  • PRAYER FOR THE LIVING ONES IN THIS LAST AGE โ€” TO LIVE AS THE SEALED 144,000

    Pray this aloud, living ones:

    ---

    Father in heaven,

In the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son and the Lamb,

I come before You today, in this last age. You have spoken to me in a dream, You have spoken in Your Word, and I have now perceived it. Job 33:14

Lord, I confess I am a Gentile by flesh, but by Spirit-made birth I am grafted in. Ephesians 2:13 Bring me near by Your blood. Make me a fellow citizen with the saints. Count me among Your true Israel. Romans 2:28, Galatians 6:16

Today, seal me. Revelation 7:3 Put Your name and Your Father's name on my forehead. Revelation 14:1 Take me to heavenly Mount Zion. Hebrews 12:22

I repent of practicing sin as a lifestyle. I renounce every practice of sinning. 1 John 3:8-9
Father, let Your seed abide in me. Let me be born of You, so that I cannot keep on sinning, because I am born of God. 1 John 3:9 Protect me, so that the evil one does not touch me. 1 John 5:18

Wash me not by my effort, but by Blood.
    Your grace = my purity.
Your faithfulness = my blameless status. Jude 1:24
Cleanse me with the blood of Jesus from all sin. 1 John 1:7 Redeem me through Your blood. Ephesians 1:7 Free me from my sins by Your blood. Revelation 1:5 Make me a virgin, undefiled, with no lie in my mouth, blameless before Your throne. Revelation 14:4-5

In this storm of the last age, like You did at Bukasa, say to my storm: "Peace, be still." Mark 4:39, Psalm 107:29 Hear my prayer, for Your eyes are on the righteous and Your ears are open to their prayer. 1 Peter 3:12, James 5:16

Make me among "we who are alive and remain" 1 Thessalonians 4:17 โ€” Your living firstfruits. James 1:18, Revelation 14:4 Persecuted but protected. Revelation 12:14 Nourished in the wilderness. Sealed until You come.

    I choose today:

To live pure and not defile myself with this world. Revelation 14:4, 2 Corinthians 7:1
To be uncompromised โ€” not to be a friend of the world, not to be conformed to this world, not to love the world. James 4:4, Romans 12:2, 1 John 2:15
To follow the Lamb wherever He goes. Revelation 14:4 To hear Your voice and follow. John 10:27 To keep Your word because I love You. John 14:23

Write my name among the 12 spiritual tribes โ€” 12 x 12,000 fullness. Revelation 7:4, Revelation 21:12 Let me enter through a gate as Your Israel.

And whether I die before You come, let me be counted as dead in Christ, to rise first. 1 Thessalonians 4:16, Revelation 20:6 Or if I remain alive, let me be sealed and caught up together to meet You in the air. 1 Thessalonians 4:17

Gather me now. Seal me now. Redeem me now. For now is the day of salvation. 2 Corinthians 6:2, Matthew 24:31

I pray this in the blood of the Lamb,

    In Jesus' name, Amen.

    DATE: SATURDAY 22ND AUGUST 2026

    TOPIC: BREAKING COVENANTS, PART 2

    MEMORIZE:
"Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world" 1 John 4:4 (KJV)

    BIBLE READING: 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17-19
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

    18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

    MESSAGE:
Years ago, one of my daughters in the Lord came to me and said, "Daddy, a young man approached me and said he wants to marry me." I congratulated her, but she replied, "Daddy, my father told me that I was dedicated to a river goddess when I was born, and a covenant was made that whoever I marry is going to die on our wedding day. I don't want the young man to die." I told her that I know someone stronger than the river goddess. We prayed a simple prayer, and she left. The next time I saw her, she was happily married and already had a baby. I declare that any evil force that might be hindering your progress is destroyed today, in Jesus' name.

A new and greater covenant can cancel a previously existing one. For instance, if you want to break a covenant with someone, all you need to do is enter into a covenant with someone greater; the greater fellow can release you from the lesser person's covenant by force. If a person enters into a covenant with the devil, the moment he or she enters into a covenant with God, He will wipe out all evil covenants from the fellow's life. God's covenant is superior to any other covenant. Our God is stronger than the strongest; therefore, once a person enters into a covenant with Him, He will bind any strong man who was previously in charge of the fellow's life and throw him out.

