a source of water and playing with children. I approached Him. When He saw me He hugged me. I looked into His flaming eyes and told Him that I had a request to make. He looked at me in the eye and smiled. I said, “You gave me so many revelations. You granted me to see God, and so many other extraordinary things that I have experienced, but I still have a dream. I know the beautiful things that God created far from here on Earth. I read one day in Your words that all that God created would be revealed to men. I wish I can see the mystery of God that is yet to be revealed that is hidden.” Jesus was not willing to reveal more mystery. Then a breath came out of the mouth of God. As a result, I saw the reconstruction of the bodies of all those who had died without Jesus. I saw the dust of the Earth and water. I saw visceral arteries be reconstructed, bones were refitted, then blood in their veins and organs, hair and skin, and the breath of God blew inside the nostrils of the dead, and they came back to life the same way they had died with all the consciousness and conscience of their past lives as if they were awakened from a deep sleep. And I saw the dead great and small, standing before the Throne. And there were open books and one of them was the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their deeds as recorded in the books. I saw a being of light among the crowd of the dead. It was Satan and his demons who were to be judged before the Throne of God and angels. I saw angels with huge books, and I heard a voice coming from the Throne of God and that voice called the first person. The man was in a suit and carried something in his hands that looked like a Bible and he stepped to the Lord’s Throne and adored Him. When he raised his head, I saw terror in him. God had not yet said anything, but the sins of that man began to torment him right there in front of the Creator. Then I saw Satan looking at him. The man started to scream, “Lord, I am the pastor, I did Your will. I won souls for Your kingdom. I built temples for Your name and made sacrifices. I walked all my life according to Your word, but I am here being judged by You, instead of being rewarded with Your heavenly joy and glory.” Then I saw God give a sign to the angel. Then the angel brought a huge book and touched the book. The book opened and the angel said, “Here is your story where your most hidden secrets are written.” The man was filled with fear and despair. The angel said to this pastor, “What you just said is true. However, later in your walk with God, your heart changed. It was corrupted for money. You introduced doctrines in the church that were not within the Word of God because you lived many lives. You are stealing the tithes and offerings of the house of the Lord for your own benefit for greed. Money that can be spent on God’s house, you spent it on your carnal desire. You ended up in fornication and drinking. Your wife inside the house waited for forgiveness and reconciliation but you never asked her. Today the Creator has tried you according to your works.” Then I saw on the side, a river of fire that seemed like volcanic lava. It stretched across the land. The angel of the Lord took the man and cast him to the abyss of the river of fire and he was consumed. Afterward, the voice that came out of the Throne of God called another man, and I saw someone coming out from within the crowd on the ramp. And when arriving before God, he prostrated. Another angel was called. The angel stepped forward and the book was opened. In that book was written the whole history of that young man who began to speak desperately with tears in the eyes almost without a voice. He said, “Sir, I acknowledge that You are God. I've lived my whole life believing in You. I attended church service every week to worship. I always prayed in the church. I was evangelizing. I did what Your words told me. But why am I being judged by You? Why am I not in the holy city and Your heavenly joy?” Then God gave a signal to the angel who started reading the book and he said, “You often worshiped God who blesses you. You read the Scriptures daily, but your heart was in the world but not the Scriptures. You were praying to God but you did not regret your sins. You performed your services in Church but you did not win souls for God. You despised your own family. You did not love your family and your children because your friends were more important. One of them is the love of money. It is written love one another as the Lord loves you. You forgot about the true essence of God that is love. So you are being tried in the court of divine justice with truth and wisdom.” At that moment fire came down from Heaven and consumed the young man right there and he was thrown into the fire. Then I saw a young man of about 17 to 18 years old who came to the ramp. He was well dressed and came forward and prostrated. Then he raised his head and beheld the glory of God. At that moment he was filled with fear and started crying desperately. So