• *SERMON: TRUSTING THE POTTER’S HANDS*
    *Text: Isaiah 64:8*
_“Yet You, LORD, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the Potter; we are all the work of Your hand”_

    *INTRODUCTION*
A potter and clay. That’s the picture Isaiah gives us of our relationship with God.
Clay has no power, no plan, no direction on its own. Its beauty depends 100% on the Potter’s hand.

Many of us are fighting the Potter’s hand today. We want to shape ourselves. But peace comes when we learn to trust His hands - even when it hurts.

*Theme:* Your life is safest, strongest, and most beautiful in the hands of the Potter.

4 TRUTHS ABOUT THE POTTER’S HANDS*

*1. He is Your Father, Not Just Your Potter*
_“Yet You, LORD, are our Father”_
    1. A potter can be harsh. But God is a Father with love in His hands.
    2. He doesn’t break you to destroy you. He breaks you to remake you. Jer 18:4
    3. Application: Stop fearing God’s process. A Father’s hand disciplines, but it never abandons.

*2. You Are Clay - Yield, Don’t Resist*
    _“We are the clay”_
    1. Clay is soft, moldable, and dependent. The moment clay gets hard, it cracks under pressure.
    2. Lesson: Pride = hard clay. Surrender = soft clay. God can’t shape what you refuse to yield.
    3. Application: Where are you resisting God right now? Your career? Marriage? Ministry? Say “Father, mold me”.
Clay doesn’t argue with the wheel. It submits.

*3. His Hands Are Skilled Hands*
    _“You are the Potter”_
    1. God is not learning on you. He’s an expert. He knows how much pressure you can take. 1 Cor 10:13
    2. He sees the final vessel while you only feel the spinning. What looks like delay is design.
    3. Application: Trust His timing. He’s removing cracks you can’t see so your vessel won’t leak later.

*4. You Are the Work of His Hand - You Have Purpose*
_“We are all the work of Your hand”_
    1. God doesn’t make junk. If His hand is on your life, then your life has value and purpose. Eph 2:10
    2. Broken pieces in His hands become masterpieces. Think of the “marred vessel” in Jeremiah 18:4 that He remade.
    3. Application: Don’t despise your current shape. The Potter is not finished with you yet.

*3 SIGNS YOU’RE IN THE POTTER’S HANDS RIGHT NOW*
    1. Pressure + confusion - the wheel is spinning
    2. Things being removed - excess clay is cut off
    3. A new shape forming - desires and priorities are changing

If you’re feeling these 3, don’t panic. It’s craftsmanship, not punishment.

*HOW TO TRUST THE POTTER’S HANDS*
    1. *Stay on the wheel* - Don’t jump off through sin, complaint, or quitting
    2. *Stay wet* - Keep your heart soft with prayer and the Word. Dry clay cracks
    3. *Stay focused on Him, not the pain* - He’s shaping you for glory, not shame
    4. *Wait for the fire* - The kiln makes the vessel strong. Trials make you unbreakable

    *CONCLUSION*
Child of God, you are not an accident. You are the work of His hand.
The same hands that formed Adam from dust are still shaping you today.
Stop fighting the pressure. Trust the Potter. The pain you feel now is producing the purpose you’ll carry later.

When He’s done, you won’t just be “fixed” - you’ll be a vessel of honor, useful to the Master.

    *PRAYER POINTS / PRAYER*
    1. Father, I submit to Your hands today. Mold me as You please - Isaiah 64:8
    2. Lord, break every hardness in my heart. Make me soft and teachable
    3. Potter of my destiny, remove every crack and defect in my life by fire
    4. Lord, finish the work You started in me. Don’t abandon me on the wheel - Phil 1:6

    *Prayer:*
Father, You are my Father and my Potter. I am Your clay.
I surrender every broken area of my life to Your skilled hands.
Shape me, mold me, and make me into the vessel You designed me to be.
Even when it hurts, I will trust You. Finish Your work in me, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

*Declaration:* _I am the work of God’s hand. He will not abandon me until I become His masterpiece!_

    Blessed day, beloved vessel

  • *SERMON: LIGHT BURSTING THROUGH THE DARKNESS*
    *Text: Psalm 112:4*
_“Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous”_

    *INTRODUCTION*
Darkness is not just the absence of light. It’s delay, sickness, debt, depression, confusion. Everyone faces a “dark night” season.
But Psalm 112:4 gives us a divine promise: _For the upright, darkness is temporary. Light must dawn._
Today God wants to announce to someone: Your dawn is closer than your night.

