    THE GREAT COMMISSION:
GO, MAKE DISCIPLES, AND POINT PEOPLE TO JESUS

“Go and make disciples of all the nations…” — Matthew 28:19

What does it mean to be a follower of Jesus?

It means more than simply believing that Jesus exists.

    It means following Him.

    Learning from Him.

    Obeying Him.

    Loving what He loves.

    Turning away from sin.

    Growing in His Word.

And helping others discover the same hope we have found in Him.

This is at the heart of what Jesus commanded His followers after His resurrection: the Great Commission.

    JESUS GAVE US A MISSION

After Jesus rose from the dead, He gathered His disciples and gave them a clear command:

“I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations…”
    — Matthew 28:18–19 NLT

    Notice where Jesus begins:

“All authority has been given to Me.”

The Great Commission isn’t ultimately about our authority, our platform, our ministry, or our ability.

It’s about the authority of Jesus.

We don’t go because we are impressive.

We don’t preach because we have everything figured out.

We don’t make disciples because we are perfect.

We go because Jesus commanded us.

And He is the One who has all authority.

    GO

    Jesus said:

    “Therefore, go…”

Going can mean crossing an ocean to reach another nation.

But it can also mean walking across the street.

It can mean speaking to a coworker.

    Encouraging a hurting friend.

    Sharing your testimony.

    Praying with someone.

    Serving someone who is struggling.

Opening the Bible with someone who wants to know God.

The mission field isn’t limited to a church building or a foreign country.

Wherever Jesus has placed you, you have opportunities to represent Him.

You don’t have to wait until you have a large platform.

You don’t need thousands of followers.

You don’t need a ministry title.

You simply need to be willing to say:

    “Jesus, send me.”

    SHARE THE GOSPEL

The Great Commission includes proclaiming the good news.

Humanity is separated from God by sin.

But God loved us so much that He sent His Son.

Jesus lived without sin, died for our sins, was buried, and rose again.

Through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, we can receive forgiveness and reconciliation with God.

That is not merely positive encouragement.

    That is the Gospel.

And the Gospel is too important to keep to ourselves.

    Paul wrote:

“For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes…”
    — Romans 1:16 NLT

We share the Gospel because people need Jesus.

    Not because we want attention.

    Not because we want arguments.

Not because we want to win internet debates.

    Because Jesus saves.

    BAPTIZE

    Jesus continued:

“Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.”
    — Matthew 28:19 NLT

Baptism doesn’t replace faith in Christ or become a work by which we earn salvation.

Instead, baptism is an important act of obedience and a public identification with Jesus.

A disciple doesn’t merely hear Jesus’ words.

    A disciple responds to Jesus.

    TEACH

Then Jesus gave another part of the command:

“Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.”
    — Matthew 28:20 NLT

This is where discipleship goes deeper.

    Evangelism isn’t the finish line.

Someone may hear the Gospel today and begin following Jesus—but they still need to grow.

    They need Scripture.

    They need prayer.

    They need Christian community.

    They need encouragement.

    They need correction.

They need to learn what it means to surrender their lives to Christ.

They need to learn how to recognize false teaching and test everything against God’s Word.

They need to learn how to forgive.

    How to love.

    How to serve.

    How to resist temptation.

How to walk by the Spirit.

How to persevere when following Jesus becomes difficult.

We don’t make disciples by teaching people to follow us.

We make disciples by teaching them to follow Jesus.

    DISCIPLESHIP MEANS OBEDIENCE

Jesus didn’t say merely to teach people everything He commanded.

He said to teach them “to obey” those commands.

    That’s important.

Biblical discipleship isn’t simply collecting Bible knowledge.

We can know Scripture and still refuse to obey it.

    Jesus said:

“If you love me, obey my commandments.”
    — John 14:15 NLT

    Following Jesus involves surrender.

    It involves repentance.

    It involves obedience.

It involves allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out.

None of this means Christians become perfect overnight.

Being born again doesn’t mean we suddenly become flawless. It means God begins changing our direction.

    We stumble.

    We repent.

    We get back up.

    We grow.

    We keep following Jesus.

    TRUTH AND LOVE BELONG TOGETHER

When we share Jesus with others, we should never forget that biblical truth and biblical love aren’t enemies.

Jesus was full of grace and truth.

We should speak the truth in love.

That means we don’t intentionally attack people.

    We don’t shame people.

We don’t treat sinners as though they are beyond God’s grace.

But biblical love also doesn’t require us to hide what Scripture says about sin, repentance, judgment, forgiveness, and salvation.

Real love points people toward Jesus.

    Sometimes that means comfort.

    Sometimes it means encouragement.

    Sometimes it means warning.

Sometimes it means calling someone to repentance.

And sometimes it simply means sitting beside someone who is hurting and reminding them:

    Jesus has not forgotten you.

WE ARE SENT TO MAKE DISCIPLES

The Great Commission isn’t reserved for pastors, missionaries, evangelists, or people standing behind pulpits.

Every believer has a role in the mission of making disciples.

    Your testimony matters.