once again, God called another angel who came with a book in his hand and which was written the life of that boy who said nothing. But I saw the terror in his eyes. He was terrified. The angel started to read a book and said, “You were blessed since you were born and you were raised in a rich family where you lacked nothing. You always had available drink and food. You had all the wealth of the Earth. You had an issue of loving your neighbor. Your parents prepared everything they had for you. But when your parents heard about the death of the Creator, they accepted Him in their hearts, hoping that you will join them, but you rebelled against them. You hardened your heart when the Lord was calling you. Is it not true that you preferred drugs? Alcohol and prostitution dominated you. You preferred that lifestyle over the Lord and the love of God. Your parents who were obedient though they had everything loved you and had affection for you. Later in your life a believer offered you an invitation to accept Jesus Christ in your life. However you thought nothing else matters, except to have fun, partying with friends. You did not care about your family and God. One day a last chance of salvation came in your life. On that day the Lord Jesus Christ made you the last invitation through your own parents. But you said, “I do not need this Jesus Christ. I do not need this God of yours.” Despite the fact that time after time you fell victim of your own drug poison, Jesus Christ brought you back to life, the same Jesus that you refused and denied. Now you are being tried in God’s tribunal where there is no forgiveness to those who rejected His name.” At that moment. I saw God standing up and He looked at the young man and ordered his punishment And the angels took him and cast him in the lake of eternal fire to be tormented for all his sins. The multitudes who were there before God knelt and adored Him. It was hard for me to see all this judgment especially of seeing all those people who had the chance and opportunity of God's love. The multitude of people that were before God were all judged according to their works. I do not know how long that trial lasted. Later on, we traveled towards my city and landed at the same place on top of the hill. I saw the whole city from above and stayed confused at that moment. I did not understand what was happening. Then he touched my forehead and my memories came back. My head remembered everything I had seen and felt. I wanted to go back. I wanted to stay there with Him in that wonderful place forever. I wanted to be with my Lord forever. Jesus said, “I chose you to be a witness of all these things I've shown you.” But I wanted to go back anyway. I wanted to stay there with Jesus.
  • History is more than memorizing dates and names.
    History tells a story.
    America has a unique story.
    It's not one of perfection. Nor one that is error-free. The American story filled with both good and not-so-good chapters, moments which brings both pride and shame.
    Some focus solely on the good. Others solely on the bad. However, focusing on one extreme or the other doesn't tell the whole narrative.
    But American history is still our story. It defines us and gives our culture meaning.
    I have walked through the town of Yorktown. I experienced Monticello as well as Jefferson's slave quarters.
    I have stood at both headwaters of the Missouri River as well as its mouth into the Mississippi over 2000 miles later, marking the rough boundaries of the Louisiana Purchase that was marked by Lewis and Clark.
    I have experienced the battlefields of Gettysburg and Vicksburg which marked the turning points of the Civil War, and Appomattix where Robert E. Lee surrendered to Ulysses S. Grant.
    I stood atop the hill upon which General Custer paid the final consequences for his careless judgments as well upon the field along the Wounded Knee Creek.
    I have visited beaches of Utah and bloody Omaha, as well as walked among the bomb craters and bunker remains atop Pont du Hoc in Normandy, France.
    They tell the stories of grave errors often found in a broken humanity, but also of divine miracles and grace as this nation stumbled its way through history like a lanky adolescent which formed and defined our unique culture that has been recently rediscovered and celebrated by European and Asian World Cup soccer fans.
    This is the American story.
    A story based on the idea that our basic rights come from our Creator, not from government. These rights are absolute, and they cannot be taken away.
    It is an experiment that started 250 years ago today and endured hardships and countless close calls that could have changed the course of human history.
    But we have persevered.
    My prayer is we don't give up on this great experiment. America, I pray, has much more to show the world in the centuries to come.
    Happy 250th birthday, USA!
  • The Present Truth # 6
    Prophecy of World Events.
    The Great World Empires.
