    ‎*Introduction: What Is Mercy?*
    ‎*Mercy means the timely renewal of Gods compassion* 

    ‎*Mercy is the kindness of God to a man* 
    ‎*A kindness that a man does not qualify for.* 
    ‎*But for God we are not qualified yet he shows us kindness* 

    ‎*Mercy is that kindness of the lord that witholds punishment* 

    ‎*Mercy talks about the forgiveness of sin* 
    ‎*Mercy talks about the release of the suffering of sin* 

    ‎_Boost:_ Just like the air we breathe, mercy keeps us alive when we should have been judged. That’s why the psalmist said _“great is thy faithfulness”_ every morning. Mercy is God’s refusal to give us what we deserve.

    ‎*1. To Live In Mercy Is To Partner With God*
    ‎*1= To live in mercy is to partner with the lord who is rich in mercy.. When a man shows mercy he has displayed the nature and character of God* 

    ‎*2= When we show mercy we are only given an offender what he does not deserve, what he is not qualified for..* 

    ‎*Anyone you show mercy you are stronger and more holy than that man (Ephesians 2:4-5)* 
    ‎_“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ”_ 

    ‎*Showing mercy can be painful and costly but it is worth it* 

    ‎_Boost:_ Ephesians 2:4-5 shows us God’s pattern. We were dead in sin, but He showed mercy. When you show mercy, you are acting like God. The cross was painful and costly, yet it was worth it. That’s the model of mercy.

    ‎*3 Parts Ways Of Mercy*

    ‎*1= You must love the ministry of mercy (Micah 6:8)* 
    ‎_“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”_ 
    ‎*Any man that must show mercy must begin by loving mercy*

    ‎_Boost:_ Loving mercy means your heart breaks for people the way God’s heart breaks. Mercy is not a duty. It’s a delight.

    ‎*2= Learn the ministry of mercy (Luke 6:36)* 
    ‎_“Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.”_ 
    ‎*Every man shall know how to be merciful it is a learning process.*

    ‎_Boost:_ Jesus didn’t say “be perfect first.” He said “be merciful like your Father.” You learn mercy by practicing it — in your home, church, and workplace.

    ‎*3= You will reap the reward of mercy (Matthew 5:7)* 
    ‎_“Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.”_ 
    ‎*Therefore if you dont show mercy, no mercy for you. (James 2:13)* 
    ‎_“For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.”_ 
    ‎*The reward of mercy are for those who has shown mercy*

    ‎_Boost:_ Mercy is a seed. What you sow to others, God sows back to you in your time of need. The merciful are called “blessed” because heaven backs them.

    ‎*Quick Ways To Show Mercy*
    ‎*1= Be patient with people... especially mostly those who are not like you.* 

    ‎*2= Always help those who are hurting* 

    ‎*3= Learn to give people a second chance or chances.* 

    ‎*4= Be kind to those who offend you.* 

    ‎*5= Reach out with love to very difficult people* 

    ‎*6= Learn to value relationship over rules.*

    ‎_Boost:_ Jesus modeled all 6. He was patient with Peter, He healed the hurting, He gave the woman caught in sin a second chance, He was kind to those who crucified Him, He reached out to Zacchaeus, and He chose people over the Sabbath rules.

    ‎*Conclusion: Mercy Is Heaven’s Restoration Agenda*
    ‎*Mercy is the restoration agenda for heaven* 

    ‎*The bank of mercy and kindness lent you an overdraft in the time of adversity* 

    ‎*2 Samuel 9:1* – _“And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan's sake?”_ 

    ‎_Boost:_ David didn’t owe Mephibosheth anything. But for Jonathan’s sake, he showed kindness. That’s mercy. Because of Jesus’ sake, God shows us mercy even in our weakness. Heaven’s agenda is not to destroy you, but to restore you.

    ‎Today, receive the timely renewal of God’s compassion. And ask God: _“Lord, make me a vessel of mercy. Teach me to love mercy, learn mercy, and reap mercy.”_

  • *SERMON: HUMILITY UNLOCKS HEALING AND RESTORATION*
    *Text: 1 Peter 5:6* – _“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.”_ NIV

    *[INTRO]*
    We all want God to lift us. We pray for healing, restoration, breakthrough. But Peter shows us the position for lifting: _under God’s mighty hand._
    *Key:* God doesn’t lift the proud. He lifts the humble. *Humility is the key that unlocks what pride keeps locked.*

    *1. HUMILITY MEANS SUBMISSION TO GOD’S HAND*
    _“Humble yourselves… under God’s mighty hand”_

    *James 4:7* – _“Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”_
    *Job 42:5-6* – Job said, _“My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you. Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes.”_ After that, God restored him double *Job 42:10*.