    Your prayers matter.

    Your conversations matter.

    Your acts of service matter.

Your willingness to open God’s Word with someone matters.

You may never know how God uses one conversation.

    One prayer.

    One Scripture.

    One invitation to church.

    One act of kindness.

    One testimony.

One moment when you simply refused to be ashamed of Jesus.

    Paul wrote:

“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but it was God who made it grow.”
    — 1 Corinthians 3:6 NLT

    That’s freeing.

We aren’t responsible for changing someone’s heart.

    God does that.

    Our responsibility is faithfulness.

    We plant.

    We water.

    We proclaim.

    We serve.

    We teach.

    We pray.

And we trust God with the results.

FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NATIONS

Jesus told His disciples to make disciples “of all the nations.”

The mission is bigger than us.

    Bigger than our churches.

    Bigger than our denominations.

Bigger than our social media pages.

    Bigger than our personal stories.

    The mission belongs to Jesus.

And His Gospel is for every nation, every people, every language, every neighborhood, every generation.

    That’s why Grace Sent exists:

Not to point people to ourselves.
Not to build a name for ourselves.
But to point people to Jesus.

PRAY. GO. SHARE. SERVE. TEACH. SEND.

The Great Commission can become more than something we read.

It can become the way we live.

PRAY — Ask God to send workers into the harvest.

GO — Be willing to step outside your comfort zone.

SHARE — Proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

SERVE — Show Christ’s love through action.

TEACH — Help believers grow in God’s Word.

SEND — Equip and encourage others to carry the Gospel forward.

And through every step, remember the promise Jesus gave:

“And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
    — Matthew 28:20 NLT

    We don’t go alone.

    Jesus is with us.

    WILL YOU GO?

Maybe you’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to serve God.

Maybe you’ve thought you need more knowledge.

    More confidence.

    More followers.

    More resources.

    More experience.

But perhaps what Jesus is asking from you isn’t perfection.

    It’s willingness.

    Say yes to Jesus.

    Open your Bible.

    Pray.

    Learn.

    Obey.

    Share your testimony.

    Serve someone.

Tell someone about the hope you have in Christ.

And when God opens a door, walk through it.

Because the Great Commission isn’t simply a command to read.

    It’s a mission to live.

    GRACE SENT

    Saved by Grace.
    Reborn in Christ.
Sent to Point People to Jesus.

    We aren’t the Savior.

    Jesus is.

    We aren’t the light.

Jesus is the Light of the World.

    We aren’t the answer.

    Jesus is the answer.

    So let’s go.

    Let’s make disciples.

    Let’s proclaim the Gospel.

    Let’s teach God’s Word.

    Let’s serve others.

Let’s love people enough to tell them the truth.

    And above all—

let everything we do point back to Jesus.

Go. Make disciples. Teach them to obey. And trust Jesus with the harvest.

Grace Sent — Not pointing to self. Pointing to Jesus.

  • SPIRITUAL AGE IS NOT THE SAME AS SPIRITUAL MATURITY

Going On to Spiritual Maturity | Part 2
    Scripture Focus: Hebrews 5:12–14

“For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God.”
    Hebrews 5:12, NKJV

Yesterday, in Part 1, we looked at the warning of Hebrews 5:11: “You have become dull of hearing.”

Today, the writer takes us one step deeper. He shows us what happens when our spiritual hearing dulls.

    Growth stops.

And here we discover an important truth:

Spiritual age is not the same thing as spiritual maturity.

A person can have been saved for many years and still remain spiritually immature. Time gives us opportunities to mature, but it does not produce maturity.

    Hebrews makes this very clear.

“BY THIS TIME YOU OUGHT TO BE TEACHERS”

    Those words are important:

    “By this time...”

    The writer expected progress.

These believers had been exposed to the truth long enough that they should have been able to help teach others. Instead, they needed someone to teach them the foundational truths again.

This does not mean every Christian must stand behind a pulpit.

Teaching can happen around a kitchen table. It can happen between a father and his children, between two friends, in a Bible study, or when one believer helps another understand God's Word.

    The principle is spiritual reproduction.

What God has taught us should eventually become something we are capable of passing on to somebody else.

    Paul told Timothy:

“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
    2 Timothy 2:2

    Look at the progression:

Paul → Timothy → faithful men → others.

    That is discipleship.

Mature believers do not merely consume truth. Eventually, they become capable of sharing truth, demonstrating truth, and helping others grow in truth.

MILK IS GOOD, BUT WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO LIVE ON IT FOREVER

    Hebrews continues:

“And you have come to need milk and not solid food.”
    Hebrews 5:12, NKJV

There is nothing wrong with milk.

    Peter actually tells newborn believers:

“As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby.”
    1 Peter 2:2

Milk is necessary at the beginning.

The problem is not drinking milk.

The problem is never progressing beyond it.

Think about physical development. We celebrate when a baby drinks milk. But if twenty years later that person can still digest nothing but milk, we know something has gone wrong.

    The same principle applies spiritually.

