  • Conflict and Courage.
    Habakkuk
Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. Habakkuk 2:4.
At the time Josiah began to rule, and for many years before, the truehearted in Judah were questioning whether God's promises to ancient Israel could ever be fulfilled....

These anxious questionings were voiced by the prophet Habakkuk. Viewing the situation of the faithful in his day, he expressed the burden of his heart in the inquiry: “O Lord, how long shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear!” ... And then, his faith reaching out beyond the forbidding prospect of the immediate future, and laying fast hold on the precious promises that reveal God's love for His trusting children, the prophet added, “We shall not die.” With this declaration of faith he rested his case, and that of every believing Israelite, in the hands of a compassionate God....

The faith that strengthened Habakkuk and all the holy and the just in those days of deep trial was the same faith that sustains God's people today. In the darkest hours, under circumstances the most forbidding, the Christian believer may keep his soul stayed upon the source of all light and power. Day by day, through faith in God, his hope and courage may be renewed. “The just shall live by his faith.” ...

We must cherish and cultivate the faith of which prophets and apostles have testified—the faith that lays hold on the promises of God and waits for deliverance in His appointed time and way. The sure word of prophecy will meet its final fulfillment in the glorious advent of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, as King of kings and Lord of lords.... With the prophet who endeavored to encourage Judah in a time of unparalleled apostasy, let us confidently declare, “The Lord is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.” Let us ever hold in remembrance the cheering message, “The vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come.” 36Prophets and Kings, 384-388.

  • WHAT WORD SAYS ABOUT FEMALE BISHOP ORDINATION.

Lord's speak that know the truth & truth will set you free. " John 8:32

Message -- one preferring to sin becomes slave to sin. But if choose to know truth , that truth set freedom on from sin. Implying works not by flesh, but by spirit -- and thus has life & peace. Rom6:23, Rom8:6.

Verses to obey in putting consecration of the bishop office:

1 Timothy 3:1-2 — “If anyone aspires to the office of bishop, he desires a noble task. Therefore a bishop must be... the husband of one wife.”
Titus 1:6 — “An elder must be... the husband of one wife.”

Word says bishop/elder is male, husband. Not because women have no value — Gal 3:28 — in Christ equal in worth — but office order is given by God for church.

If Uganda consecrates female bishop against that order, in that point it is not alignment with Word. Acts 5:29 — We must obey God rather than men.

    2. WHAT GOD THINKS AND MAY DO NOW — CONSIDERING MY THREE VISIONS , THE SON , GAVE ME. Heb1:1-2.

Green 7 vision— message of restoration of Word
Red 7 vision— warning against evil doing, unrighteousness, calling repentance and obedience
skeleton vision -- warning spiritual dryness may led to death.

    Test the visions by Word:

1 Thessalonians 5:20-21 — Do not despise prophecies, but test everything; hold fast what is good.
    1 John 4:1 — Test spirits.

    The visions align with Word:

Green 7 vision= Joel 2:25 — I will restore. God always wants restoration of Word before judgment. Rev 14:6-7 — Everlasting gospel proclaimed in last hour.

Red 7 vision= Hebrews 1:2 — In these last days He has spoken to us by His Son. It's the SON speaking us & WARNING us in these last days. So we ought to obey Him if we love Him. John14:23, john14:24,

Ezekiel 3:17-19 — Son of man, I make you watchman, warn them, if you warn, you deliver your soul.

So what God thinks now about Uganda action?

Isaiah 5:20 — Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.
2 Timothy 4:3-4 — Time will come when people will not endure sound teaching but turn away.

God is not surprised. His pattern:

    a) He first sends testimony — like yours — Acts 26:16, Heb 1:2 — to speak/show to living ones in this last age, including Uganda, to call back to Word.

    b) If they hear Green 7 vision, He restores — 2 Chron 7:14 — If my people humble themselves... I will heal their land.

    c) If they reject and go ahead with disobedience after warning Red 7 vision— Romans 1:28 — God gives them over... — then discipline, confusion, division comes in that house — 1 Cor 14:33 — God is not a God of confusion.