    *Truth:* God’s hand is _mighty_ – strong enough to crush or to cure. When you stop fighting His hand, His hand starts fighting for you.
    *Isaiah 57:15* – _“I live… with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.”_

    *Application:* What area are you wrestling with God about? Surrender is the first step to healing. *Psalm 51:17* – _“A broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.”_

    *2. HUMILITY RELEASES HEALING*
    Pride hides wounds. Humility exposes them to the Healer.

    *2 Chronicles 7:14* – _“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray… then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”_
    *Luke 18:13-14* – The tax collector beat his chest: _“God, have mercy on me, a sinner.”_ Jesus said _“this man went home justified.”_ The Pharisee went home empty.

    *Truth:* You can’t be healed and hide at the same time. *Proverbs 28:13* – _“Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.”_
    *Application:* Bring God your broken, not your brave. He heals what you reveal.

    *3. HUMILITY ACTIVATES RESTORATION*
    _“…that he may lift you up in due time.”_

    *Luke 1:52* – _“He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble.”_
    *Psalm 147:6* – _“The Lord sustains the humble but casts the wicked to the ground.”_
    *Proverbs 3:34* – _“He mocks proud mockers but shows favor to the humble and oppressed.”_

    *Bible Pattern:*
    - *Joseph* – Humbled in prison, lifted to the palace *Genesis 41:40*
    - *David* – Humbled after sin with Bathsheba, restored as a man after God’s heart *Psalm 51*
    - *Naaman* – Humbled himself in Jordan river, skin restored like a child *2 Kings 5:14*

    *Truth:* God’s “due time” comes after your “humble bow.” *Ecclesiastes 3:1* – There’s a time to be brought low and a time to be lifted up. You don’t set the clock – but you do set the posture.

    *4. PRIDE DELAYS WHAT HUMILITY DELIVERS*
    *1 Peter 5:5* – _“God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.”_
    If God is opposing you, no man’s approval can promote you.

    *Daniel 4:37* – Nebuchadnezzar learned: _“Those who walk in pride he is able to humble.”_ After 7 years of insanity, he looked up, honored God, and his sanity + kingdom were restored.

    *Application:* Your breakthrough is waiting on your bow. *Matthew 23:12* – _“For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”_


    *Micah 6:8* – _“What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”_
    Healing and restoration aren’t earned by performance. They’re accessed by posture.

    The mighty hand that discipline you is the same mighty hand that will lift you. But it lifts from low places.

    *Isaiah 66:2* – _“These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word.”_

    *[PRAYER]*
    Father, I humble myself under Your mighty hand today. I let go of pride, offense, and self-defense. I give You my wounds, my failures, my broken places. Heal me, Lord. Restore me, Lord. I trust Your timing. Lift me up in Your due time, for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    *Declaration:* _I bow low so He can lift me high. Humility is my pathway to healing. Restoration is coming in due time._

    God won’t heal what you’re still pretending isn’t broken. Humble yourself, and watch Him lift you._

  • *SERMON: AN OPEN DOOR, EVEN WITH OPPOSITION*
    *Text: 1 Corinthians 16:9* – _“There is a wide open door for a splendid work here, although many oppose me.”_ NLT


    *[INTRO]*
    Paul writes from Ephesus. He sees _“a wide open door”_ for the gospel, yet in the same breath says _“many oppose me.”_
    Listen: *Opposition is not proof God closed the door. Often it’s proof you’re at the right door.*

    *1. GOD OPENS DOORS NO MAN CAN SHUT*
    _“There is a wide open door for a splendid work here”_

    *Revelation 3:8* – _“I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.”_
    *Acts 14:27* – _“God had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.”_
    *Colossians 4:3* – _“Pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word.”_

    *Truth:* If God opened it, your qualification didn’t open it, and your enemies can’t close it.
    *Isaiah 22:22* – _“What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.”_

    *Application:* Stop knocking on closed doors. Ask God: “Where is the door YOU opened?” Your assignment has an open door attached.