It is also important to note that the devil still seeks to retain his strongholds in the lives of people even after they have become born again. A stronghold is a deeply entrenched evil pattern that the devil has instilled in a person, and it must be addressed. Otherwise, the person will continue to operate under its influence even after he or she has become born again. Such strongholds typically include bitterness, pride, generational curses, anger, and other similar issues.

Beloved, (2 Corinthians 10:3-5) urges us to pull down strongholds and cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. If you are a party to any evil covenant or are under the influence of any demonic stronghold, cry out to God today to deliver you by His mighty power. I join my faith with yours and decree that you are completely free from any evil covenant or demonic stronghold that might be in your life, in Jesus' name.

    KEY POINT:
Having a covenant with God annuls every evil covenant in a person's life.

    BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR:
    LAMENTATIONS 1 - 2

    AUTHOR: PASTOR E. A. ADEBOYE

HYMNAL 10 - IN CHRIST ALONE
1 In Christ alone, my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
    This Cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love, what depths of peace
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease
My Comforter, my All in All
Here in the love of Christ I stand

2 In Christ alone, who took on flesh
Fullness of God in helpless babe
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones He came to save
'Til on that cross as Jesus died
The wrath of God was satisfied
For every sin on Him was laid
Here in the death of Christ I live, I live

3 There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victory
Sin's curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ

4 No guilt in life, no fear in death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life's first cry to final breath
    Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
Till He returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ I'll stand

  • Grace and Truth in Jesus

For many centuries, the nation of Israel awaited the coming Messiah who would bring the Kingdom of God and make things right in the world. Despite pain, persecution, and setbacks, they persevered because their hope was grounded in the promises of God.

Israelโ€™s wait was finally over when the Messiah, Jesus, arrived. However, Jesus did not come in a grand procession, or with a large army behind Him. He arrived quietly in the stillness of the night, as a baby, in a little town called Bethlehem.

But in a surprise twist: thisย newborn was not only the Messiah who would free Godโ€™s people from their sinsโ€”but God Himself. John tells us that โ€œthe Word was Godโ€ (John 1:1). The Word exists eternally, but for a time took on human form and lived among people.

Jesus began His earthly ministry in the most humble wayโ€”by coming as a baby. But, itโ€™s through the person of Jesus that we see the glory of God. Paul says in Colossians, โ€œFor in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily formโ€ (Colossians 2:9).

The miracle of Jesus being born is that He was fully God and fully human. Jesus came from the Fatherโ€™s glory, but took on human form so that He could live His life on our behalf.

"And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth."
    John 1:14

Jesusโ€™ ministry on earth can be categorized by these two words: grace and truth. Jesus gave grace to people through the forgiveness of sins. But He also brought truth through His teachings and announcements.ย

All of us who believe in Christ have received both grace and truth from Him. We have been given a second chance at life because of the forgiveness of our sins, and we are saved from eternal separation from God because of the truths we believe.

Thank God for sending His Son to earth as a baby. Spend some time in prayer thanking Him for the grace and truth that you have received.

  • Choose Forgiveness (Ephesians 4:32)

Almost everyone knows what it feels like to be hurt.

    Someone breaks your trust.

    A friend betrays you.

Someone says something that stays in your heart for years.

    A relationship ends painfully.

    Someone treats you unfairly.

And sometimes the hardest part isn't the pain itself.

It's deciding what to do with that pain.

You may feel like holding on to anger will protect you.

    You may think:

    โ€œThey don't deserve my forgiveness.โ€

And perhaps what happened was genuinely wrong.

But Jesus calls us to something greater than revenge.

    The Bible says:

โ€œBe kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.โ€

Forgiveness doesn't mean pretending that what happened was acceptable.

It doesn't mean saying that the person didn't hurt you.

It doesn't mean you must immediately trust someone who has broken your trust.

And forgiveness doesn't always mean reconciliation.

    Sometimes healthy boundaries are necessary.

But forgiveness means refusing to allow someone else's wrongdoing to control your heart forever.

It means releasing your desire for revenge and placing justice in God's hands.

Jesus gave us the ultimate example.

    He was betrayed.

    Rejected.

    Mocked.

    Beaten.

    Crucified.

Yet even while suffering on the cross, He prayed for those who were hurting Him.

That is the power of God's grace.

And if Christ has forgiven us, we are called to extend that grace to others.

Think about how much God has forgiven you.

    Every mistake.

    Every sinful thought.

    Every wrong decision.

Every time you ignored His voice.

Every time you chose your own way.

We stand in need of grace too.