    What the future holds has always been a matter of deep interest to world leaders and their subjects. Proud monarchs cherished the ambition to expand their kingdom to the uttermost ends of the world and to establish security for their kingdoms forever. To this end they devoted all their energies by heavily fortifying cities and raising huge armies. When, to all human probability, it appeared that they had attained their goal, their kingdom was often overthrown and followed by another. What does the future hold? Does the rise and fall of great world empires happen by chance or do they all form part of a great plan? If so, what will the outcome be? God’s foreseeing eye reveals the future; history establishes the certainty of it.
    A World Ruler Troubled
    Nebuchadnezzar, the great and ambitious king of ancient Babylon longed to know what would come to pass in the future. One night he had a remarkable dream. His mind was deeply impressed, but when he awoke he found it impossible to recall the dream. His wise men, the magicians, astrologers and soothsayers were unable to tell the king what he had dreamed, and because they claimed to have supernatural power, the king was angered at their inability to tell the dream, and ordered them to be executed.
    Among the wise men at the court of Babylon was a young man named Daniel, and his friends, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah. These four young men had been chosen from the Jewish exiles, to be educated at the king’s court. When he heard of the death decree and the reason for it, Daniel begged the king for an extension of time, so that he and his friends could pray to God to reveal to him the dream and the interpretation of it.
    This request was granted and the four young men, with strong faith in God’s ability to answer them, prayed together. “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” James 5:16. It is not surprising that the answer came immediately. Read Daniel 2:1-30.
    The Dream Revealed
    Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar the dream he could not recall: “Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible. This image’s head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass, his legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay. Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.” Daniel 2:31-35.
    The king had been listening with close attention to every particular and knew that it was the very dream which had so troubled him. His mind was thus prepared to favorably receive the interpretation.
    Daniel declared: “. . . there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. . . . This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king.” Daniel 2:28, 36.
    The Dream Interpreted
    1. The Head of Gold
    Daniel proceeded with the interpretation: “Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory. And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.” Daniel 2:37, 38.
    Babylon was the golden kingdom of a golden age. The city of Babylon was referred to as “the golden city,” Isaiah 14:4. It towered to a height of splendor never reached by any of its later rivals. This beautiful city was sixty miles in circumference, with solid gates of brass, its walls were approximately 120 meters high and 30 meters thick. Its magnificently terraced hanging gardens, its temples and palaces were called “The glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency.” Never before or since, has the earth seen a city like it, or has there been an equal. The images’ head of gold was a fit representation of the earth’s greatest city, Babylon. “No capital in the world has been the centre of so much power, wealth, and culture for a period so vast.” (History of Babylonia and Assyria, Volume 1, page 397).
    After the death of Nebuchadnezzar, its greatest Monarch, Babylonia declined and eventually passed away under weaker rulers. During the reign of king Belshazzar, Nebuchadnezzar’s grandson, Cyrus the Persian, invaded Babylon. Belshazzar gave a feast and the whole city joined in the drunken revelry. While the party was in progress, Cyrus temporarily diverted the water of the river Euphrates which flowed through the city, and marched with his soldiers along the river bed, under the river gates and onto the drunken city and took the Babylonians by surprise in 538 B.C. This feast of Belshazzar is described in the fifth chapter of Daniel; and the scene closes with the simple record, “In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain, and Darius the Median took the kingdom.”
    2. The Breast and Arms of Silver
    “And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee . . . ” Daniel 2:39.
    The Medes and Persians succeeded Babylon. But in what way was Medo-Persia inferior to the preceding kingdom? Not in power, for it was Babylon’s conqueror. Not in territory, for it was the most extensive empire that ever existed. It was inferior in wealth and magnificence.
    Under the rulership of king Cyrus, the seventy years of the Jewish exile came to a close and they were permitted to return to Jerusalem and to build their temple.
    Two hundred years later Greece was rising to prominence, emerging as the next world empire.
    3. The Belly and Thighs of Brass
    “. . . and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth.” Daniel 2:39.