*Theme:* God specializes in breaking His light into the darkest seasons of upright, compassionate people.

    3 REVELATIONS ABOUT GOD’S LIGHT*

*1. Darkness is Not the Final Address – “Even in darkness…”*
i= The word “even” means God saw your darkness before you entered it. He’s not surprised.
ii= Darkness has an expiry date. Night never lasts forever. John 1:5 says “the darkness has not overcome it”.
iii=. Application: Stop calling your situation “permanent”. Call it what God calls it: “a night before dawn”.
_Testimony trigger:_ Joseph’s prison was dark, but dawn came with a crown.

*2. Light Dawns for the Upright*
    1. “Upright” = straight, honest, no crooked deals, no double life. Prov 11:3 “The integrity of the upright guides them”.
    2. God’s light is attracted to holiness. Sin creates darkness, righteousness attracts dawn.
    3. Application: Check your hands and heart today. What you do in secret determines what God does for you in public.
Uprightness is not religion, it’s wisdom. It keeps the channel open for God’s light.

*3. Light Bursts Through the Compassionate*
_“for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous”_
    1. God’s light doesn’t stop at you. It’s meant to burst THROUGH you to others.
    2. Mercy is a magnet. When you give light to people in their darkness, God sends light to you in your darkness. Matt 5:7
    3. Application: Who can you show grace to this week? Your seed of compassion may be the key that unlocks your own dawn.
The widow of Zarephath fed Elijah in her famine, and her light burst through the same day.

    *SIGNS YOUR DAWN IS NEAR*
    1. The pain becomes intense - birth pains before delivery
    2. God starts sending “small lights” - ideas, helpers, scriptures
    3. You get tired of complaining and start praying
    4. Doors that were shut begin to “shake”

*WHAT TO DO WHILE WAITING FOR DAWN*
    1. *Stay upright* - Don’t cut corners because of pressure. Keep your integrity.
    2. *Stay compassionate* - Help someone even with your little. Light attracts light.
    3. *Stay expectant* - Psalm 130:6 “My soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning”.
    4. *Keep declaring* - Call your morning forth. Don’t curse your night.

    *CONCLUSION*
Child of God, your current darkness is not denial. It’s a setup for a dramatic dawn.
The same God who said “Let there be light” in Genesis 1:3 can speak light into your business, health, marriage, ministry today.
If you are upright, gracious, and compassionate, then Psalm 112:4 is your covenant. Light MUST dawn.

    *PRAYER POINTS / PRAYER
    1. Father, let Your light burst into every dark area of my life now - Psalm 112:4
    2. Lord, make me upright. Remove every crookedness blocking my dawn
    3. God of compassion, use me to bring light to others so my own dawn will break
    4. Every power sitting on my morning, scatter by fire!

    *Prayer:*
Father, thank You that You are the God of dawn. Shine into my darkness today.
Make me upright before You, gracious to people, and righteous in my ways.
Let light burst through my delay, my sickness, my shame. Bring me into my morning speedily, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

*Declaration:* _My night is ending. My light has dawned. I step into my morning now!_

    Stay Blessed, carrier of light

  • *SERMON: THE GOD OF ACCELERATION*
    *Text: Acts 8:39-40*
    *Minister: Pastor Innocent Kc

    *INTRODUCTION*
“Acceleration” means sudden speed, quick progress, moving from one point to another faster than normal.
In Acts 8:39-40, Philip didn’t walk from the desert to Azotus. The Spirit “caught him away”. That’s God’s acceleration.

Today, many of us are tired of delay. But there is a God who specializes in moving His people forward suddenly, yet safely.

*Theme:* God can move you from where you are to where you’re meant to be, in His timing and with His care.

3 TRUTHS ABOUT THE GOD OF ACCELERATION*

*1. He Orders Your Steps for Speed – Acts 8:39*
_“The Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away”_
    1. God doesn’t just bless, He positions. Philip was obedient in the desert, so God moved him to the cities.
    2. Lesson: Obedience in small places qualifies you for sudden lifting. God will not accelerate a disobedient life.
    3. Application: Stay faithful where God has planted you now. Your “Azotus” is coming.