That doesn't make someone else's wrongdoing insignificant.

It reminds us that we are also people who need forgiveness.

Maybe today you're carrying anger toward someone.

You don't have to pretend everything is fine.

    Bring the pain to God.

Tell Him exactly how you feel.

Ask Him to heal your heart.

Ask Him to help you forgive.

And if necessary, establish wise boundaries.

But don't let bitterness become your identity.

Bitterness can consume the person carrying it more than the person who caused the hurt.

    Forgiveness sets your heart free.

Sometimes forgiveness happens in one decision.

    Sometimes it is a process.

You may have to surrender the same pain to God repeatedly.

    That's okay.

    Keep giving it to Him.

    Keep praying.

    Keep healing.

    Keep choosing grace.

And remember that forgiveness doesn't mean you have to forget the lesson.

You can forgive someone and still learn from what happened.

You can forgive and still protect yourself.

You can forgive and still choose wisdom.

You can forgive without returning to an unhealthy situation.

Forgiveness is not weakness. It is freedom.

If you have hurt someone, don't only ask God for forgiveness.

Where appropriate, have the courage to apologize.

    Say:

    โ€œI was wrong.โ€

    โ€œI'm sorry.โ€

    โ€œPlease forgive me.โ€

Humility can begin the healing of a relationship.

And if someone has hurt you, ask God for the strength to release the bitterness.

You may not be able to change what happened.

But with God's help, you can choose what happens next.

Don't let yesterday's pain steal today's peace. Give your hurt to God and choose forgiveness.

Is there someone you need to forgiveโ€”or someone you need to ask for forgiveness today?

Choose Forgiveness (Ephesians 4:32) Almost everyone knows what it feels like to be hurt. You may think: โ€œThey don't deserve my forgiveness.โ€ And perhaps what happened was genuinely wrong. But Jesus calls us to something greater than revenge. The Bible says: โ€œBe kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.โ€ Forgiveness doesn't mean pretending that what happened was acceptable. TOPIC: BREAKING COVENANTS 2

    MEMORISE
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. - (1 John 4:4)

    READ: 2 Corinthians 5:17-19 (KJV)
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
    18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

    MESSAGE

    KEY POINT
Having a covenant with God annuls every evil covenant in a person's life.

    BIBLE IN ONE YEAR
    Lamentations 1 - 2

HYMN 10 - IN CHRIST ALONE
    1. In Christ alone, my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
    This Cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love, what depths of peace
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease
My Comforter, my All in All
Here in the love of Christ I stand

    2. In Christ alone, who took on flesh
Fullness of God in helpless babe
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones He came to save
'Til on that cross as Jesus died
The wrath of God was satisfied
For every sin on Him was laid
Here in the death of Christ I live, I live

    3. There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victory
Sin's curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ

    4. No guilt in life, no fear in death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life's first cry to final breath
    Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
Till He returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ I'll stand

  • Queenship of Mary

The Feast of the Queenship of Mary is a celebration in the Catholic Church that honors Mary, the mother of Jesus, as the Queen of Heaven and Earth. This feast was officially established by Pope Pius XII on October 11, 1954, through an important Church document called an encyclical titled Ad Caeli Reginam ("To the Queen of Heaven"). The idea of Mary being a queen goes back much further in Christian tradition, but this feast made it an official part of Catholic practice.

Title "Theotokos" รขย€ย“ Mother of God

One of the key teachings about Mary is that she is called the "Theotokos," a Greek word meaning "God-bearer" or "the one who gives birth to God." This title was given to her at the Council of Ephesus in 431 A.D., a significant gathering of Church leaders in the early Christian Church. The council proclaimed this title to affirm that Jesus is both fully God and fully human, and that Mary, as His mother, gave birth to the Son of God in human form. By calling her "Theotokos," the Church recognized her important role in the mystery of the Incarnationรขย€ย”when God became human in the person of Jesus.

    Queenship of Mary

The concept of Mary as queen comes from the belief that since Jesus is the King of all humanity, His mother would naturally share in His kingship. In many cultures, the mother of a king is given a special title of honor, and this applies to Mary as well. Just as Jesus is King of Heaven and Earth, Mary is seen as the Queen of Heaven and Earth. Her queenship is not a role of power or authority but of grace and intercession. Catholics believe that as a loving mother, Mary prays for and cares for all people, guiding them toward her Son, Jesus.