There are foundational truths every Christian must understand. Salvation by grace. Repentance. Faith toward God. Baptism. Resurrection. Eternal judgment. Our identity in Christ.

    These foundations are essential.

But a foundation is meant to have something built upon it.

That is exactly where Hebrews is taking us.

    MATURITY REQUIRES PRACTICE

Hebrews 5:14 gives us one of the clearest descriptions of spiritual maturity in the New Testament:

“But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”

Notice what maturity is connected to.

    Not simply knowledge.

    Not simply time.

    Not simply church attendance.

    It is connected to:

    “By reason of use.”

The Greek word behind “exercised” is gymnazō. It carries the idea of training or exercising through disciplined practice. It is where we get our English word gymnasium.

That gives us a powerful picture.

    Spiritual discernment must be trained.

    We hear the Word.

    We receive the Word.

    We obey the Word.

    We practice the Word.

And through repeated use, our spiritual senses become increasingly trained to recognize what agrees with God's truth and what does not.

    That connects directly with James:

“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”
    James 1:22

    Yesterday we talked about hearing.

Today we see what hearing is supposed to produce.

    Practice.

    And practice produces maturity.

    INFORMATION IS NOT TRANSFORMATION

This is where we need to examine ourselves carefully.

It is possible to know Bible verses and remain immature.

It is possible to listen to sermons for decades and remain immature.

It is possible to understand doctrine intellectually while never allowing that doctrine to govern our attitudes, relationships, decisions, words, and conduct.

    Paul told the Corinthians:

“I... could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ.”
    1 Corinthians 3:1

They possessed spiritual gifts. They had knowledge. Yet Paul still described them as babes.

    Why?

Their lives were still marked by envy, strife, and division.

    That tells us something important.

Spiritual maturity is not measured merely by what we know. It is revealed by what the truth has produced in us.

Are we becoming more like Christ?

    Are we walking in love?

    Are we learning obedience?

    Are we becoming faithful?

    Can we receive correction?

Can we distinguish good from evil?

Can we stand firmly when culture contradicts Scripture?

Can we help another believer grow?

    These are marks of maturity.

    GOD IS CALLING US FORWARD

This teaching is not meant to condemn believers who are still growing.

    We are all growing.

    Paul himself said:

“Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on...”
    Philippians 3:12

The issue is not whether we have arrived.

    The question is:

    Are we progressing?

That is where tomorrow's teaching becomes so important.

Hebrews does not simply tell us that we should mature. It tells us what to do next:

“Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection [maturity]...”
    Hebrews 6:1

There is movement in those words.

    Let us go on.

God does not want us living forever on yesterday's revelation, yesterday's obedience, or yesterday's spiritual experience.

    There is more to learn.

    More character to develop.

    More truth to practice.

    More discernment to exercise.

    More of Christ to know.

You may have walked with God for many years, but spiritual age is not the same as spiritual maturity.

    The real question is not:

“How long have I been a Christian?”

    The better question is:

“How much has Christ formed His character, His truth, and His ways in me?”

    Scripture Trail for Deeper Study

    Hebrews 5:11–14 → 1 Peter 2:2 → 1 Corinthians 3:1–3 → James 1:22–25 → Romans 12:1–2 → Ephesians 4:11–16 → 2 Timothy 2:2 → Philippians 3:12–14 → Hebrews 6:1–3

    Prayer

Father, thank You for every truth You have taught me. But Lord, do not allow me to become satisfied merely because I have known You for many years. Help me grow. Teach me to take Your Word beyond hearing and put it into practice. Exercise my spiritual senses through Your truth. Give me discernment to recognize good and evil, humility to receive correction, and faithfulness to pass Your truth to others. Form the character of Christ in me, and by Your grace, lead me onward into spiritual maturity. In Jesus' name, Amen.

GOD IS CALLING US FORWARD This teaching is not meant to condemn believers who are still growing. We are all growing. Paul himself said: “Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on...” Philippians 3:12 The issue is not whether we have arrived. The question is: Are we progressing? That is where tomorrow's teaching becomes so important. Hebrews does not simply tell us that we should mature. It tells us what to do next: “Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection [maturity]...” Hebrews 6:1 There is movement in those words. The real question is not: “How long have I been a Christian?” The better question is: “How much has Christ formed His character, His truth, and His ways in me?” Scripture Trail for Deeper Study Hebrews 5:11–14 → 1 Peter 2:2 → 1 Corinthians 3:1–3 → James 1:22–25 → Romans 12:1–2 → Ephesians 4:11–16 → 2 Timothy 2:2 → Philippians 3:12–14 → Hebrews 6:1–3 Prayer Father, thank You for every truth You have taught me. Going On to Spiritual Maturity | Part 2 SPIRITUAL AGE IS NOT THE SAME AS SPIRITUAL MATURITY Time allows us to grow. Practicing God's Word is what moves us toward maturity.

