  • When the Lord is your strength, your heart can still sing—even in the midst of life's battles.
True joy is not found in perfect circumstances, but in the presence of God. He is our strength when we are weak, our song when words fail, and our salvation through every season. No matter what today brings, let your heart worship the One who never changes.
May the Lord fill your heart with His strength, your lips with songs of praise, and your life with the joy of His salvation.

  • Daily devotion: Psalms 16:8-10

“I am always aware of the LORD’s presence; he is near, and nothing can shake me. And I am so thankful and glad, and feel completely secure, because you protect me from the power of death.”

We should all be dancing for joy! What a wonderful privilege it is to be a child of God. We’ve learned this week just how powerful God really is and how He always protects us. We are never alone, even if we may feel consumed by despair and darkness. He is the Light that shines ahead of us, leading us closer to His presence.

Living with a joyful heart is a gift from God – Ecclesiastes 2:26: “God gives wisdom, knowledge, and happiness to those who please him,”

We can find joy in God’s presence – 1 Chronicles 16:27: “Glory and majesty surround him, power and joy fill his Temple.”

True joy is a fruit of obedience to the Lord – John 15:10-11: “If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.”

Happiness and joy are manifestations of our trust in God – 1 Peter 1:8: “You love him, although you have not seen him, and you believe in him, although you do not now see him. So you rejoice with a great and glorious joy which words cannot express,”

The Lord wants us to be happy – John 16:24: “Until now you have not asked for anything in my name; ask and you will receive, so that your happiness can be complete.”

Are you rejoicing or are you worrying? You now know that you need not worry and that nothing is stopping you from rejoicing in the Lord. Remember  that nothing pleases God more than when you rejoice in Him; glorify His Name then, sing, dance and shout your happiness to the world.

Philippians 4:4: “May you always be joyful in your union with the Lord. I say it again: rejoice!”

More reading: Jeremiah 33:11, Isaiah 29:19; Acts 3:8-10

  • Daily Devotion — March 27 | Isaiah 12:3 (NKJV)

    Drawing Strength from Salvation

Joy flows from remembering salvation. Isaiah compares salvation to a well that never runs dry. Drawing from God’s saving work renews strength and restores joy.

Walking with God means returning often to the truth of salvation. When joy fades, remembering God’s grace replenishes the soul. Salvation remains the source of lasting strength.

Joy is renewed at the well.

    Reflection Questions:

    1. How often do I reflect on God’s salvation?

    2. How does salvation renew my joy?

    3. What draws me back to God’s grace today?

    Prayer:

Lord, thank You for the joy of salvation. Help me to draw strength from Your grace daily. In Jesus’ name,
    Amen.

    Practical Application:

    ● Thank God for salvation today.

    ● Reflect on His grace intentionally.

    ● Let joy flow from gratitude.

    Takeaway Thought:

Salvation is a well that continually renews joy.

  • In Your presence there is fullness of joy,at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. When the world feels heavy, I run to Your presence.
When my heart is uncertain, I rest in Your promises. Lord, You are my peace, my joy, and my strength.
There is no place I would rather be than with You.