In the Book of Revelation (12:1), Mary is described in a vision as "a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head." This image is seen as a symbolic representation of Mary as Queen of Heaven. The crown of twelve stars is often understood to represent the twelve tribes of Israel, showing her connection to the people of God.

    Mary's Role in Salvation

Maryรขย€ย™s role in salvation is deeply tied to her being chosen to be the mother of Jesus. When God sent His only Son into the world, He chose Mary to be the vessel through which Jesus would be born. This makes her central to Godรขย€ย™s plan for the salvation of humanity. She accepted Godรขย€ย™s will with humility and faith, saying "yes" to becoming the mother of Jesus (known as the Annunciation), which Catholics believe played a crucial role in bringing about the salvation of the world.

    The Immaculate Conception

Another important belief about Mary is the Immaculate Conception. This teaching says that Mary was conceived in her motherรขย€ย™s womb (Saint Anne) without original sin. Original sin is believed to be the state of sin that all humans are born into due to the fall of Adam and Eve. However, because Mary was chosen to be the mother of Jesus, God gave her a special grace to be free from original sin from the moment of her conception. This teaching became official Church dogma in 1854 under Pope Pius IX.

Mary as the Gate to Heaven

In Catholic belief, Mary is often called the "Gate of Heaven." This title reflects the idea that because of her unique role as the mother of Jesus, she has a special place in helping people come to God. Catholics believe that Maryรขย€ย™s prayers and intercession can help lead people to Jesus and, ultimately, to eternal life with God. This is why prayers like the "Hail Mary" ask for her to "pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death."

Conclusion: A Queen Who Cares for Us

Maryรขย€ย™s role as Queen of Heaven and Earth is not about ruling with power but about her role as a loving, caring mother who helps guide people to her Son, Jesus. Her queenship is a reflection of her unique position in the history of salvation, and the Catholic Church honors her for saying "yes" to Godรขย€ย™s plan and for her continued intercession for humanity. When Catholics pray to Mary, they are asking for her help in bringing their needs to Jesus, much like a child asking their mother for guidance and protection.

The feast of the Queenship of Mary serves as a reminder of her special place in the life of the Church and in the hearts of believers. It celebrates her dignity and the honor given to her as the mother of the King of Kings, Jesus Christ.

The call to follow Jesus is not casual—it is costly. It is more than a mere invitation; it demands submission. Yet many want the blessing without the burden, the destination without the sacrifice, and the crown without the cross. Whether discipleship feels costly or comfortable, the question is not whether we call ourselves Christians—but whether we have surrendered ourselves to Christ.

He did not promise an easier life but a call to surrender. Denying ourselves means abandoning self-rule for Christ’s authority. Taking up the cross means dying to our will and embracing obedience. This call is non-negotiable, not optional.

Think of a prisoner offered freedom, but only if he leaves his chains behind. He cannot cling to his captivity and walk into the sunlight. To follow the Master, we must drop the heavy, rusted chains of our self-will and step into the liberating yoke of His grace. It means His Word and will govern all our concerns.

    Scripture makes the cost of discipleship unmistakable. Paul declared, “๐˜ ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ ๐˜ค๐˜ณ๐˜ถ๐˜ค๐˜ช๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ธ๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜ฉ ๐˜Š๐˜ฉ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ต” (๐†๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ง๐ฌ ๐Ÿ:๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ), and reminded believers to “๐˜ฑ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ด ๐˜ข ๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ท๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ด๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ฆ” (๐‘๐จ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ:๐Ÿ). True discipleship is not merely changing our destination—it is surrendering who holds the steering wheel.

Following Christ demands surrender, not negotiation. Don’t carry a cross with one hand while holding tightly to your old life with the other. Jesus calls us not to add Christianity but to surrender our lives fully. Though the path includes sacrifice, rejection, and suffering, He is worth every step.

Christ never asks us to walk a road He refused to walk. Our surrender doesn’t earn salvation; Christ’s finished work purchased us. We follow Him not to earn grace, but because His grace has already saved us.

What are you still holding that Christ is asking you to surrender? What preference, ambition, comfort, or habit competes with His lordship? You don't need Christ merely to improve your life—you need Him because He is your Lord, worthy of your whole life. Deny yourself. Take up your cross. Follow Him. When Christ is Lord, surrender is not losing—it is finally knowing whom we belong to.

Amen.

Remember, a dose of God’s Word a day will keep you going all day!

He died, was buried, and rose again as the Scriptures declare