Beloved of God, you are welcome to another powerful encounter with God. As we enter the month in which Nigeria commemorates her independence, we thank God for the journey of our nation. Independence is a gift, but maintaining and building a nation requires responsibility, discipline and obedience to lawful principles. And that will lead us to today's spiritual lesson...” Since we started our DIGITAL FAITH SERIES, We have been using the language of technology to understand timeless spiritual truths. Today however,
we are moving from the system to the password.
May God give us ears to hear, hearts to understand, and grace to obey His Word in Jesus name.

    PRAYER
Our Father and our God, in the name of Jesus, open our hearts to Your Word today. Show us anything that is hindering our walk with You. Give us grace to return, reset, and obey You completely. In Jesus' name. Amen.

    LESSON: Deuteronomy 28:1–2

    TOPIC: PASSWORD RESET REQUIRED!

    TEXT:
Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God. (Deuteronomy 28:1–2 (NKJV)).

    INTRODUCTION:
Have you ever tried to enter an account and suddenly received the message:“PASSWORD RESET REQUIRED.” You know the account belongs to you. You know there is something valuable inside. But without the right password, you cannot gain access. Spiritually, there is a powerful lesson here. God has given us His Word, His promises, His purpose and His instructions.
And one of the greatest keys God has given man is obedience. Be immensely blessed by the word.

    EXPOSITION:
[1]. THERE IS VALUE BEHIND THE ACCESS
    Let me share something personal.
There was a time when I had some cryptocurrency in an account. It was not a huge amount, but it had value to me. Unfortunately, I lost my phone. I also discovered that the password I needed had not been properly backed up. I searched where I thought I had written it, but I could not find it. I tried to recover the account, but some of the information required for recovery was no longer available. The painful lesson was simple: The value was still there, but I could no longer access it. And that made me think spiritually.

There are things God has deposited in people's lives: gifts, opportunities, assignments, relationships, purpose and promises. But sometimes the issue is not that there is no value. The issue is access.
You may carry something valuable and still fail to experience its full expression because something has gone wrong in your walk. So don't only ask, “Lord, what have You prepared for me? ”Ask also:“
Lord, am I walking according to Your instructions?”

    [2]. THE PASSWORD IS OBEDIENCE
This is where our main Scripture speaks loudly.
“If you diligently obey...”Notice the word: IF.
God did not merely say, “Listen to My voice.”
He said, obey. And then He connected obedience with the blessings that follow. Obedience is not simply hearing what God says. It is doing what God says.
We find the same principle in other Scriptures.
Jesus said in John 14:15, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.

James 1:22 tells us to be doers of the Word and not hearers only. And Samuel declared in 1 Samuel 15:22 that obedience is better than sacrifice. So what is the password? OBEDIENCE. Not religious activity without obedience. Not hearing without obedience.
    Not knowing without obedience.
Sometimes we are asking God for another blessing when God is waiting for our obedience to the last instruction He already gave us. The password has not changed. We simply stopped using it.

[3]. WHEN ACCESS IS LOST, RESET YOUR WALK
The beautiful thing about technology is that when you forget a password, you don't necessarily throw away the account. You look for a way to reset it.
Spiritually, there are moments when we need a reset. Perhaps we have disobeyed. Perhaps we have compromised. Perhaps we have allowed bitterness, pride, unforgiveness, laziness or distraction to interfere with our walk with God.

The answer is not to run away from God. Reset. Return to His Word. Repent where necessary. Restore what needs to be restored. And begin again in obedience. A password reset does not mean the account was worthless. It means access needs to be restored. Maybe somebody listening today needs a spiritual reset. You have not lost your purpose.
You have not become useless. You may simply need to return to the place of obedience.

    CONCLUSION:
RESET THE PASSWORD TO JUST OBEY!
Beloved, the message is simple. There is value in the account. There is access to be gained. And there is a password. OBEDIENCE. Don't spend your entire life admiring God's promises while ignoring God's instructions. The blessing is not something we manipulate God into giving us. It is God who blesses according to His wisdom and grace. But when God gives us an instruction, obedience is our response. Today, if your spiritual screen seems to be saying: “PASSWORD RESET REQUIRED,” don't be discouraged. Return to God. Return to His Word. Return to obedience. And let God restore your walk.
As we celebrate a nation that gained independence, may God also give us freedom from everything that keeps us from obeying Him.

    PRAYER:
Everlasting Father King of glory, we thank you for this word of truth you have spoken to us. Please, give us the grace to obey You completely. Wherever we have gone outside Your will, bring us back. Where we have become careless, awaken us. Where we have forgotten Your instructions, remind us.
Help us not only to hear Your Word but to live by it. Restore our spiritual access and guide us into Your purpose. In Jesus' powerful name. Amen.

    PROPHETIC DECLARATION / AFFIRMATION:
I receive grace to obey God.
I will not ignore His instructions.
I will not exchange obedience for excuses.
Every area of my life that needs a spiritual reset is receiving divine attention now!
I will walk in God's Word, follow His direction, and remain aligned with His purpose for my life.
My password is not compromise. My password is obedience. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

  • Daily Devotion — October 6 | Romans 7:12 (NKJV)

God's Word Reveals What Needs to Change

Romans 7 makes an important distinction between God's law and the sin within humanity. Paul explains that the problem is not God's commandments. God's law is holy, just, and good. The law reveals God's righteous standard while also exposing how far our sinful nature falls short of that standard.