God may do now as Rev 2:5 — Remember from where you have fallen, repent, else I will remove lampstand. Or allow consecration to stand as witness that Word was warned but not heeded, so remnant like 144,000 remain faithful separate.

    3. MY PART ACCORDING TO, SON IN THIS LAST AGE

Acts 26:16 — “I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you as servant and witness to things you have seen.”

MY calling as true witness is not to stop consecration by force, but to testify Green 7 vision , Red 7 vision, and skeleton vision: as a call to make repentance and obedience, so that people live & don't perish. Proverbs 29:18.

Ezekiel 2:7 — You shall speak my words to them, whether they hear or refuse to hear.

Uganda now making female bishop consecration is itself fulfillment of Red 7 — proof that warning was needed, and Word must be restored.

Stand as faithful, blameless witness — purity = faithfulness — not defiled, following Lamb wherever Word leads.

    Rev 14:4

In Jesus Name the lamb on Zion with 144000.

    Amen .

  • Acts 7:60 — Lord, do not hold this sin against them.

I will pray with you this way — after Word, not after flesh:

    ---

Prayer of a true witness for this consecration of female bishop in Uganda:

Father in Heaven, in Name of Your Son Jesus Christ, the Lamb who stands on Mount Zion,

You who sealed 144,000, You who see in secret, You who gave Green 7 vision of restoration of Your Word and Red 7 vision of warning against evil doing —

Look now upon Your church in Uganda and upon this consecration service.

If these shepherds — and pastors who follow — have gone after flesh desires, self interest, pride, and have forgotten suffering sheep like Reagan and suffering churches while collecting tithes and offerings —

Lord, do not punish them unto destruction now, but convict them unto repentance now.

Job 33:15-16 — In a dream, in a vision of night... You open ears of men and seal their instruction.
As You have shown Your servant Reagan, show them also — give them visions, dreams, as You promise Joel 2:28 — that they may see: “We have sent our witness Reagan with My Word in visions for you to obey, but you have not obeyed.”

Take veil away. Let them see unrighteousness. Let them hear true Word 1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9. as anyone in consecration act of another to pursue the bishop office. that they do it accordingly to thy word.

Holy Spirit, call them: Repent & obey and do what is right and live.

Give to church under attack by darkness — protection, nourishment in wilderness as Rev 12:14, seal on foreheads as Rev 7:3.

We refuse spirit of cursing. We choose spirit of firstfruits — blameless, no lie in mouth, following Lamb wherever He goes Rev 14:4-5.

Let Green 7 vision— restoration — come to Uganda. Let Your Word be restored on pulpit.

Ezekiel 18:23 — Have I any pleasure at all that wicked should die? says Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

By this prayer O Lord, show them — not by your wrath, but by your mercy first that leads to repentance. As the Red 7 vision state with 2 judgements, of correction & destruction. And by Green 7 vision sealing them among 144000, in obeying thy word to be pure before God. Rev14:4-5, Rom6:16.

    In Jesus Name, Amen.

    Conclusion
» — 1 Pierre 4:10

  • SERMON AS SON HAS SHOWN me, His servant &witness Reagan. testifying to what he shown/ spoke to me IN VISIONS l Saw after vanished. & share them to last age people As— Red 7 vision offering Two Edges,(one of judgement of correction & another destruction). And Green 7 vision for Sealing. Preaching it in Uganda, &unto living ones in this last age. Heb1:2, acts26:16, proverbs 29:18.

TITLE: RED 7 AND GREEN 7 — JUDGMENT OF TWO EDGES

    Text: Hebrews 1:2, Acts 26:16, 1 Peter 4:17, Rev 14:1-5

INTRODUCTION: A WITNESS — NOT ONE OF THE TWO, BUT WITNESS OF WHAT SON HAS SHOWN ME

Acts 26:16 — “I have appeared to you to appoint you servant and witness to things you have seen.”
Heb 1:2 — In these last days God has spoken to us by His Son.