*2. He Moves You Tenderly, Not Recklessly*
Philip was “caught away”, but the Bible says he went on preaching from city to city. God’s acceleration doesn’t destroy you.
    1. God knows your burdens and delays. He speeds things up without breaking you.
    2. Lesson: God’s speed is different from man’s rush. His acceleration comes with peace, not pressure.
    3. Application: Stop comparing your journey. God’s timing for you is gentle + powerful.

*3. He Opens New Doors After Acceleration – Acts 8:40*
_“Philip was found at Azotus… and preached in all the cities till Caesarea”_
    1. Acceleration is not just movement, it’s multiplication. One move of God opened many cities for Philip.
    2. Lesson: When God accelerates you, one door leads to many doors. One testimony becomes many testimonies.
    3. Application: Expect your next level to come with more responsibility and more impact.

    *SIGNS YOU’RE ENTERING GOD’S ACCELERATION*
    1. Doors open suddenly after long delays
    2. Divine connections appear “out of nowhere”
    3. Your testimony moves from prayer to praise quickly
    4. What took others 10 years, God does for you in 1 season

*WHAT TO DO WHILE WAITING FOR ACCELERATION*
    1. *Obey instructions* - Like Philip, go where God says even if it’s the desert
    2. *Stay prayerful* - Daniel 2:22 “He reveals deep things… He knows what is in darkness”
    3. *Don’t despise small beginnings* - Zech 4:10
    4. *Keep your heart clean* - God won’t accelerate a dirty vessel

    *CONCLUSION*
The God of acceleration is still moving people today. He moved Philip from desert to city in seconds. He can move your business, ministry, career, marriage from delay to destiny.

Your delay is not denial. In one moment, the Spirit can “catch you away” into your next level.

    * PRAYER POINTS/PRAYER*
    1. Father, by Your Spirit, catch me away from delay into my destiny - Acts 8:39
    2. Lord, accelerate my life tenderly. Don’t break me, but move me forward
    3. Every closed door in my life, open by fire in Jesus name
    4. God of Philip, order my steps into the cities of my purpose

    * Prayer:*
Father, thank You that You know my heart, my delays, and my needs. When I grow weary, remind me that You are near and Your timing is good. Lead me gently, open the right doors, and move me forward according to Your loving purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Declaration:* _I will not miss my season. The God of acceleration is moving me forward!_

    Blessed day, saints

  • *Sermon Title: "Walking in the Light of His Word"**

    ‎**Introduction:**
‎Good morning, everyone! Let us begin with a moment of prayer. Today, we focus on a beautiful verse from Psalm 119:105: "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." I’d like to share a personal story about a time I faced a difficult decision and turned to God's Word for guidance. It was during this moment that I truly understood the power of Scripture in navigating life's challenges.

    ‎**The Nature of God's Word:**
‎God’s Word serves as both our lamp and our light. A lamp shines brightly right at our feet, helping us see each step we take daily, ensuring that we are walking in alignment with God’s will. The light, however, casts a broader illumination on the path ahead, guiding our long-term decisions and helping us understand His plans for our lives. It’s essential that we immerse ourselves in Scripture — when we open our Bibles, we open the door to divine guidance.

    ‎**Practical Application:**
‎So, how can we apply this in our everyday lives? First, I encourage each of you to start your day with a scripture reading. Even a verse or two can set the tone for your day and remind you of God’s presence. Consider memorizing verses that speak to your heart — let them be the whispers of guidance in times of uncertainty. Joining a Bible study group can also enrich your understanding and deepen your fellowship with others who are seeking the same light.

    ‎**Facing Uncertainty:**
‎Life brings countless uncertainties. In those moments of darkness, it’s easy to feel lost. Yet, remember that God’s Word can light our paths and guide us through even the toughest times. Look at the story of David — despite his adversities, he sought God’s guidance and was never led astray because he held fast to God’s promises.

    ‎**Conclusion:**
‎As we reflect on today’s verse, let us remember the significance of allowing God’s Word to be our lamp and our light. This week, I challenge each of you to engage more deeply with Scripture. See how it can provide clarity and direction in your life. Let’s close in prayer, asking God to help us walk in His light and find wisdom through His Word.