That can feel uncomfortable because nobody naturally enjoys being corrected. We generally prefer Scripture when it encourages us, comforts us, confirms something we already believe, or promises God's help. But the Bible also confronts us. It exposes pride, lust, bitterness, greed, dishonesty, unforgiveness, selfishness, hypocrisy, and attitudes we might otherwise justify.

Romans 7:12 teaches us not to blame God's standard when His Word exposes something we do not want to change. Sometimes our response to biblical correction is to search for reasons the command should not apply to our situation. We may say times have changed, our circumstances are different, everyone else does it, or God surely understands why our situation deserves an exception. The deeper issue may simply be that God's Word has confronted something we want to keep.

A healthy relationship with Scripture therefore requires humility. We should not read the Bible only looking for encouragement; we should also allow it to examine us. When Scripture reveals something wrong in our attitudes, relationships, habits, finances, speech, sexuality, priorities, or behavior, the proper response is not to lower God's standard but to bring our lives under His truth.

At the same time, God's commandments are not given because He wants to make life unnecessarily difficult. His standards reflect His holy and good character. When God warns us against sin, He understands its destructive consequences far better than we do. Many things that initially appear restrictive are actually protective. God's boundaries concerning honesty, sexuality, forgiveness, money, relationships, speech, and self-control are not designed to steal life from us but to lead us toward what honors Him and protects us from sin's destruction.

The law also shows us why we desperately need Jesus. Knowing God's standard does not automatically give us the power to fulfill it perfectly. The more clearly we see God's holiness, the more clearly we recognize our inability to make ourselves righteous. The law exposes the disease; Christ provides the cure.

That keeps us from two extremes. We should never dismiss God's commandments as though grace makes holiness unnecessary, but neither should we imagine that keeping commandments can save us. God's law shows us what is good, exposes what is wrong, and ultimately points us toward our need for Jesus Christ.

    Reflection Questions

    1. Is there something Scripture clearly teaches that I have been trying to explain away because obedience would be uncomfortable?
    2. When God's Word corrects me, is my first response humility or defensiveness?
    3. What area of my life might God currently be exposing because He wants to protect me from deeper consequences?

    Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You that Your Word is holy, just, and good. Give me humility to receive Scripture not only when it comforts me but also when it corrects me. Show me where I have been excusing attitudes, habits, or decisions that do not honor You. Help me understand that Your commands reflect Your goodness and are never given carelessly. When Your Word exposes my sin, lead me toward repentance and back to Jesus rather than defensiveness or condemnation. Continue shaping my life according to Your truth. In Jesus' name, Amen.

    Practical Application

    - When Scripture makes you uncomfortable, resist immediately explaining it away and ask God what He wants to change in you.
    - Identify one biblical command you already understand but have been delaying obeying.
    - Examine whether you have labeled one of God's boundaries as restrictive when it may actually be protecting you.
    - Receive biblical correction from trustworthy believers without automatically becoming defensive.
    - When God's Word exposes sin, allow that conviction to lead you toward repentance and Christ rather than hiding or making excuses.

We Learn Three Things From This Devotional

    - God's standard is not the problem; sin is. His commands are holy, righteous, and good even when they expose attitudes or behaviors we would rather justify.
    - Biblical correction is an expression of God's goodness. His boundaries are not designed to rob us of life but to expose and protect us from patterns that ultimately produce destruction.
    - God's law reveals why we need Jesus. Knowing what is right cannot make us righteous; the law exposes our sin and points us toward the Savior who alone can rescue us.

  • The Advent Truth
Jesus did not abolish the Ten Commandments when He identified the two greatest commandments. He showed us what the Ten Commandments were about all along: LOVE.

When asked, “Which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus answered:

    LOVE GOD — Matthew 22:37
LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR — Matthew 22:39

Then He said something incredibly important:

“On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” — Matthew 22:40

Notice: He didn’t say the law was replaced by these two. He said the law hangs upon them.

And the Ten Commandments illustrate this beautifully.

The first four commandments explain what loving God looks like:
    No other gods.
    No idols.
Don’t take His name in vain.
Remember His Sabbath day and keep it holy.

The last six commandments explain what loving our neighbor looks like:
    Honor your parents.
    Don’t murder.
    Don’t commit adultery.
    Don’t steal.
    Don’t bear false witness.
    Don’t covet.

Jesus wasn’t introducing some brand-new definition of love, either. He was quoting the Old Testament!

“Thou shalt love the LORD thy God…” — Deuteronomy 6:5

“Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself…” — Leviticus 19:18

So biblical love isn’t merely an emotion. God actually tells us what love looks like in practice.

    That’s why Jesus could say:

“If ye love me, keep my commandments.” — John 14:15

    And John later wrote:

“For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.” — 1 John 5:3

Love does not compete with obedience.

    Love produces obedience.