I, Reagan, am not one of Two Witnesses Rev 11. I am witness of what Son has shown and spoken to me in visions — Green 7 and Red 7 — unto you of last days, including Uganda.

    I. RED 7 FIRST EDGE — JUDGMENT OF CORRECTION — BEGAN AT HIS HOUSE — AT ME FIRST

1 Peter 4:17 — Judgment begins at household of God.
Prov 24:16 — Righteous falls seven times and rises again.

God showed me Red 7 first upon me:

    I fell — righteous falls 7 times
He disciplined me — not condemnation — Rom 8:1 — No condemnation in Christ
Heb 12:6 — Whom Lord loves He chastens
He punished me and shaped me back with grace — Heb 12:11 — painful for moment, afterward yields peaceable fruit of righteousness

    I repented.
1 John 1:7 — Blood of Jesus His Son cleansed me from all sin
    Purified me from all sin.

    Then GREEN 7 came:

Spirit set me apart — made me holy — 2 Cor 6:17 — Come out and be separate
Anointed me — 1 John 2:20 — anointing from Holy One
Separated from compromising world and its things — 1 John 2:15
Appointed as His servant witness by Himself Jesus — Gal 1:1 — not from man
Sealed and confirmed among 144,000 — Rev 7:3, Rev 14:1, Eph 1:13 — sealed with Holy Spirit

This is what blameless, faithful, virgin means — Rev 14:4-5 — no lie in mouth, follow Lamb wherever He goes. Purity = faithfulness.

II. SAME NATURE NOW TO YOU — BACKSLIDDEN CHURCH

As it was to me first, so to you backslidden church now. You have fallen.

Example before our eyes in Uganda:

CONSECRATION OF FEMALE BISHOP — not in alignment with 1 Tim 3:1-7 — bishop must be husband of one wife — Titus 1:6-9 — elder husband of one wife. Word is clear.
Collecting offerings, tithing while forgetting suffering churches — James 2:15-16, Acts 20:33-35
Doing after flesh desires, self interest, pride — 2 Tim 3:2-5, Phil 3:19

This is seen by God. Red 7 warning was given already.

God calls you same way He called me:

REPENT. OBEY WORD. PURSUE CLEAN LIFE BY WORD + PRAYER.

1 Tim 4:5 — sanctified by Word of God and prayer
2 Chron 7:14 — If My people humble themselves and turn from wicked ways, I will heal their land.
Rev 14:12 — Endurance of saints who keep commandments and faith of Jesus

    Then:

Blood will cleanse you as it cleansed me — Rev 1:5 — Washed us from sins in His own blood
Green 7 will set you apart, make holy
You will be sealed and confirmed among 144,000 — Rev 7:3

III. RED 7 SECOND EDGE — JUDGMENT OF DESTRUCTION — IN REFUSAL

If you refuse correction, Red 7 second edge comes.

Not only correction — also destruction — as you have seen:

Gen 11:4-8 — Tower of Babel — men made name for self against God — God scattered and destroyed their work.
Rev 9:20-21 — Men not killed by plagues still did NOT repent — so greater judgment.
Rev 16:8-11 — Bowls poured — men blasphemed and did not repent.
2 Thess 1:8-9 — In flaming fire taking vengeance on those who obey not gospel.

To you sinners, unbelievers, same word:

God’s judgment is upon you. Rom 6:23 — Wages of sin is death.
Repent. Go spiritual rebirth — John 3:3 — Must be born again — obey gospel and live.

Because failure to do so — life in sin is death. Ezek 18:23 — I have no pleasure in death of wicked, but that he turn and live.

If you repent, obey — His blood cleanses all sin and you live — Acts 2:38 — Repent and be baptized and you shall receive gift of Holy Spirit.