    The Certainty of Christ's Authority

Mark 14 records the trial of Jesus before the Jewish council. Though He was falsely accused and rejected by many, Jesus boldly declared the truth about who He is. When asked if He was the Christ, the Son of the Blessed, Jesus answered without hesitation, "I am." He then pointed to a future day when His divine authority and glory would be fully revealed.

Jesus referred to Himself as the Son of Man, a title connected to the prophecy in the book of Daniel. This title speaks of the One who would receive everlasting dominion, glory, and a kingdom that would never end. Though Jesus stood before earthly judges at that moment, He reminded them that He was the true King who would one day return in power and majesty.

This verse reveals both the humility and the glory of Christ. At the time of His trial, He appeared weak in the eyes of His accusers. Yet His suffering did not diminish His authority. The cross was not a defeat but part of God's plan of redemption. After His resurrection and ascension, Jesus was exalted to the Father's right hand, the place of honor, authority, and power.

For believers, this passage provides confidence and hope. The same Jesus who suffered for our salvation now reigns in heaven. No circumstance, opposition, or earthly power can overthrow His rule. His promises remain certain because He possesses all authority.

The promise that Christ will come again also calls us to faithful living. Knowing that our King reigns and will return should encourage us to remain steadfast in faith, obedient to His Word, and confident in His ultimate victory. Following the devotional pattern reflected in the provided example, we are reminded that Jesus is not only our Savior but also our reigning and returning King.

    Reflection Questions

    1. How does knowing that Jesus reigns in authority strengthen my faith today?

    2. Am I living with the expectation that Christ will one day return?

    3. What areas of my life need to be more fully submitted to the authority of Jesus?

    Prayer

Lord Jesus, thank You that You are the risen and reigning King. Help me to trust in Your authority and remain faithful to You each day. Strengthen my faith when I face challenges and remind me that You are in control. Teach me to live with hope, obedience, and expectation as I await Your return. In Jesus name, Amen.

    Practical Application

    - Spend time worshiping Jesus as Lord and King over your life.

    - Trust God's sovereignty when facing uncertainty or opposition.

    - Live each day in a way that reflects readiness for Christ's return.

    Takeaway Thought

Jesus reigns in power today and will one day return in glory as the victorious King.

    Jesus Knew the Cost

Mark chapter 10 records Jesus speaking openly to His disciples about what awaited Him in Jerusalem. He explained that He would be betrayed, condemned, mocked, beaten, and killed. This was not a surprise to Jesus. He understood clearly the suffering that was ahead.

What makes this moment remarkable is that Jesus continued moving toward Jerusalem willingly. He was not forced into the cross by circumstances beyond His control. He chose obedience to the Father’s will because of His love for humanity and His mission to bring salvation.

The disciples struggled to understand these words because they expected the Messiah to establish an earthly kingdom immediately. But Jesus revealed that redemption would come through sacrifice before glory.

This passage reminds believers of the depth of Christ’s love and commitment. Jesus endured suffering, rejection, and death so that humanity could be reconciled to God. Every step toward Jerusalem reflected His obedience and compassion.

For believers today this verse encourages gratitude and trust. The cross was not an accident. It was part of God’s redemptive plan from the beginning. Because Jesus willingly endured suffering, believers now have forgiveness, hope, and eternal life through Him.

Following Christ also means trusting God even through difficult paths. Obedience sometimes involves sacrifice, but God’s purposes always lead toward redemption and life.

    Reflection Questions

    1. How does the willingness of Jesus to suffer for me deepen my faith

    2. Am I willing to trust God even when obedience is difficult

    3. How can I live with greater gratitude for the sacrifice of Christ

    Prayer

Lord Jesus thank You for willingly walking the path of suffering so that I could receive forgiveness and life. Help me to trust You fully and follow You faithfully even when the path is difficult. Fill my heart with gratitude for the love You demonstrated through the cross. In Jesus name Amen.

    Practical Application

    - Spend time reflecting on the meaning of Christ’s sacrifice

    - Thank Jesus specifically for His obedience and love

    - Choose faithfulness to God even when obedience requires sacrifice

    Takeaway Thought