You don’t murder your neighbor because you love them.
You don’t steal from them because you love them.
You don’t worship idols because you love God.
And you don’t knowingly disregard the day God blessed and sanctified while claiming love made obedience unnecessary.

The Ten Commandments aren’t the enemy of love.

They show us how love behaves.

And as usual, it’s not my opinion, it’s the Advent Truth!

PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD

    TEXT: EPHESIANS 6:10–18

    MEMORY VERSE:
“Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” — Ephesians 6:11

The Christian life is a spiritual battle. We are not called to live carelessly, because the enemy seeks to weaken our faith, distract our hearts, and turn us away from God's purpose.

Paul therefore commands believers to put on the whole armour of God.

We need the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the preparation of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

Notice that we are told to stand. God has provided everything we need to remain firm, but we must intentionally put on His armour and walk in obedience.

Prayer is also essential. A Christian who neglects prayer becomes spiritually vulnerable. We must pray continually and depend upon the strength of the Lord.

Beloved, do not fight spiritual battles with human strength. Stand in Christ, trust His Word, remain prayerful, and put on the whole armour of God.

Your strength is not in yourself. Your strength is in the Lord.

    LESSON:

God does not leave His children helpless in spiritual battles. He gives us His armour and His strength to stand.

    QUOTE:

“You cannot win a spiritual battle by human strength; stand in the strength of the Lord.”

    TODAY'S CHALLENGE:

Before you begin your activities today, spend time in prayer and consciously surrender every battle, decision, and responsibility to God.

    🏽 PRAYER:

Lord Jesus, strengthen me with Your mighty power. Help me to put on the whole armour of God and stand firmly against every attack of the enemy. Give me truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, and a deeper love for Your Word. Teach me to pray without ceasing and never depend on my own strength. Help me to stand firm and remain faithful to You. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🏽

𝘛𝘩𝘦 243-𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘨𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘌𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥

What if I told you that the oldest man recorded in the Bible actually lived alongside the first man God ever created?

    Not for a few years.
    Not for a few decades.
    For 243 years.

    His name was 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐡.
And the man he could have spoken with was Adam.

    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟒𝟑-𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞
Genesis 5 gives us a genealogy that can look like nothing more than a list of names. But when we do the mathematics, something remarkable appears.

Adam was 130 years old when Seth was born.
Seth was 105 when Enos was born.
Enos was 90 when Cainan was born.
Cainan was 70 when Mahalaleel was born.
Mahalaleel was 65 when Jared was born.
Jared was 162 when Enoch was born.
And Enoch was 65 when Methuselah was born.

Add those years together: 𝟔𝟖𝟕 years.

That means Methuselah was born when Adam was 687 years old.

Adam lived 930 years. So Adam and Methuselah were alive together for: 930 − 687 = 𝟐𝟒𝟑 years.

Think about that. Methuselah could have heard the story of Eden from someone who had actually been there.
    — The garden.
    — The command.
    — The serpent.
    — The fall.
    — The curse.
    — The promise.

This was not merely history passed down through generations. For 243 years, the generations overlapped.

    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝
Genesis 5 is more than a genealogy. It is a chain of living generations.

    Adam → Seth → Enos → Cainan → Mahalaleel → Jared → Enoch → Methuselah → Lamech → Noah.

    And notice Enoch.
The Bible says: “𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘌𝘯𝘰𝘤𝘩 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘎𝘰𝘥: 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵; 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘩𝘪𝘮.” — 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝟓:𝟐𝟒

Hebrews tells us: “𝘉𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘌𝘯𝘰𝘤𝘩 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩…” — 𝐇𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝟏𝟏:𝟓

And Jude tells us that Enoch was also a prophet who warned of coming judgment.

The message was being carried from generation to generation. And eventually, it reached Noah.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐦 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐡?
Adam knew something no one else could know from experience.

He knew what it was like before sin entered the world.
He knew what God had commanded:

“𝘖𝘧 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘢𝘵:
𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘭, 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵…” — 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝟐:𝟏𝟔–𝟏𝟕

He knew what happened when mankind disobeyed.
And he had heard the first promise of redemption:
“𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘶𝘵 𝘦𝘯𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘥; 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘳𝘶𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥…”
    — 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝟑:𝟏𝟓

Adam had seen sin enter the human race.

Methuselah grew up in the world Adam helped introduce to him—not by his sin alone, but as the first man whose disobedience brought sin and death into humanity.

Paul later explained: “𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦, 𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘺 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘪𝘯 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘯…” — 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟓:𝟏𝟐

The generations changed. But the consequences of Eden remained.

    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐝
    Methuselah lived 969 years.
The longest lifespan recorded in Scripture.
But there is something striking about Genesis 5.

Again and again, we read: “𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘥.”
    — Adam died.
    — Seth died.
    — Enos died.
    — Cainan died.
    — Mahalaleel died.
    — Jared died.
    — Methuselah died.

Even the longest life eventually reached the same destination.

    𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡.

Long life could not defeat death.
    And that is the lesson.
A longer life is not the same thing as eternal life.

    𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐝
There is another remarkable detail in the chronology.

Methuselah was born in the 687th year after Adam's creation.