But in refusal — perish in sin by judgment of destruction — Rev 20:15 — Whosoever not found written in book of life was cast into lake of fire.

    ALTER CALL:
Two edges set before you today -- as set before me.
1). choose Green 7 vision and Red 7 vision.
First edge: repent, be washed, be set apart, be sealed among 144000.

    Or choose Red 7 vision,
    Second edge:
Refuse, and perish -- tower of babel, was judgement of correction, rev9, rev16,
Deut 30:19-- l have set before you life and death-- therefore choose life. Repent, obey word, pursue clean life by word+ prayer, be clean before God in name of lamb who stands on mt. Zion with 144000.

    Amen
SERMON AS SON HAS SHOWN me, His servant &witness Reagan. testifying to what he shown/ spoke to me IN VISIONS l Saw after vanished. & share them to last age people As— Red 7 vision offering Two Edges,(one of judgement of correction & another destruction). And Green 7 vision for Sealing. Preaching it in Uganda, &unto living ones in this last age. Heb1:2, acts26:16, proverbs 29:18. TITLE: RED 7 AND GREEN 7 — JUDGMENT OF TWO EDGES Text: Hebrews 1:2, Acts 26:16, 1 Peter 4:17, Rev 14:1-5 INTRODUCTION: A WITNESS — NOT ONE OF THE TWO, BUT WITNESS OF WHAT SON HAS SHOWN ME Acts 26:16 — “I have appeared to you to appoint you servant and witness to things you have seen.” Heb 1:2 — In these last days God has spoken to us by His Son. I, Reagan, am not one of Two Witnesses Rev 11. I am witness of what Son has shown and spoken to me in visions — Green 7 and Red 7 — unto you of last days, including Uganda. I. RED 7 FIRST EDGE — JUDGMENT OF CORRECTION — BEGAN AT HIS HOUSE — AT ME FIRST 1 Peter 4:17 — Judgment begins at household of God. Prov 24:16 — Righteous falls seven times and rises again. God showed me Red 7 first upon me: I fell — righteous falls 7 times He disciplined me — not condemnation — Rom 8:1 — No condemnation in Christ Heb 12:6 — Whom Lord loves He chastens He punished me and shaped me back with grace — Heb 12:11 — painful for moment, afterward yields peaceable fruit of righteousness I repented. 1 John 1:7 — Blood of Jesus His Son cleansed me from all sin Purified me from all sin. Then GREEN 7 came: Spirit set me apart — made me holy — 2 Cor 6:17 — Come out and be separate Anointed me — 1 John 2:20 — anointing from Holy One Separated from compromising world and its things — 1 John 2:15 Appointed as His servant witness by Himself Jesus — Gal 1:1 — not from man Sealed and confirmed among 144,000 — Rev 7:3, Rev 14:1, Eph 1:13 — sealed with Holy Spirit This is what blameless, faithful, virgin means — Rev 14:4-5 — no lie in mouth, follow Lamb wherever He goes. Purity = faithfulness. II. SAME NATURE NOW TO YOU — BACKSLIDDEN CHURCH As it was to me first, so to you backslidden church now. You have fallen. Example before our eyes in Uganda: CONSECRATION OF FEMALE BISHOP — not in alignment with 1 Tim 3:1-7 — bishop must be husband of one wife — Titus 1:6-9 — elder husband of one wife. Word is clear. Collecting offerings, tithing while forgetting suffering churches — James 2:15-16, Acts 20:33-35 Doing after flesh desires, self interest, pride — 2 Tim 3:2-5, Phil 3:19 This is seen by God. Red 7 warning was given already. God calls you same way He called me: REPENT. OBEY WORD. PURSUE CLEAN LIFE BY WORD + PRAYER. 1 Tim 4:5 — sanctified by Word of God and prayer 2 Chron 7:14 — If My people humble themselves and turn from wicked ways, I will heal their land. Rev 14:12 — Endurance of saints who keep commandments and faith of Jesus Then: Blood will cleanse you as it cleansed me — Rev 1:5 — Washed us from sins in His own blood Green 7 will set you apart, make holy You will be sealed and confirmed among 144,000 — Rev 7:3 III. RED 7 SECOND EDGE — JUDGMENT OF DESTRUCTION — IN REFUSAL If you refuse correction, Red 7 second edge comes. Not only correction — also destruction — as you have seen: Gen 11:4-8 — Tower of Babel — men made name for self against God — God scattered and destroyed their work. To you sinners, unbelievers, same word: God’s judgment is upon you. Track Your Purpose
I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. John 12:46