    *2. OPEN DOORS ATTRACT OPPOSITION*
    _“…although many oppose me”_

    *Acts 19:23-41* – Paul’s open door in Ephesus caused a city-wide riot. Demetrius the silversmith stirred up opposition because the gospel was hurting idol business.

    *2 Timothy 3:12* – _“Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.”_
    *John 15:20* – _“If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also.”_

    *Truth:* The enemy only fights what threatens him. No devil attacks a closed door.
    *Nehemiah 4:1-3* – When Nehemiah built, Sanballat mocked. Big vision = big resistance.

    :* Don’t measure God’s will by the absence of trouble. Measure it by the presence of grace. Opposition means you’re over the target.

    *3. YOUR RESPONSE TO THE DOOR DETERMINES THE OUTCOME*

    *A. Walk through it, don’t watch it*
    *Joshua 1:9* – _“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God is with you.”_
    Fear keeps people staring at open doors they never enter.

    *B. Work while it’s open*
    *John 9:4* – _“We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming.”_
    *Ecclesiastes 11:4* – _“Whoever watches the wind will not plant.”_ Waiting for “perfect” closes doors.

    *C. Worship through the opposition*
    *Acts 16:25-26* – Paul & Silas in prison. Doors opened at midnight praise.
    *2 Chronicles 20:22* – _“As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes.”_ Your praise annoys hell.

    *4. THE DOOR IS “SPLENDID” BECAUSE OF WHO’S BEHIND IT*
    _“a wide open door for a splendid work”_

    *Ephesians 2:10* – _“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand.”_
    God doesn’t open empty doors. He opens doors to _“splendid work”_ – work that brings Him glory and you fulfillment.

    *1 Corinthians 15:58* – _“Your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”_

    *Truth:* The size of the opposition reveals the size of the opportunity. Little doors don’t need demons guarding them.

    *[ CHALLENGE]*
    Some of you have stopped at the door because of the noise outside it.
    *Exodus 14:13-14* – _“Stand firm… The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”_

    Maybe the door is your marriage, your ministry, your business, your healing. It’s open. But people, fear, and past failure are screaming at you.

    Hear Paul: _“I will stay… because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me.”_ *1 Cor 16:8-9*
    He didn’t leave because of opposition. He stayed because of the open door.

    *[PRAYER]*
    Father, I thank You for open doors no man can shut. I repent for letting opposition talk me out of obedience. Today I choose to walk through the door You’ve set before me. Strengthen me to face the adversaries, knowing You are with me. Let this be a season of splendid work in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    *Declaration:* _The door is open. The opposition is loud. But my God is bigger. I’m walking through!_

Measure it by the presence of grace. Opposition means you’re over the target. *3. YOUR RESPONSE TO THE DOOR DETERMINES THE OUTCOME* *A. Walk through it, don’t watch it* *Joshua 1:9* – _“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God is with you.”_ Fear keeps people staring at open doors they never enter. *B. Work while it’s open* *John 9:4* – _“We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming.”_ *Ecclesiastes 11:4* – _“Whoever watches the wind will not plant.”_ Waiting for “perfect” closes doors. *C. THE DOOR IS “SPLENDID” BECAUSE OF WHO’S BEHIND IT* _“a wide open door for a splendid work”_ *Ephesians 2:10* – _“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand.”_ God doesn’t open empty doors. He opens doors to _“splendid work”_ – work that brings Him glory and you fulfillment. *1 Corinthians 15:58* – _“Your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”_ *Truth:* The size of the opposition reveals the size of the opportunity. Little doors don’t need demons guarding them. *[ CHALLENGE]* Some of you have stopped at the door because of the noise outside it. *Exodus 14:13-14* – _“Stand firm… The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”_ Maybe the door is your marriage, your ministry, your business, your healing. It’s open. But people, fear, and past failure are screaming at you. Hear Paul: _“I will stay… because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me.”_ *1 Cor 16:8-9* He didn’t leave because of opposition.     Right hand = place of power, authority, favor, final say.

    *1. JESUS IS SEATED = THE WORK IS FINISHED* – _“Who has gone into heaven”_
    *Hebrews 10:12* – _“But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God.”_
    Priests in the Old Testament never sat. Work was never done.
    Jesus sat because *sin is paid, hell is defeated, your case is closed.*

    _“Yet You, LORD, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the Potter; we are all the work of Your hand”_


    *INTRODUCTION*
    A potter and clay. That’s the picture Isaiah gives us of our relationship with God.
    Clay has no power, no plan, no direction on its own. Its beauty depends 100% on the Potter’s hand.