    He lived 969 years.
That places his death in the 1656th year.

    Now look at Noah.
Noah was born in the 1056th year.

Genesis tells us: “𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘕𝘰𝘢𝘩 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘪𝘹 𝘩𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘶𝘱𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩.”— 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝟕:𝟔

    1056 + 600 = 𝟏𝟔𝟓𝟔.

The chronology places Methuselah's death in the very year the Flood came.

We should be careful not to claim more than Scripture says about the exact circumstances.

But the biblical timeline gives us a sobering picture:
A generation warned of judgment eventually stood before judgment.

And Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
“𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘕𝘰𝘢𝘩 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘺𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘖𝘙𝘋.”
    — 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝟔:𝟖

    𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭
There is something even greater hidden beneath this story.

    — Adam lived.
    — Adam sinned.
    — Adam died.
Methuselah lived longer than any other man recorded in Scripture.
    — Methuselah died.

Noah survived the Flood by God's grace and obedience.
    — But the story does not end with Noah.

The Bible eventually brings us to another Man.
Paul calls Him: “𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘈𝘥𝘢𝘮.”— 𝟏 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟏𝟓:𝟒𝟓

The first Adam brought sin and death.
    The last Adam brings life.

    That is 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭.

And this is where the genealogy becomes more than ancient history. It becomes part of the great biblical story of redemption.

    𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐔𝐬?
    — Adam had 930 years.
    — Methuselah had 969.
    — Yet neither man escaped death.

So the question is not simply: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞?
The greater question is: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐬?

    — We can have years without wisdom.
    — We can have time without repentance.
    — We can have religion without a relationship with Christ.

And we can live a long life while still being unprepared for eternity.

James reminds us: “𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦? 𝘐𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘢 𝘷𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘶𝘳, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘩 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺.”— 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝟒:𝟏𝟒

    The first man died.
The oldest man recorded in Scripture died.
But the Last Adam—𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭—lives forever.

    And that changes everything.

    𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
If 969 years could not save Methuselah from death…
If living closer to Adam could not restore what sin had broken…

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐝?

That is the question we need to answer next.

  • *TODAY'S PROPHETIC DECLARATION - TUESDAY, 6TH OCTOBER, 2026.*

FAILURE IS NOT THE END OF YOUR STORY!

    ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: MARK 14:72

“And the second time the **** crew. And Peter called to mind the word that Jesus said unto him, Before the **** crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice. And when he thought thereon, he wept.”
    — Mark 14:72 (KJV)

*REFLECTION —WHEN YOU FALL, REMEMBER GOD'S WORD!*

Peter had boldly declared that he would never deny Jesus. Yet, when pressure came, fear took over, and Peter denied his Lord three times.

Then the **** crowed the second time.

Suddenly, Peter remembered the words of Jesus.

“And when he thought thereon, he wept.”

Peter's tears were not simply tears of failure. They were tears of realisation, repentance and brokenness.

His failure was serious, but it was not the end.

YOU MAY FALL, BUT GOD CAN STILL RESTORE YOU!

    REMEMBER GOD'S WORD

Peter's restoration began when he remembered the word of Jesus.

This teaches us an important lesson:

WHEN YOU ARE UNDER PRESSURE, GOD'S WORD WILL BRING YOU BACK TO YOUR SENSES.

People may forget what God has said.

    Fear may make us forget.

    Temptation may make us forget.

    Pressure may make us forget.

    Disappointment may make us forget.

    But God's Word remains true.

When you remember what God has spoken, you can find your way back.

LORD, HELP ME NEVER TO FORGET YOUR WORD!

PETER'S FAILURE WAS NOT HIS FINAL DESTINATION

    Peter failed publicly.

    He denied Jesus three times.

He wept bitterly when he realised what he had done.

But Jesus did not abandon Peter.

After the resurrection, Christ restored him and gave him responsibility in His kingdom.

This is good news for someone who feels they have failed God.

Perhaps you made a wrong decision.

Perhaps you said something you regret.

    Perhaps you compromised under pressure.

    Perhaps you disappointed someone.

Perhaps you allowed fear to control you.

Perhaps you feel ashamed of yourself.

    Hear this today:

YOUR FAILURE IS NOT BIGGER THAN GOD'S GRACE!

Failure should lead you to repentance, not permanent condemnation.

    Get up.

    Return to God.

    Learn from your mistake.

    Receive His grace.

    Continue the journey.

GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH YOU!

DON'T LET GUILT STEAL YOUR JOY

Peter wept because he realised his failure.

There is a difference between godly sorrow and destructive condemnation.

Godly sorrow leads us back to God.

Condemnation tells us to run away from God.

    The enemy may whisper:

    “You have failed too badly.”

    “God cannot use you again.”

    “You are no longer worthy.”

    But God's grace says:

    RETURN TO ME.

Do not allow yesterday's mistake to destroy today's obedience.

Do not allow one failure to become an excuse for giving up.

MY MISTAKE WILL NOT BECOME MY IDENTITY!

MY FAILURE WILL NOT STEAL MY JOY!