    With unparalleled speed, Alexander the Great, ruler of Greece, led his armies in conquest. At the Battle of Arbela in 331 B.C., Darius III, King of Persia, was completely vanquished. Alexander was given to excessive drinking and lowest passions. Having conquered the world, his time was wasted in intemperate revelry. This proved his downfall and at the early age of thirty-two he died in a drunken orgy in the year 323 B.C. Because of ambitious leaders, his kingdom was soon divided under four of his generals. The kingdom’s greatness was short-lived, and the divisions fulfilled other prophetic expectations.
    Rome conquered the Syrian division of the Greek Empire in 190 B.C., the Macedonian division in 168 B.C., and Egypt surrendered to Rome in the same year.
    4. The Legs of Iron
    The iron kingdom of Rome is the fourth empire that ruled the world. Gibbon wrote: “The arms of the Republic, sometimes vanquished in battle, always victorious in war, advanced with rapid steps to the Euphrates, the Danube, the Rhine, and the ocean; and the images of gold, silver, or brass, that might serve to represent the nations or their kings, were successively broken by the iron monarchy of Rome.” (Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, chapter 38, paragraph one, “General Observations.”)
    In the time of Christ, the Roman Empire included all of Southern Europe, France, England, the greater part of Holland, Switzerland, the Southern part of Germany, Hungary, Turkey, and Greece as well as extensive possessions in Africa and Asia.
    “And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed.” Luke 2:1.
    The first taxing of the world, enforced by the decrees of Rome, shows the expanse of this Roman Empire.
    How could this mighty and stable empire disappear from the earth? It seemed well nigh impossible from human observation. But a further scene from the prophetic vision was to take place.
    5. Feet of Iron and Clay
    “And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.” Daniel 2:41, 42.
    Unlike the previous empires, Rome was not overthrown in battle by a successive nation. Rome weakened internally as the people lived in luxury and experienced the degeneracy of self-content and intemperance. The territory which made up the official Roman kingdom lay west of Greece, which was represented by the legs of iron. By fragmentation, this territory was divided into ten independent kingdoms, represented by the ten toes of the image. Some retained the strength of the original iron kingdom, and some were weak, as symbolized by the clay.
    This division took place between the years A.D. 351 and A.D. 476. The ten tribes were: the Lombards, Franks, Ostrogoths, Visigoths, Burgundians, Suevi, Heruli, Vandals, Alemanni and Saxons. Later prophecies, given in chapters eight and nine of Daniel revealed that three of these kingdoms were to be uprooted (destroyed) by another power. This has proved true, but the remaining nations are still traceable in the nations of Europe today as Italy, France, England, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Germany.
    Although the prophecy shows Christ’s coming as the next event, other prophecies indicate intervening developments. These will be discussed in future lessons.
    “And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.” Daniel 2:43.
    For centuries the nations of Europe have endeavored to be united again under a central government. Neither by force, nor by diplomacy have men and women succeeded in foraging the iron and clay together. Wars have been fought but to no avail. Marriages formed to unite the nations under one ruler. All monarchies of Europe are related to each other through intermarriage, but the division still stands, as the word of God foretold. The prophecy says, “they shall not cleave one to another.”
    Charlemagne tried to bring Europe under one kingdom, so did Charles V, Louis XIV, Napoleon, Wilhelm, Hitler, and the European Common Market. Although they have appeared to succeed for a time, there has been and will not be a permanent cohesion.
    What Is the Next Event?
    1. The Stone Cut Out Without Hands
    “And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.” Daniel 2:44, 45.
    Here is the climax of this great prophecy. The final act in the drama of the world empires is the establishment of the kingdom of God. This is certain! Just as the previous symbols were all exactly fulfilled in the course of history, so we know that this final part will also come to pass. Daniel said: “The dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.” We are instructed to study the historic fulfillment of Bible prophecy and to be assured of their truth: “Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.” Isaiah 34:16.