    Many of us are fighting the Potter’s hand today. We want to shape ourselves. But peace comes when we learn to trust His hands - even when it hurts.

    *Theme:* Your life is safest, strongest, and most beautiful in the hands of the Potter.

    4 TRUTHS ABOUT THE POTTER’S HANDS*

    *1. He is Your Father, Not Just Your Potter*
    _“Yet You, LORD, are our Father”_
    1. A potter can be harsh. But God is a Father with love in His hands.
    2. He doesn’t break you to destroy you. He breaks you to remake you. Jer 18:4
    3. Application: Stop fearing God’s process. A Father’s hand disciplines, but it never abandons.

    *2. You Are Clay - Yield, Don’t Resist*
    _“We are the clay”_
    1. Clay is soft, moldable, and dependent. The moment clay gets hard, it cracks under pressure.
    2. Lesson: Pride = hard clay. Surrender = soft clay. God can’t shape what you refuse to yield.
    3. Application: Where are you resisting God right now? Your career? Marriage? Ministry? Say “Father, mold me”.
    Clay doesn’t argue with the wheel. It submits.

    *3. His Hands Are Skilled Hands*
    _“You are the Potter”_
    1. God is not learning on you. He’s an expert. He knows how much pressure you can take. 1 Cor 10:13
    2. He sees the final vessel while you only feel the spinning. What looks like delay is design.
    3. Application: Trust His timing. He’s removing cracks you can’t see so your vessel won’t leak later.

    *4. You Are the Work of His Hand - You Have Purpose*
    _“We are all the work of Your hand”_
    1. God doesn’t make junk. If His hand is on your life, then your life has value and purpose. Eph 2:10
    2. Broken pieces in His hands become masterpieces. Think of the “marred vessel” in Jeremiah 18:4 that He remade.
    3. Application: Don’t despise your current shape. The Potter is not finished with you yet.

    *3 SIGNS YOU’RE IN THE POTTER’S HANDS RIGHT NOW*
    1. Pressure + confusion - the wheel is spinning
    2. Things being removed - excess clay is cut off
    3. A new shape forming - desires and priorities are changing

    If you’re feeling these 3, don’t panic. It’s craftsmanship, not punishment.

    *HOW TO TRUST THE POTTER’S HANDS*
    1. *Stay on the wheel* - Don’t jump off through sin, complaint, or quitting
    2. *Stay wet* - Keep your heart soft with prayer and the Word. Dry clay cracks
    3. *Stay focused on Him, not the pain* - He’s shaping you for glory, not shame
    4. *Wait for the fire* - The kiln makes the vessel strong. Trials make you unbreakable

    Child of God, you are not an accident. You are the work of His hand.

    _“Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous”_

    *INTRODUCTION*
    Darkness is not just the absence of light. It’s delay, sickness, debt, depression, confusion. Everyone faces a “dark night” season.
    But Psalm 112:4 gives us a divine promise: _For the upright, darkness is temporary. Light must dawn._
    Today God wants to announce to someone: Your dawn is closer than your night.

    *Theme:* God specializes in breaking His light into the darkest seasons of upright, compassionate people.

    3 REVELATIONS ABOUT GOD’S LIGHT*

    *1. Darkness is Not the Final Address – “Even in darkness…”*
    i= The word “even” means God saw your darkness before you entered it. He’s not surprised.
    ii= Darkness has an expiry date. Night never lasts forever. John 1:5 says “the darkness has not overcome it”.
    iii=. Application: Stop calling your situation “permanent”. Call it what God calls it: “a night before dawn”.
    _Testimony trigger:_ Joseph’s prison was dark, but dawn came with a crown.

    *2. Light Dawns for the Upright*
    1. “Upright” = straight, honest, no crooked deals, no double life. Prov 11:3 “The integrity of the upright guides them”.
    2. God’s light is attracted to holiness. Sin creates darkness, righteousness attracts dawn.
    3. Application: Check your hands and heart today. What you do in secret determines what God does for you in public.
    Uprightness is not religion, it’s wisdom. It keeps the channel open for God’s light.

    *3. Light Bursts Through the Compassionate*
    _“for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous”_
    1. God’s light doesn’t stop at you. It’s meant to burst THROUGH you to others.
    2. Mercy is a magnet. When you give light to people in their darkness, God sends light to you in your darkness. Matt 5:7
    3. Application: Who can you show grace to this week? Your seed of compassion may be the key that unlocks your own dawn.
    The widow of Zarephath fed Elijah in her famine, and her light burst through the same day.