GOD'S GRACE IS STILL WORKING IN ME!

WHEN PRESSURE COMES, WATCH AND PRAY

Earlier in this chapter, Jesus told His disciples:

«“Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.”
    — Mark 14:38»

Peter's experience demonstrates the importance of spiritual watchfulness.

When we become spiritually careless, we become vulnerable.

    Therefore:

    PRAY BEFORE PRESSURE COMES.

    PRAY BEFORE TEMPTATION COMES.

    PRAY BEFORE THE CRISIS COMES.

PRAY BEFORE YOU MAKE THE DECISION.

Never depend entirely on your own strength.

Peter thought he was strong enough.

But the night revealed his weakness.

LORD, STRENGTHEN ME IN MY WEAKNESS!

GOD CAN TURN TEARS INTO TESTIMONY

Peter's story did not end at the fire where he denied Jesus.

God eventually transformed the broken Peter into a bold witness for Christ.

The same man who was afraid to identify with Jesus later stood courageously to proclaim the Gospel.

GOD CAN TURN YOUR PLACE OF FAILURE INTO A PLACE OF TESTIMONY!

    Your tears may become testimony.

    Your weakness may become strength.

Your mistake may become a lesson.

Your disappointment may become a testimony of God's faithfulness.

*TODAY'S PROPHETIC DECLARATION - TUESDAY, 6TH OCTOBER, 2026.* 🔥FAILURE IS NOT THE END OF YOUR STORY! 📖 ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: MARK 14:72 “And the second time the cock crew. And Peter called to mind the word that Jesus said unto him, Before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice. And when he thought thereon, he wept.” — Mark 14:72 (KJV) ✝️*REFLECTION —WHEN YOU FALL, REMEMBER GOD'S WORD!* Peter had boldly declared that he would never deny Jesus. Yet, when pressure came, fear took over, and Peter denied his Lord three times. Then the cock crowed the second time. Suddenly, Peter remembered the words of Jesus. “And when he thought thereon, he wept.” Peter's tears were not simply tears of failure. They were tears of realisation, repentance and brokenness. His failure was serious, but it was not the end. 🔥 YOU MAY FALL, BUT GOD CAN STILL RESTORE YOU! 🌿 REMEMBER GOD'S WORD Peter's restoration began when he remembered the word of Jesus. This teaches us an important lesson: WHEN YOU ARE UNDER PRESSURE, GOD'S WORD WILL BRING YOU BACK TO YOUR SENSES. People may forget what God has said. Fear may make us forget. Temptation may make us forget. Pressure may make us forget. Disappointment may make us forget. But God's Word remains true. When you remember what God has spoken, you can find your way back. 🙏 LORD, HELP ME NEVER TO FORGET YOUR WORD! 💔 PETER'S FAILURE WAS NOT HIS FINAL DESTINATION Peter failed publicly. Hear this today: 🔥 YOUR FAILURE IS NOT BIGGER THAN GOD'S GRACE! Failure should lead you to repentance, not permanent condemnation. Get up. Return to God. Learn from your mistake. Receive His grace. Continue the journey. GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH YOU! 🕊️ DON'T LET GUILT STEAL YOUR JOY Peter wept because he realised his failure. There is a difference between godly sorrow and destructive condemnation. Godly sorrow leads us back to God. Condemnation tells us to run away from God. The enemy may whisper: “You have failed too badly.” “God cannot use you again.” “You are no longer worthy.” But God's grace says: RETURN TO ME. Do not allow yesterday's mistake to destroy today's obedience. Do not allow one failure to become an excuse for giving up. 🔥 MY MISTAKE WILL NOT BECOME MY IDENTITY! 🔥 MY FAILURE WILL NOT STEAL MY JOY! 🔥 GOD'S GRACE IS STILL WORKING IN ME! ✝️ WHEN PRESSURE COMES, WATCH AND PRAY Earlier in this chapter, Jesus told His disciples: «“Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.” — Mark 14:38» Peter's experience demonstrates the importance of spiritual watchfulness. When we become spiritually careless, we become vulnerable. Therefore: PRAY BEFORE PRESSURE COMES. 🙏 LORD, STRENGTHEN ME IN MY WEAKNESS! 🌅 GOD CAN TURN TEARS INTO TESTIMONY Peter's story did not end at the fire where he denied Jesus. God eventually transformed the broken Peter into a bold witness for Christ. The same man who was afraid to identify with Jesus later stood courageously to proclaim the Gospel. 🔥 GOD CAN TURN YOUR PLACE OF FAILURE INTO A PLACE OF TESTIMONY! Your tears may become testimony. Your weakness may become strength. Your mistake may become a lesson. Your disappointment may become a testimony of God's faithfulness. Your restoration may encourage somebody else. ❤️ THERE IS STILL PURPOSE AFTER YOUR FAILURE! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 PRAY FOR YOUR FAMILY Lord, help every member of my family to remain faithful to You. When we make mistakes, give us humble hearts to acknowledge them. Help us not to hide our failures or blame others. Give us grace to forgive one another.