    It is in the days of the last kingdoms of iron and clay, that the kingdom of Christ will come. Christ will return, not as the Lamb of God, but as King of kings, as a mighty conqueror. His kingdom does not depend on human support, it is the kingdom of Heaven, a stone cut out without hands. His kingdom, unlike the human kingdoms, is everlasting and shall stand forever.
    Jesus will soon return, but before He does He seeks first to establish His kingdom in the hearts of men. Dear friend, will you allow the Prince of Peace to rule your heart now, so that when He comes you may inherit the Kingdom of Heaven?
    The Present Truth # 6 Prophecy of World Events. The Great World Empires. What the future holds has always been a matter of deep interest to world leaders and their subjects. Proud monarchs cherished the ambition to expand their kingdom to the uttermost ends of the world and to establish security for their kingdoms forever. To this end they devoted all their energies by heavily fortifying cities and raising huge armies. When, to all human probability, it appeared that they had attained their goal, their kingdom was often overthrown and followed by another. What does the future hold? Does the rise and fall of great world empires happen by chance or do they all form part of a great plan? If so, what will the outcome be? God’s foreseeing eye reveals the future; history establishes the certainty of it. A World Ruler Troubled Nebuchadnezzar, the great and ambitious king of ancient Babylon longed to know what would come to pass in the future. One night he had a remarkable dream. His mind was deeply impressed, but when he awoke he found it impossible to recall the dream. His wise men, the magicians, astrologers and soothsayers were unable to tell the king what he had dreamed, and because they claimed to have supernatural power, the king was angered at their inability to tell the dream, and ordered them to be executed. Among the wise men at the court of Babylon was a young man named Daniel, and his friends, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah. These four young men had been chosen from the Jewish exiles, to be educated at the king’s court. When he heard of the death decree and the reason for it, Daniel begged the king for an extension of time, so that he and his friends could pray to God to reveal to him the dream and the interpretation of it. This request was granted and the four young men, with strong faith in God’s ability to answer them, prayed together. “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” James 5:16. It is not surprising that the answer came immediately. Read Daniel 2:1-30. The Dream Revealed Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar the dream he could not recall: “Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible. This image’s head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass, his legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay. Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.” Daniel 2:31-35. The king had been listening with close attention to every particular and knew that it was the very dream which had so troubled him. His mind was thus prepared to favorably receive the interpretation. Daniel declared: “. . . there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. . . . This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king.” Daniel 2:28, 36. The Dream Interpreted 1. The Head of Gold Daniel proceeded with the interpretation: “Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory. And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.” Daniel 2:37, 38. Babylon was the golden kingdom of a golden age. The city of Babylon was referred to as “the golden city,” Isaiah 14:4. It towered to a height of splendor never reached by any of its later rivals. This beautiful city was sixty miles in circumference, with solid gates of brass, its walls were approximately 120 meters high and 30 meters thick. Its magnificently terraced hanging gardens, its temples and palaces were called “The glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency.” Never before or since, has the earth seen a city like it, or has there been an equal. The images’ head of gold was a fit representation of the earth’s greatest city, Babylon. “No capital in the world has been the centre of so much power, wealth, and culture for a period so vast.” (History of Babylonia and Assyria, Volume 1, page 397). After the death of Nebuchadnezzar, its greatest Monarch, Babylonia declined and eventually passed away under weaker rulers. During the reign of king Belshazzar, Nebuchadnezzar’s grandson, Cyrus the Persian, invaded Babylon. Belshazzar gave a feast and the whole city joined in the drunken revelry. While the party was in progress, Cyrus temporarily diverted the water of the river Euphrates which flowed through the city, and marched with his soldiers along the river bed, under the river gates and onto the drunken city and took the Babylonians by surprise in 538 B.C. This feast of Belshazzar is described in the fifth chapter of Daniel; and the scene closes with the simple record, “In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain, and Darius the Median took the kingdom.” 2. The Breast and Arms of Silver “And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee . . . ” Daniel 2:39. The Medes and Persians succeeded Babylon.