If there is anything you must keep on the front burner of your heart, it is your purpose or life assignment. You need to track it by rehearsing, re-appraising, revising, re-focusing and announcing it constantly as the Lord Jesus did.

Keeping your purpose in view powers you to easily predict the outcome of some steps you intend to take. Rehearsing it announces you easily among many. The Lord Jesus never stopped making all and sundry know His purpose for coming. Even Paul, who starts every of his epistles with what God has called him to do. Purpose stays in people’s memory more than personality. Purpose attracts preference. It was recognition of purpose that distinguished Daniel among his contemporaries. Purpose will power your life for outstanding performance. This is your day.

Wisdom Fountain: "People with purpose walk with an air of distinction, as if they have a why in every step"
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for creating me with intention and a unique design. Lord, I ask that you sharpen my spiritual vision and clear away the noise in my life. Help me to track the path You have laid out for me before time began. Give me the wisdom to recognize my gifts, the courage to step out in faith, and the patience to trust Your perfect timing. Order my steps and let my life bring glory to Your name in Jesus' name.

  • A BACK-TO-SCHOOL BLESSING CAN BEGIN WITH YOU

“Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and He will reward them for what they have done.” — Proverbs 19:17

As children prepare to return to school, there are many who have the desire to learn but lack the basic requirements they need to begin the term with dignity and hope.

I am starting a Back-to-School Children’s Support Campaign to help provide school essentials such as shoes, books, pens, brooms, school supplies and other scholastic materials to children who need a helping hand.

This is not only for Ugandans. It is an invitation to anyone, anywhere in the world, who believes that every child deserves an opportunity to learn.

You may think your contribution is small, but to a child, a pair of shoes can mean confidence, a book can mean opportunity, and a pen can become a tool that writes a brighter future.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me.” — Matthew 19:14

Let us put faith into action. 🏽

If you feel led to give school materials, sponsor a child, contribute financially, or partner with this vision, please INBOX me. Every contribution, big or small, will be received with gratitude and directed toward helping children get ready for school.

One child. One opportunity. One act of kindness. One brighter future.

May God bless every hand that chooses to give. 🏽

  • WHEN GOD PUTS A DESIRE IN YOUR HEART, DON’T GIVE UP TOO SOON!

Sometimes, waiting on God can be painful. You pray, you believe, you hold on, yet nothing seems to be changing.

It is hard to wait for something you desperately desire when you don't know whether it will ever happen. But sometimes, it is even harder to walk away when deep within your spirit, you still believe God is not finished!

Listen, child of God: delay is not denial. Silence is not abandonment. And waiting is not wasting.

There are promises God has spoken concerning your life that will require faith, patience, prayer, and perseverance. Don't let the length of the waiting season make you question the faithfulness of the God who gave you the promise.

If God gave you the vision, keep believing.
If God gave you the promise, keep praying.
If God gave you the desire, surrender it to Him.
And if He says, “Wait,” then wait with faith!

Your testimony may be taking longer than you expected, but that does not mean God has forgotten you.

What God has ordained for you will arrive in His appointed time.

Don't quit in the waiting room.
Don't bury your faith because of delay.
Don't let disappointment make you abandon your destiny.

Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep trusting.
    Your “suddenly” can still come!

“Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” — Habakkuk 2:3