    *SIGNS YOUR DAWN IS NEAR*
    1. The pain becomes intense - birth pains before delivery
    2. God starts sending “small lights” - ideas, helpers, scriptures
    3. You get tired of complaining and start praying
    4. Doors that were shut begin to “shake”

    *WHAT TO DO WHILE WAITING FOR DAWN*
    1. *Stay upright* - Don’t cut corners because of pressure. Keep your integrity.
    2. *Stay compassionate* - Help someone even with your little. Light attracts light.
    3. *Stay expectant* - Psalm 130:6 “My soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning”.
    4. *Keep declaring* - Call your morning forth. Don’t curse your night.

    *CONCLUSION*
    Child of God, your current darkness is not denial. It’s a setup for a dramatic dawn.
    The same God who said “Let there be light” in Genesis 1:3 can speak light into your business, health, marriage, ministry today.
    If you are upright, gracious, and compassionate, then Psalm 112:4 is your covenant. Light MUST dawn.

    *INTRODUCTION*
    “Acceleration” means sudden speed, quick progress, moving from one point to another faster than normal.
    In Acts 8:39-40, Philip didn’t walk from the desert to Azotus. The Spirit “caught him away”. That’s God’s acceleration.

    Today, many of us are tired of delay. But there is a God who specializes in moving His people forward suddenly, yet safely.

    *Theme:* God can move you from where you are to where you’re meant to be, in His timing and with His care.

    3 TRUTHS ABOUT THE GOD OF ACCELERATION*

    *1. He Orders Your Steps for Speed – Acts 8:39*
    _“The Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away”_
    1. God doesn’t just bless, He positions. Philip was obedient in the desert, so God moved him to the cities.
    2. Lesson: Obedience in small places qualifies you for sudden lifting. God will not accelerate a disobedient life.
    3. Application: Stay faithful where God has planted you now. Your “Azotus” is coming.

    *2. He Moves You Tenderly, Not Recklessly*
    Philip was “caught away”, but the Bible says he went on preaching from city to city. God’s acceleration doesn’t destroy you.
    1. God knows your burdens and delays. He speeds things up without breaking you.
    2. Lesson: God’s speed is different from man’s rush. His acceleration comes with peace, not pressure.
    3. Application: Stop comparing your journey. God’s timing for you is gentle + powerful.

    *3. He Opens New Doors After Acceleration – Acts 8:40*
    _“Philip was found at Azotus… and preached in all the cities till Caesarea”_
    1. Acceleration is not just movement, it’s multiplication. One move of God opened many cities for Philip.
    2. Lesson: When God accelerates you, one door leads to many doors. One testimony becomes many testimonies.
    3. Application: Expect your next level to come with more responsibility and more impact.

    *SIGNS YOU’RE ENTERING GOD’S ACCELERATION*
    1. Doors open suddenly after long delays
    2. Divine connections appear “out of nowhere”
    3. Your testimony moves from prayer to praise quickly
    4. What took others 10 years, God does for you in 1 season

    *WHAT TO DO WHILE WAITING FOR ACCELERATION*
    1. *Obey instructions* - Like Philip, go where God says even if it’s the desert
    2. *Stay prayerful* - Daniel 2:22 “He reveals deep things… He knows what is in darkness”
    3. *Don’t despise small beginnings* - Zech 4:10
    4. *Keep your heart clean* - God won’t accelerate a dirty vessel

    *CONCLUSION*
    The God of acceleration is still moving people today. He moved Philip from desert to city in seconds. He can move your business, ministry, career, marriage from delay to destiny.

    Your delay is not denial. In one moment, the Spirit can “catch you away” into your next level.

  • Not every delayed prayer is rejection. Sometimes God is protecting you from things you are not ready for yet. People often pray for opportunities, relationships, or success without realizing that unprepared blessings can become burdens. Character matters before elevation. Wisdom matters before influence. Discipline matters before abundance. That’s why waiting seasons are painful but necessary. Growth happening slowly is still growth.
    The hardest truth? God’s plan doesn’t always make sense while you’re in it. There will be seasons where nothing adds up, where prayers feel unanswered, where direction feels unclear. But faith is not understanding the plan… it’s trusting the One who created it.
